"Victory is MINE Baldy!
And if you had any hair I'd take that too!"
And if you had any hair I'd take that too!"
Hair: Blonde, always combed back
Eyes: Sparkling blue
Height: 6'4"
Weight: 585
Distinguishing Marks:
The facial hair
The general robin hood look
Appearance:
He's known as Fandral the Dashing for a reason. The man is downright handsome, with a neatly trimmed and always well kept mustache and goatee combo that's absolutely dashing in its own right. He has the strong facial features of an Asgardian, square jaw and strong nose, an always determined brow. Like the others of his race he has a thick, full head of golden blond hair, normally trimmed shorter and always kept back and out of his face. He doesn't know how the others can stand their hair being absolutely everywhere, afraid that it would get in the way during battle.
He's tall, rather lithe in comparison to some of the other Asgardians but definitely more muscle on him then he average man. He only looks smaller next to his brethren, one on one with an average joe and there's not much comparison. He wears a lot of green, always seen in an outfit that is very reminiscent of robin hood himself. Doesn't matter where he is or what room he's walking into the man is never, ever seen without his sword at is side, even if someone does talk him into wearing midgardian clothing. Which is only ever seen once in a blue moon, maybe a pair of jeans and a shirt, though he quickly switches back to his normal outift as soon as the moment presents itself.

Likes:
- Women:
-No really, comes with the whole 'dashing' bit. He loves the fairer sex, and fancies himself to be quite the ladies man. - Battle:
-To fight is to live! He is one of the Warrior's Three for a reason. Fandral loves adventure, the rush of adrenaline of fighting for what is good and righteous - Mead:
-It's the good stuff, give anyone enough Asgardian mead and you'll have a happy someone ready for a good time, and Fandral loves having a good time. - Thor:
-The mighty Thor, his prince and his brother in arms. They have had many a journey together and Fandral hopes for many more, ready to take up his sword should Thor but ask. - The Other Two:
-Part of the Warriors Three, meaning there's two more, and he loves his brothers dearly. Fandral would be at their side in a moments notice, ready to lay his life down for either of them. - Food:
-Mutton, turkey leg, potatoes, anything hearty and filling and hopefully neverending, he's got an apitite that's hard to fill, luckily though he has better table manners then Thor. - Midgar:
-Asgard is his home. - Marian:
-His lady love, it's been a long long time since she passed from this realm of existence and to the next, but not a day goes by that he doesn't think of her, fond memories that he'll always cherish. - A good party:
- Fandral is a fun loving guy, and parties are such a great way to let loose, get drunk, punch someone in the face and meet beautiful women, all the things the man basically thrives on. - Training:
-Constantly training, constantly working out, constantly trying to hone his skills to be better, to match up against stronger opponents. He isn't the biggest, he isn't the strongest, but damn it if he doesn't try to close the gap somehow.
Dislikes:
- Odin's Sleep:
-When Odin becomes vulnerable, they all do, and all the Asgardians can do is hunker down and brave the assaults that always come, they loose too many that way. - Disloyalty:
-If you aren't loyal, then what are you aside from untrustworthy? Fandral doesn't understand why anyone would turn away from their family, duty, or honor - War:
-He loves a good battle, but Fandral hates war, hates the death and destruction that comes with it. - Being Slapped:
-It happens often. Maybe a little more then he would like to admit, especially with his track record with women, since he doesn't seem to like committing to just one girl and the others always seem to find out. - Striking Out:
-Fandral loves the ladies and he likes to think that they love him back, so its always a crushing blow to be turned away, or slapped, as it tends to happen often. - Gloom:
-He's a happy guy, prefers to smile and laugh and stay optimistic as opposed to letting something get him down, every now and then something does dampen his spirits and he hates it, hates not feeling like himself. - Mogul:
-Mogul of the Mystic Mountain to be exact, the evil creature that resides in Skornheim. - Helplessness:
-He doesn't like feeling helpless, like there isn't anything he can do to help or make things better for himself or the people around him.
Personality:
Fandral is definitely the optimistic of the Three. Really, he's a sunny guy through and through, the pint is always half full, there's nothing he can't do if he just puts his mind to it. That guy. There's usually a spring in his step and an easy smile on his face. He's just so damn chipper sometimes, really though he's sure as long as he has the other two of the Warriors on his side and watching his back then he's sure that he doesn't have much to worry about. It can be infectious at times, how generally optimistic he is. Its actually a little extreme really, how many other guys smile and banter good naturedly even when their getting their ass kicked? It takes a lot to get him down.
He's brave too, almost to a fault. Sometimes it can get him into trouble simply because he wont back away from a challenge, no matter how great the threat is. Fandral won't say no to a fight, and if anyone that he generally likes is in trouble then the blonde is running in head first in hopes of helping them and saving the day. If there's trouble, the Asgardian won't wait to be in the thick of it, doing anything and everything possible.
Loyalty is a very very big thing with Fandral, he will defend to the death the people and places that he holds dear and in high regard. He will never turn his back to them, and these things are always placed first, even before his own health, making him a great and loyal warrior to have at one's side in battle. He's the guy that can always be counted on, even if he looks down and out, bravery and optimism will keep him loyally following into a battle that he's always sure to win, even if the odds are stacked against him.
Not sure if you know, but he's quite dashing. Old romantic, he loves the fairer sex, loves to romance them in an old almost Shakespearean sort of way. Charming to a fault, he really does flirt with any lovely woman that might cross his path, so be prepared, unfortunately, he tends to play the field with more then one woman at a time, and that get's him into so much trouble, as women always know. He's quite show off-y, with a flair for style, both in looks and his sword fighting, always one to make sure he looks his best no matter what he happens to be doing.
"With great power comes great responsibility"
Powers:
Superhuman Stamina: It's actually rather average for that of an Asgardian, but in comparison to humans he can exert himself at peak physical capacity for about twenty four hours, plenty of time to kick some as and take a few names.
Superhuman Agility: He's fast, one of the most agile warriors in Asgard in fact. The man can jump great heights and climb just about anything that tries to stand in his way. During battle, good luck landing a hit on him, he's capable of dodging multiple attacks from armies of opponents.
Superhuman Strength: Fandral can dead lift about thirty tons without a problem, so watch out for when he gets angry and tosses a car over his head. Just don't make him mad, he can concave someone's face with his fist accidentally.
Superhuman Invulnerability: He ages slower then humans, poisons and toxins have no effect on him, neither does radiation or any of that sort of thing. Alcohol affects him not, he laughs at your midgardian ales and lagers.
Weapons
- Sword: A sturdy longsword wrought by the swordsmiths of Asgard. While not enchanted, it is made of stronger stuff then most things found on Midgar.
Strengths/Abilities:
- Weapons Specialist: Sword, Edged Weapons
- Acrobatics
- Horsemanship
Weaknesses:
- His Optimistic Bravery - It get's him and the other two Warriors into trouble, because he runs head first into battle and bites off more then he can chew without thinking through the consequences.
- Women - Yes, he hits on them enough, and get's his attention stolen by the lovely maidens enough that they have become a actual weakness. He has trouble saying no or moving past a lovely face with a soft voice.
- The Caring Nature - It gets him into the most trouble of all, especially when coupled with the rest of his personality. But it;s just the way he is, and luckily he had his friends to help back him up, if not he'd probably be done for.

History:
A warrior of Asgard, his childhood was very much long ago and spent training, and training and training some more with a sword and hand to hand combat. Although simply one of many children born to bosom of Asgard with not much distinguishing him from others, his father was determined that Fandral would make a name for himself as a great warrior someday, and as such spent most of the time imparting in the child the discipline of the sword, easier said then done as even as a child Fandral was a romantic sort, always dreaming up some big scheme of an adventure, getting himself into more trouble then it was worth in the process.
He always felt like he had something to prove, to live up to the goals that his father had set for him, and Fandral learned to roll with the proverbial punches because of it, because he always tossed himself into whatever battle or adventure came his way because of this. There was one time though, one instance many many moons ago where Fandral traveled to Midgar, in a time now known as the midevil period to them, where men were going off in droves to fight in something called a Crusade. Fandral stood out, in his lincoln green clothing, trying to help the impoverished that he met in the villages his journey took him through.
Fandral met a wonderful maiden while he was journeying, a woman so soft and lovely that she was the only one to ever truly capture his heart, by the name of Marian. He married her, and for a time he negated all other duties in favor of spending his time with beautiful creature that he loved so much, but she was Midgardian and much more delicate then him. Illness eventually took his lovely Marian from his side, and Fandral tossed himself headlong into his battles from then on. Women that catch his eye never keep it the way his wife did, the reason his attention flitters so often now.
Still in his youth, he met the other two of the Warrior's Three, joined with them and Thor to fix the Odinsword when it had become cracked, from then on the three had been together. When Thor gathered them to head into Jotunheim, Fandral was off and running, anything to help his brother in arms, though the battle didn't end well and he and the other two were punished for it, though not as bad as Thor was. When he needed help with the Destroyer, Fandral went running headlong into battle even though it looked grim by all accounts.
To say he was happy when that was all squared away would be a major understatement, though the lows Loki managed to reach still surprise him. The strangeness going on in Midgar has drawn him back down again, he wants to know what all the fuss Thor has been making is about and hopes the other two will soon join him on this new adventure.
