Welcome
It all started when a crystal dropped into existence, punched a hole in time and space and landed into the lap of one the most insane men to ever walk the Earth.
At first, the clown didn't know what he had been gifted with, stuck in his cell in Arkham, staring at the reddish purple crystal laying innocently on the dirty stone floor.
And then the voices started, telling him of another universe, talking of power and chaos beyond what he could have ever dreamed.

Unless you just want to call take out” Kara didn’t mind takeout meals eather, she was so use to eating whatever anyone brought to her, being Michael took her to taco bell or Sinestro taking her to a chicken store or eating Chinese with Superboy. Kara always ate out so she didn’t really mind. She did how ever think it would be fun to make dinner with Superboy seeing it was their first night together and friends, family, or whatever anyone thought they were.
Kara put the cake that she was making in the oven and looked back at Superboy, “if anything we can always just eat cake. Its red velvet, Daisy thought me how to make it.” Kara thought about her adoptive family, the ones who took her in, her father figure Sinestro and her mother figure Daisy, Kara wondered if one day Superboy would want to meet them, maybe they could love him too and they can show him what family was. That was a topic for another day and a thought to be held close, seeing Kara loved family. She began making the frosting for the cake, another thing daisy taught her how to do. When she was finished she walked up to Superboy with the bowl and without permission took his hand, dipped his finger in the frosting and pulled it out. “eat it, its good.” [/style] TAG HERE; OUTFIT HERE; NOTES HERE; ♔ [/style]

Superboy’s brain went into action as he tried to decipher what take out was from the context of the sentence. Obviously it had to be food. It sounded like she wanted to leave and go and get food. He had heard of being able to order at places but leave with the food. He had also heard of things called Drive Thru’s. He had even seen both. He hadn’t heard of ordering food with the telephone so he hadn’t accounted for that being the meaning. Nevertheless he didn’t answer, but his silence said that he had no objection to what she was going to do. Of course, for most, especially if you didn’t know him, that was hard to decipher. And nobody actually ‘knew’ Superboy. They might of knew who he was or that he was a hero or might know more about him like Supergirl did. But nobody actually knew the real Superboy. Not even Superboy himself had figured that out yet.
Superboy’s eyes followed Supergirl as she worked and wondered what he was supposed to be doing. He took in everything she seemed to be doing as she put the cake into the oven. Superboy had not heard of anybody named Daisy. Either from Superman or Supergirl. He racked his brain for any reference of anybody named Daisy that might have been implanted in his head by Cadmus but nothing that would fit into the context came up. ”Who’s Daisy?” he asked? Superboy wondered what Supergirl was doing as she brought a bowl of frosting she had just made over and put his finger in it and told him to eat it. Superboy felt a bit of anger. Not at Supergirl. Being told what to do always reminded him of Cadmus. They had tried to control him. They had created him against either his or Superman’s will. They had constantly tried to make him do their bidding. Superboy wondered if a day would come when being told to do something wouldn’t remind him of Cadmus. Nevertheless, he always felt like defiantly refusing to do whatever anyone wanted him to do if they told him to do it. But Superboy didn’t do that. He almost did. He didn’t know exactly what stopped him. But he hesitantly lifted his finger and put it into his mouth tasting it. It was good. But he had no way of expressing that other than by not being defiant or saying something defiant. So he stayed quite. The silence in his mind told her that he had no ill-mannered feelings about the frosting.

Then Kara looked up at Superboy and wondered if he liked the frosting, she knew he didn’t really know but she wasn’t going to push.
Kara picked up the phone and called a place called Pizza Hutt. She listened to the man talk about the specials and ordered what sounded good. She ordered a medium cheese pizza and a meat lover with cheese sticks.
Kara looked at Superboy and smiled, she wondered what he was thinking. She knew better then to ask him because he probably didn’t know. She put the other stuff back and tried her hardest not to ask Superboy questions, after all she wanted to know him, and she wanted someone she could talk to about kryptonian things and someone that she didn’t have to worry about hurting. Kara made her way to the living room dragging Superboy behind her. “I will set up the X-box and we will play together.” With that said Kara began to open the box and began to set up the gaming system. The system was black like both of the controllers; it took Kara less than ten minutes to hook everything up.

Great. Now she got two mothers. A kryptonian mother and a human mother. The closest thing to a mother Superboy had was the test tube he broke out of at Cadmus Labs before he managed his escape. He didn’t understand how she could have two mothers. “Oh,” he said simply. It was stoic and flat without any real emotion in it. Superboy had no idea what Supergirl was doing when she picked up the phone and started dialing a number. He wondered who she was calling.
He listened to what she said and could hear the other end perfectly thanks to his super hearing. Some place called Pizza Hut that sold pizza and other foods was on the other end. Apparently you could order food on the phone. That was good to know. Superboy made a mental note about that as Supergirl hung up the phone.
He wasn’t rather comfortable with what happened next as Supergirl went into the living room dragging him with her. He could walk. He would have went himself. He felt like snapping at her for it, but she held it in. He didn’t want her to get all upset again. Before she yelled at him and before that she had gotten all teary eyed and dragged him outside to go out to eat. He really didn’t understand people. It was just so damn confusing. It hurt his head. Supergirl mentioned something about the x-box thing that Superboy still didn’t quite understand exactly what it was or how it was supposed to work. He watch as Supergirl set up the game system, trying to remember where each wire went into the system and into the television. More confusion ensued in his head. Couldn’t anything be simple in this world.

She wondered if Superboy and her would be family or if after this would he never speak to her again. Kara wasn’t to good at being left she wanted a family, she wanted Superboy to be her family because even thought she had her adopted family but Superboy was one person she wanted to know. Even if he didn’t know himself she wanted to be there for him. She hoped that he would let her. and the hugs was just one thing the boy would have to get use to.
Kara took some food and went to the living room and began to eat. Kara loved food and could eat forever, the blonde turned on a movie and nommed away on her food. She loved spending time with her soon to be brother, sure he didn’t know what family was but Kara didn’t mind. Kara looked at the movie called paranormal activity. It was some movie about ghost and a family. She wondered if ghost were real. I mean if humans were real then ghost should be too. This made Kara a bit scared. She had watched a scary movie called silent hill with Daisy and it scared her so bad that raven had to come and pull Kara out from under the bed. . Superboy’s steely blue eyes immediately darted to the door when the door bell rang. It must have been that food Supergirl had ordered. He watched as the delivery boy and Supergirl exchanged food for money before she brought the food into the kitchen shouting to him that dinner was ready. As if eh hadn’t seen her just buy the food and walk into the kitchen with it. Superboy didm’t say anything about that though. He followed her into the kitchen. He went to get a plate, but by the time he had gotten into the kitchen she had already taken out two plates. One for each of them. Superboy placed two plain slices of pizza on his own plate after Supergirl had gotten hers. He grabbed a bottle of water from the refrigerator. By the time he returned to his plate Supergirl had already gone into the living room.
Superboy closed the pizza box before picking up his plate of pizza and walking into the living room and sitting next to Supergirl. He uncapped his water bottle and took a sip before placing it on the table in front of the couch. He took a bit of his pizza. It was definitely good. He quite liked pizza. The perfectly melted cheese mixed into the sauce. It just tasted so good to him. Apparently he liked Italian food. He looked at the screen wondering what she was watching. “What are you watching?” It was apparently something called ‘Paranormal Activity’. Superboy had never heard of it. Of course, that was not much of a surprise. He hadn't heard about most things. Though being it was on the television he figured it probably wasn't very good. He had spent much time channel surfing and everything seemed like trash. Like that one show about a little boy who lived with Charlie Sheen. He of course had no idea who Charlie Sheen was or the reputation the man had made for himself. It still didn't change the fact that the show was trash.

It was scary and Kara didn’t understand why these people were so stupid, not even she was that dumb. She started fearing the things called ghosts. They were creepy. Kara moved her way closer to Conner out of fear. The Blonde kryptonian girl found comfort in her Superboy family member, she knew that she could trust him and even though she was scared she hoped he wouldn’t get up and leave her. Once the lady started killing her family Kara began to get even more scared.
This blonde didn’t like scary movies; they always made everything in life more scared. Once the movie was over Kara was all buried between Conner and the couch, she actually looked like a human girl for once. “Superboy?” her voice was shaky and fearful, “please don’t leave me. I know that you don’t know much about anything and I know that I don’t know a lot but we have to stick together.” The young girl was tired and scared. She didn’t want her family to leave her or die, she had that happen once and it ruined her. then when she was sent in to a time sleep thing she was stuck with the mind and body of a 17 year old girl when she should be older. Kara never really told anyone that she missed her family and her old life, maybe then she would have made a bigger impact on Clarks life and maybe she would have been a rollmodel or something. The blonde was also very happy with the life she had now, she had a loving alien dad, a mom who was sweet and a Superboy who would soon find that just maybe he loved her as family as well.

“Oh.” Ghosts. Apparitions of the deceased. Superboy knew what it meant. He knew about the idea of ghosts. He had never met any. He wasn’t even sure they existed. Anything he knew about ghosts was in his memory. Though he could bet he wasn’t going to get scared by whatever the movie had in store for him. Superboy was rather confused by the actions of the people on the television screen. Some of their actions were just . . . . stupid. “Are regular humans really that stupid?” he asked honestly. He doubted it, but he didn’t know. So far the few humans he had met he hadn’t exactly gone along very well with. They could have been stupid. Though he didn’t see how anyone could be dumb enough to do some of the things he saw on the television screen.
He wasn’t scared by the movie either. He simply sat there and watch it. that was one reason as to why he was confused when Supergirl moved closer to him. From what he saw on the television shows, when humans liked each other they moved closer to one another in the movie theaters. He didn’t believe it though. Sure maybe humans did it. But neither Supergirl nor Superboy were exactly experts in human behavior. At least Kara knew kryptonian behaviors. It was more knowledge on the subject than Superboy had at least. Regardless of what television showed to be human custom he highly doubted Supergirl cared for him or wanted the same thing as that plump red-headed girl from that show with the science people who moved closer to the short bespectacled man. Superboy found himself wondering what the name of the show was. He remembered it a moment later. The Big Bang Theory. Apparently named after the universally excepted explanation for the creation of the Universe.
Watching the movie was a bit strange for Superboy. He didn’t get scared by it. But rather had the instinct to go and help the people on the television. He supposed it was due to always saving people. He shrugged it off. It wasn’t too hard to deal with. Superboy thought Supergirl was getting more scared when some lady began killing off the family. By the end of the movie, Superboy was a bit bewildered. Not by the movie, but by the fact that Supergirl was now half-buried between himself and the couch. Then she began speaking in a shaky, frightened voice. Superboy was taken aback by this. He hadn’t found the movie scary at all. Apparently Kara had. And now she was all worried he was going to leave her. “I’m angry. But leaving has never crossed my mind. Where would I go? Back to Cadmus? No thank you. I’m done being their science project.” He said it in a stoic voice. So sure of himself.

She didn’t like being left. Kara hugged Superboy, “you are the only thing I have to family you know. You think Clark wants’ me around and helping him but he truly doesn’t. Sure he might talk to me now and then but he does ignore me a lot.” Kara spoke the truth superman didn’t want Kara there she wasn’t his style she was way more happy and bubbly then Clark could handle, she wanted Superboy to want her and not reject her. Sure they didn’t have much in common but they did have things in common. Like their want to be superman’s family their want to be loved by the big man himself. Kara knew that Superboy wouldn’t believe her but she did speak the truth.
She looked up at the boy who was now staring at her with disbelieve. She knew he didn’t believe her, “if it helps I was kicked out of the fortress of solitude; I’m living with my boyfriend in New York now.” This was also the truth, her boyfriend had her move in with him, sure he lived in New York but as long as she had her bracelet that told her about the attacks on metropolis and other places she helped out like the titan tower and things like that, she was fine living in New York. The only reason she was at the fortress last night was because she was working and had fallen asleep. “I know that you might not believe me but we have more in common then you think. You might be a clone of the great man himself but I am his older cousin who is years younger than him, to him I bet we are both freaks.” Kara covered her mouth she shouldn’t have let that slip out. . Superboy did not understand why Kara was hugging him again. He hadn’t done anything other than say the truth. This hugging thing was really starting to get to him. What the hell did a hug mean anyway? Superboy knew that Supergirl meant well and that she believed what she was saying. Or well, he felt like she did. He thought it at least. But Superboy didn’t see it that way. At least not exactly the same way. “Even if Superman ignores you . . . he at least acknowledges that you exist.” Superboy was confused by her next words. And they didn’t help at all. It didn’t make him feel better. It only made him angrier at Superman. How could he through a seventeen year old out! That was just wrong. Even Superboy knew that that should make someone sick to their stomach. He didn’t understand the whole ‘boyfriend-girlfriend’ thing. Perhaps it was just the whole not understanding his own feelings thing, but he was pretty sure he had never been attracted to anyone. At least not yet.
”I do not understand. Do normal people feel happiness over other people’s grievances? Because that doesn’t make me feel any better.” Superboy inquired. He couldn’t understand why that would make anyone happy. Superboy thought about the whole freak thing. He did not understand the use of freak anymore. He had seen a commercial for a show called “Freak Show” and they did all sorts of weird stuff like breathe fire and put thousands of needles throughout their bodies. They said freak was the best word someone could say. But the information given by Cadmus said that freak was a disrespectful word for abnormal or weird people. Though it could also refer to a very unusual and unexpected event or situation. By the last two definitions the word ‘freak’ fit him fine. Of course, Superboy felt it wasn’t strong enough. He wasn’t a freak. He was an abomination that never should have been created. He was little more than Cadmus’ failed science project and contingency plan against Superman. ”I believe by the textbook definition of freak I am one. My creation and connection to Superman is both unusual and unexpected. As is the fact that I am a clone and a kryptonian. Both of which are unusual due to the lack of technological advances in human sciences that leave very few people on the planet with the technology or brains to do it. The lack of kryptonians alive also makes rather unusual that they were able to gather enough DNA to create a clone. Especially being that kryptonians under a yellow sun have impenetrable skin.”

She didnt really understand what he was talking about. the blonde noticed the time, she was late, and being late was not one of her good human things to do. “Well Superboy, it’s about time that I get going, maybe we can hang out again, I really do like hanging out with you.” The blonde cleaned up the house so that Superboy wouldn’t have to, seeing she made most of the mess. “If you ever need me ill leave my bracelet number thing.” Kara loved her Supergirl bracelet it let her keep in touch with the titan tower and the rest of the heroes who she gave her number to, it was Supergirl’s cell phone. The young blonde wrote down a 4 letter code. It was Kara in numbers 5272. “if you need me just put this code in to a computer or electronic device and it will contact me.” Kara smiled and huged her Superboy goodbye. Sure he didn’t like hugs but she did, everyone thought it was mostly because of her problems with her planet blowing up but she knew she just liked hugs.
Kara made her way to the door and made her exit. To home the young blonde was headed. It was a nice day, she got to meet the Superboy, and she learned tons about him. She hoped that he would want to see her again just as bad as she wanted to hang out with him again; she wanted to be close to someone who carried the name super. Once the young girl got to New York she opened the door to her boyfriend’s apartment and smiled, “home sweet home.” Kara was finally home.
