Welcome
It all started when a crystal dropped into existence, punched a hole in time and space and landed into the lap of one the most insane men to ever walk the Earth.
At first, the clown didn't know what he had been gifted with, stuck in his cell in Arkham, staring at the reddish purple crystal laying innocently on the dirty stone floor.
And then the voices started, telling him of another universe, talking of power and chaos beyond what he could have ever dreamed.

Frank knew this man wasn't as stupid as he looked, even though he looked like a Sherlock Holmes wannabe. He had wits, the Punisher would give him that. If he was going to have any chance of taking down the mobsters in the city, then recruiting this man would've been a positive step in the right direction. Frank hated not having something to work with, because he was a previous Navy Seal who always had intel on his enemies. He needed locations, dossiers, hobbies, favorite restaurants, everything about his soon to be victims. Frank knew the ins and outs of the big apple, but Gotham was still new territory which held a bunch of freakshow psycho paths the world could ever hold.
He listened as Vic explained to him that Gotham wasn't his town, though it was yet another freakshow's who went by the name of Batman. Frank had always seen abandoned newspapers on the streets of Gotham, that had the bat plastered on the front cover. He was idolized as Gotham's hero though his failures were purely recognizable. He believed the Batman was trying to hide from his failures, which made him a complete coward. Now Frank had to sweep in and pickup after the Batman's shit, which he disliked. If Frank were to ever come in face to face contact with the Bat, then it'd be war. He wanted to unmask the man, and expose his face to the world. "The bat has been AWOL for sometime, we don't know whether he's dead or alive... Though I hope someone has gotten to him first, before me" he grunted.
Before Frank could say no more, it was back to the real threats. Batman would've been dealt with later, but there was better and bigger fish to fry. Vic continued to feed Frank info on the criminals that lurked Gotham. Jonathan Crane wasn't a familiar name, neither was the Joker. He laughed at the 'psychological warfare' comment. Frank was an ex-Navy Seal who had to withstand the necessities of psychological warfare when he was deployed in Iraq and Afghanistan. "Psychological warfare is my middle name" he spoke with a small smirk. The Punisher was always the type of person who underestimated his enemies, even if the enemy happened to be twice as strong. He remembered hearing about a man called 'Bane,' who happened to be the underground leader of illicit activities. "I hear this man who goes by the name of Bane, is the leader of the underground? Well in order to destroy the beast(mob) we need to cut off the head."(leader) Frank gritted his teeth at the sound of the man's name. He wanted to end the chaos the mob stirred up, and Bane would've been a man he'd pursue after the death of the Falcone woman. Frank planned it out smart, because the death of Bane before Falcone would've sent her into hiding.

Because I am more than this idol endless recital For all my demons to applaud Question was well aware that if this man wanted to make a difference, he was going to need his help. This guy was a man out of place, if he wanted to make any head way he'd have to learn to play a whole other ball game besides guns blazing. Only the mob used guns here it seemed. Question understood where the man was coming from about Bruce, Batman was one the proclaimed protector of the city and now he has seemed to have left it to the side kicks to pick up the slack.
Vic knew that Nightwing could hold his own, but the others he wasn't so sure about. Though he knew that Jason was back. Yeah it was a plus, but Jason was a wild card. He remembered the kid, how he used to be, just how impulsive he was. Reminded Vic of himself when he was younger and first starting out. His first night on the vigilante scene he looked death in the face and laughed, but it got the last laugh that night.
This guy was cocky, he would give him that. "your arrogance here about that will get you killed, this isn't your typical psych warfare. We're talking tings you can't fight. Might want to look into getting a high powered gas mask. " He wared "trust me if you run into one of them you'll know. Fear toxin in itself can put a man on his knees in terror leaving you open for all sorts of punishment. and Joker's gas its even worse. you'll die laughing without the antidote."
Vic laughed, "No he's not the head of the underground, in fact, the Falcone woman is. She's got the underworld under her thumb, most of it. Bane is a close second shortly followed by Black mask." He shook his head, "Please tell me your not going to think about doing this by your self, you'll need more then to be a loud action movie hero. That stuff dont cut it in real life here.

Frank continued his cockiness, but knew he could take on the world if he wanted too. He had every type of gun stashed in his secret hideout, and would use them to its full potential. Nick Fury tried hard in recruiting him, but the Punisher turned down the offer. He had unfinished business with the mobs that were still eradicating the entire New York City area. Later on, Frank would've decisively considered the offer. He wasn't a man of fighting aliens anyway, but what the hell. Castle folded his arms as he listened to what Sage had to say. He tried hard in jotting down the names, and tactics the enemies used in his head. Typical Gotham. total maniacs running around the city with only the intent on playing games. Frank hated games, and was a man based on seriousness. Fear Toxin? Laughing Gas? Was this a joke? Frank chuckled lightly at tactics, the two freak shows used. The Joker and the Scarecrow would've met their demise later, but there was larger fish to net.
He was surprised to hear that Bane wasn't the leader of the Underground, although the bitch Falcone was. How was it possible? Bane appeared much more intimidating than any other mobster, Frank had ever faced. Well if the information was correct, then the Falcone would've been the first to die. The Question had mentioned another name, Black Mask. Whoever this person was, would've had to wait in line for his turn to die. He wanted to know more about this Black Mask, but before he could ask, the Question once again barked at his tactics. Frank never listened to anyone except himself, but since this was new territory, he would've taken everything in like a sponge. The Punisher was the type of person to do things his way, not caring whether he lived or died. If Vic's advising wouldn't have worked, then Frank would've done it his way. Not only was Frank cocky and arrogant, but he had a stubborn skull so thick that matched the degree of Adamantium and Vibranium. "Enlighten me then" he spoke as he continued crossing his arms awaiting answers.

Because I am more than this idol endless recital For all my demons to applaud The Question continued to watch Frank. He studied the man, his actions, his words. The subtle changes in his body language that Told Vic all he needed to hear about the man. This guy was not interested in what he had to say. Question did not appreciate his time being wasted. Not like this not ever. Those that knew Q could tell when he was becoming annoyed, even with the mask covering every inch of his face.
"I would be inclined to do so, but your not taking anything I say seriously, I'm not batman, I'm not gong to baby you. You want to swim with the sharks of Gotham and die trying to make a difference then so be it." He spoke rather harshly as he walked towards the edge of the roof. Preparing himself for a rather acrobatic descent.
"If you survive and wish to take things seriously seek me out. I will find you. But that's a Question only you can answer" He spoke before he simply appeared to fall off the roof back first. Question was in no gaming mood. He had several months worth of information to cypher through.
The Question disappeared into the night in the alley below.
