Static laughed. No, he would never think Batman was a crazed loner- he had too many kids for that. Clearly he was a hit with the ladies and the young ones in general, since some of the family weren't even related, technically. He knew Batman had a lot of secrets, and he wasn't going to ask what kid belonged to what family or whatever, but he knew it all went back to him being a good guy in the end. Well, maybe he was a LITTLE crazed, if only because collecting kids as sidekicks might not have been seen as sane by everyone around him. when looking at it that way...
... no, Batman was a good guy. He wasn't going to give that too much more thought, even if he really wanted to.
He smiled as Wally talked about the pairing, nodding. Yes, that would be very annoying. Maybe something to keep in mind, too. "I think I'll make sure not to date co-workers," he chuckled lightly, "I hear it leads to trouble, anyway." He didn't know much about the love lives of the other titans. He had assumed most of them were socially awkward just like he was- maybe he was one to think that. The robins always seemed pretty suave. Wally, too, looked like he knew how to hold down a lady.
Oh no- he was the nerdiest one of the group right off the bat?!
He looked around the room, his mind quickly slipping away from his concerns. "It's funny. Even though I'm a hero too, I still find it so cool to see other heroes having normal rooms, you know? Like, not full with equipment or tech or weights. It reminds me that I'm not the only one who likes to be normal every now and again, too."
He shuffled over to the elevator, excited that they were going to see something a little different. Rooms were amazing and held their stories in them, but he hadn't gotten to see many of them. It would have been rude to spy on the others without them around, he supposed. So seeing something awesome was just as good! "Where are we heading? Training rooms? Meeting hub? Vehicle garage?" There were so many things he wanted to see- he was excited to know what Wally felt like he could get away with showing him. He didn't try to use his powers to work the elevator, deciding he really didn't need to try sneaking around now that he was with someone who had a card that worked on everything.
Going to have to get one of those.
