"Victory is MINE Baldy!
And if you had any hair I'd take that too!"
And if you had any hair I'd take that too!"
Hair: Steve has a sleak, clean, and formal hairstyle. A formal hairstyle is cut short around the back and sides for a neat and tidy finish to the edges, blending into the top which left long enough to be swept to the side for a smooth finish. His blonde hair is perfect for the formal cut, and represents the overall 1940's style.
Eyes: His eyes are a pool blue, which sine in the light. When he's present in his outfit, the blue eyes stick out even more.
Height: 6'2
Weight: 240 lbs.
Distinguishing Marks: Steve has a few bullet wound scars, around his back and his chest.
Appearance: Before receiving the super-soldier serum, Rogers was very small and bony. Now he's as ripped as an American football player. His outfit consists of a blue gator skin leather, that represents the United States flag. Outside of the suit, you will see Rogers dressed in his 1940's style clothing. He loves suspenders, classic suits, and bowler hats. You will never see him dressed in modern clothing, because Steve dislikes the overall look.

"I’m not interested in making new friends,
I don’t even like the ones I have”
I don’t even like the ones I have”
Likes: Patriotism, Modern Cuisine, Women, Alcohol, American Football, Paratrooping
Dislikes: Evil Wrongdoers, Corrupt Dictators, Nazi SS, Thugs, Murderers,
Personality: Captain America is an all-around patriot, believing in all of the things that make America great. He always strives to make America even better. He is a very dedicated friend, and has a set group of ideals. He is strictly opposed to any form of oppression, which is why he rebelled against the Super-Human Registration Act, viewing it as a violation of their constitutional rights. He can be a bit stuck in the past, always remembering the things he lived with during the Great Depression and World War II compared to modern things.
Captain America is considered to be THE hero of the Marvel Universe.
He will not risk an ally lightly, and would die before a single innocent victim is harmed. While a patriot, he is not above casting himself out of his government should they be in the wrong. His patriot attitude also seems to have mellowed nowadays, as he often sides with those who usually have similar causes to him no matter what differences he has with them. He also holds no animosity for any other country, and will help them should the need arise.
"With great power comes great responsibility"
Powers: Rogers' physical strength is enhanced to the very peak of human potential. As a result, he is as physically strong as a human being can be without being classified as superhuman. Captain America had been seen bench pressing 500 kg (1,200 lbs) which is consistent with his strength level, as benching is easier than military press lifting. He can snap steel handcuffs and chains, and is capable of breaking through wooden walls and steel doors with a single kick.
He can run at speeds of up to approximately 48 kilometers per hour (30 miles per hour), and has on occasion run a mile when under duress mile (1.6 km) in 73 seconds (49 mph/78 kph).).
Rogers' body eliminates the excessive build-up of fatigue-producing chemicals in his muscles, granting him exceptional endurance and lung capacity. He can exert himself at peak capacity for a hour without any rest and before showing any signs of fatigue.
His agility is greater than that of an Olympic gold medalist. He can coordinate his body with balance, flexibility, and dexterity. He also has the ability to leap 50 yards out in a single bound and 20 ft into the air without a running start. Rogers' reflexes border on superhuman level. His reaction speed is 20 kph, which makes it possible for him to dodge gunfire even in point blank range from multiple gunners at the same time. His bones and muscles are denser and harder than normal, to the highest human potential, which makes him very durable compared to a normal human. He is durable enough to the point that if a person beats him with a thick wooden stick, the stick would eventually break and Rogers would show little discomfort. This level of durability is how he survived other forms of extensive punishment throughout his career such as falls from several stories like when he landed on a car from 200 feet with no discomfort.
Rogers' healing speed and efficiency is at the highest limits of human potential, which means he can heal faster than most humans. The white blood cells (WBCs) and the SSS in his body are efficient enough to fight off any microbe, foreign body and others from his body keeping him healthy and immune to most if not all infections, diseases and disorders, also Rogers cannot become intoxicated by alcohol, drugs, or impurities in the air and is immune to terrestrial diseases. He is also highly resistant to hypnosis or gases that could limit his focus. His mental performance has been greatly enhanced, allowing his mind to operate in the most efficient and rapid manner possible. One manifestation of this is his tactical genius; the ability to quickly process multiple information streams (e.g., threat assessment) and rapidly respond to changing tactical situations. Rogers also possesses an eidetic memory, meaning that he never forgets anything and has perfect recall. This enables him to remember any military tactic and apply it to any situation. Rogers' senses of sight, hearing, smell, taste, and touch are at the highest possible limits of human potential. He once said that he is able to dodge bullets because he sees faster than them. The SSS dramatically slows Roger's aging due to extensively healthy cells.
Weapons Captain America's Shield: Captain America's only weapon is his shield, a concave disk 2.5 feet in diameter, weighing 12 pounds. It is made of a unique Adamantium-Vibranium alloy that has never been duplicated. The Shield was cast by American metallurgist Dr. Myron MacLain, who was contracted by the U.S. government to create an impenetrable substance to use for tanks during World War II. During his experiments, MacLain combined Vibranium with an Adamantium-steel alloy he was working with and created the disc-shaped shield. MacLain was never able to duplicate the process due to his inability identify a still unknown catalyst that played a role in the metal bonding (an experiment to recreate the process resulted in the creation of Adamantium). The shield was awarded to Captain America by the government several months after the beginning of his career.
The shield has great aerodynamic properties: it is able to slice through the air with minimal wind resistance and deflection of path. Its great overall resilience, combined with its natural concentric stiffness, enables it to rebound from objects with minimal loss of angular momentum. It is virtually indestructible: it is resistant to penetration, temperature extremes, and the entire electromagnetic spectrum of radiation. The only way it can be damaged in any way is by tampering with its molecular bonding.
Strengths/Abilities: Rogers is an expert in hand-to-hand combat being very skilled in multiple martial arts. His training first originated under combat experts Rex Applegate and William Fairbairn whose fields of expertise were European martial arts and Chinese martial arts during WW2. While the majority of the instructors' curriculums were simplified for training the Allied Forces, it is possible that they trained Rogers in the more complex techniques because his body was already developed for them and because the majority of his combat knowledge (including his gymnastic-based techniques) was already established prior to his awakening by the Avengers. As a result, Rogers is well versed in Boxing, Judo, Jujitsu, Historical Fencing and Wushu.
His years of training and experience with his unique shield, as well as its physical properties, allow him to accomplish amazing feats with the item. Aside from bashing foes and blocking incoming attacks, he is able to throw it with nearly perfect aim. Rogers can hit multiple targets with the same throw by means of ricochet, and could even achieve a boomerang-like return effect, allowing him to strike enemies from behind or retrieve the shield without objects to ricochet from.
Rogers is also well-versed in all Armed force disciplines including intelligence gathering, escape arts, assassination, demolition, survival tactics, hunting, swimming, mountaineering, march or drill skills, map making, map reading, decoding cipher and other secret code messages, reading and making wood craft signs and other secret code languages, disguising, interrogation, computers, explosives, communication systems, vehicles and electronic appliances used in armed forces.
Weaknesses: Steve can sustain injuries just like any other human being. He can be slowed down by bullets, lacerations, large blows, and lack the skills with sleep deprivation. He's your typical human being, but with his powers enhanced to the body's full potential.
Rogers may be a superhuman, but his emotions are still in tact. He'd been diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder in the past, leaving his psychological side very human. He doesn't take too kindly when he sees a dead body, because his post traumatic stress begins to kick in.

History: Born in 1922, Steve Rogers was a young and idealistic artist orphaned at an early age. Appalled at reports of Nazy activity and believing the American entry intro World War II was inevitable, he attempted to enlist in the armed forces but was rejected for his physical frailty, only to be chosen as a volunteer for the government project known as Operation: Rebirth. Rogers received several experimental treatments that elevated him to the peak of human physical perfection, and after months of intensive training, he was selected to become a special government operative, a living symbol of liberty known as Captain America.
Rogers was soon given a unique weapon, a virtually indestructible shield. Joined in action by young Bucky Barnes, Captain America fought a wide variety of criminals and Axis operatives; his most dedicated opponent was the Nazi leader known as the Red Skull, whom he clashed with many times. When America entered the war following the Pearl Harbor attack, Cap and Bucky were among the founding members of the super-team known as the Invaders. Adventuring around the world alone, with Bucky, and alongside the other Invaders, Captain America achieved the greatest reputation of any wartime hero and was respected by ally and enemy alike.
Toward the end of World War II, Captain America and Bucky were sent to prevent Nazi operative Baron Zemo (Heinrich) from obtaining an experimental plane; when Zemo launched the plane, the two heroes attempted to stop it but were thrown off when it exploded. Bucky was apparently slain, but the super-soldier formula that had transformed him years earlier saved Cap's life, throwing him into the dark abyss of subzero degree temperatures. In the years following his dissapearance, at least three men tried to take on the role of Captain America, with varying degrees of success.

FrankCastle sat in his 1975 Dodge Charger, emitting smoke from the tip of his cigar. He'd been parallel parked awaiting a drug deal to happen, and when it did the Punisher would've greeted the dealer. He was blinded with cold-hearted tactics, because he had no disregard for human lives. Castle had no ties or attachment to anyone or anything. The wrongdoers back in Harlem feared the Punisher, especially when they witnessed the white skull upon his chest. The white skull symbolized 'death for evil wrongdoers.' Frank would show no mercy to anyone, especially including people with mob related ties. Shoot first and ask questions later, was what he lived by.
Castle quickly eyed what seemed to be a drug dealer making his way to a buyer. As the dealer spoke to the man in the parked car, Frank knew it was going down. He quickly got out the car, and walked towards the drug-buy. He then grabbed the dealer from behind the head, and planted his face into the rear window of the car, smashing it completely. When the dealer fell to the ground from the impact, the buyer skidded off into traffic, afraid for his life. "HMPH! Fuckin' Coward" yelled the Punisher as he watched him flee away. Frank quickly snatched the dealer, up from under his arm and slammed him into a brick wall. He gritted his teeth at the mere sight of the narcotics dealer, and withdrew a clenched fist. His fist collided with the dealer's face, instantly breaking his right cheekbone. The man fell to the ground, again moaning and groaning in pain. "Your worthless drug dealing days are over" spat the Punisher as he pulled out his M9 and aimed it at the head of the dealer. Before he could pull the trigger, someone had spoken.
