Welcome
It all started when a crystal dropped into existence, punched a hole in time and space and landed into the lap of one the most insane men to ever walk the Earth.
At first, the clown didn't know what he had been gifted with, stuck in his cell in Arkham, staring at the reddish purple crystal laying innocently on the dirty stone floor.
And then the voices started, telling him of another universe, talking of power and chaos beyond what he could have ever dreamed.

[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=cellSpacing,0,true][atrb=cellPadding,0,true][atrb=width,450,true] | [atrb=background,http://i182.photobucket.com/albums/x126/Gotta_love_gits/Sinestro/random%20images/blackmiddle.png] The former Green lantern looked down at the city below him, watching the humans as they moved about their pathetic lives. Even just getting from point a to point b seemed too complicated for them, cars honking as traffic ruled the hour. Stupid, chaotic fools. Didn't they know how worthless they really were? How they had come from what had to be the worst planet in the entire universe? Well, maybe they had not been informed of their sheer worthlessness. He would be happy to show them just how easily overcome they were.
It felt like a good evening for a bit of fear.
So it was no surprise when a massive dragon burst up from under the streets, tossing cars and debris flying in all directions. Roaring and yellow, the massive construct threw around a long, spiked tail, slamming into buildings and knocking over large chunks of office and parking garage. Huge wings beat wilding, gusting up large forces of winds to knock back any cars nearby that hadn't already been mangled in the arrival of the beast. The large mythical beast breathed yellow fire, as hot as anything real might have been.
Naturally, it didn't take long for the people down below to start screaming and fearing for their lives. The terror in their hearts was like a nice treat to Sinestro, who just hovered in the air above them, smiling like he had just won the lottery. And had plans to use that money to take over the world.
Because he looked completely insane.
As he watched the humans run around below, he had the dragon stomp forward, breathing fire over the streets to add to the terror. He wasn't actually aiming to murder everyone he could, though he wasn't looking to avoid it, either, and was simply trying to muster up some fear. Thankfully, this was earth- the best place in the universe to drum up some good panic. Sometimes it seemed like humans were scared of their own shadows. A giant dragon? Yeah, that would make them a little frightened.
He was actually surprised the streets weren't already soaked with urine, as he had expected damn near everyone who had survived the initial attack to piss their pants. Smirking, he crossed his arms over his chest, letting his monster do all the dirty work while he took in all the profit.
Somehow, it felt very rewarding to be doing what was so normal for him. Once again, that feeling that he hadn't done this sort of thing in a long time filled him. He had to wonder what he had been up to, if it was true that he had been a man of another color not that long ago.
For the moment, though, he wasn't focused on himself, nor did he care to figure out his convoluted past. This was work. This was what needed to be done. Let them fear him so they would come to obey him.
All part of the process.

Sure there was Snow, Flake, and Jamie but things just didn’t make since anymore, daisy was gone and now she was losing her father, the one person she couldn’t live without was evil. Everything Kara knew everything she did was taught to her by Sinestro. Kara sat on the couch, she was watching her life fall apart once more, her family was becoming broken and she could do nothing but watch it slowly break and fall apart. The young blonde that was usually happy and bubbly was now ready to break down and cry she was ready to watch everything she loved leave her once more. Ever since the fight with the stange lady that her father was angered with she hasn’t been able to sleep. With the leaving of Michael and Daisy it just pushed her fear of people leaving her to the edge and now that Sinestro was evil and leaving her made it all broken. The memories of the fight ran though her head.
Sinestro had pushed her off of him after she had hugged him, then he snaped at her, the words rang though her head like a broken record. “I am not your father child, and keep your filthy hands off of me” then threaten her with his yellow ring. Kara was broken and she needed Sinestro but she couldn’t talk to him now, because he was no longer her father, he was some monster that she didn’t understand. The young blonde laid back on the couch and snuggled the stuffed penguin that Sinestro had gotten her at the carnival, it was something that she loved a lot and she couldn’t spend a night without it, the animal made her remember that Sinestro did love her and that he was still their she just needed to help him remember and bring him home where he belonged, home with her and Lor and everyone else who loved him. Kara closed her eyes, and let her mind wonder. Soon Kara could hear screaming of people, she knew they needed Supergirl and Supergirl was not abandoning the world like the world abandons her.
Kara zoomed to her bedroom and slipped in to her Supergirl costume and flew out the window to the screams. The wind blew through Kara’s soft blonde hair and she slowly came to a stop. She was now in a place that she had not known. But there he was, her father, Sinestro. Kara had no idea what to do, or what to say she had not known how to fight her father because she didn’t want to so the young girl let out her want for him to come home. “Father, please stop this now. It is evil and you are not evil, please father come home with me and I will help you become the man you want to be, the lantern who you truly are.” Kara looked at him, but there was no effect on him, it just seemed to make him angered. “Daddy please don’t leave me.” Kara held back the tears that threatened to fall from her kryptonian blue eyes.

Well, not woman so much as young girl. A teenager, in human standards. but she was far from normal. Apparently she was capable of tracking him down, and clearly she could fly. If he had to wager a guess, he would say she was a kryptonian, if only because her costume completely gave her away. She had the same symbol on her uniform that Superman wore on his- which probably meant they were related. If the powers matched, it wasn't too far-fetched to think. Still, it was a little confusing. She was the same female from before- from when he had found himself on earth without any proper explanation. If she was related to Superman, then why was she so insistent on calling HIM father? they clearly weren't related.
She was an entirely different species, and he was pretty sure only Soranik was his daughter, though she didn't like to admit it.
Frowning, he watched the girl as she pleaded for him to stop and go back with her, telling him that she would help him remember who he was supposed to be. This got a scoff from the yellow lantern. "I am who I'm supposed to be," he informed her bitterly, pointing his ring at her once more, "and I'm not going anywhere. Can't you see that I'm doing something important here? Shove off- I will kill you if you do not heed this warning." The dragon on the streets below continued to stomp around, completely unaware of what was going on above him. For the time being, Sinestro did not direct the construct to attack the young girl. Something kept him from doing it, though it was a thought that only gave him a headache to try and acknowledge. It seemed a better idea not to try and spare her. A less painful idea.
The girl looked ready to cry, and Sinestro smiled. "Tell me, child- what makes you call me father? I have no connections to you, and I don't plan on making that change anytime soon." He watched her, tilting his head slightly to one side. Most of him wanted to mock her for her very obvious fear of being left alone, but there was a much smaller part that simply wanted to know more about the life he apparently had before he remembered the power of being a yellow lantern.
Hypothetically. He was still telling himself that they were all just lying to him, and that nothing of his past life was actually real. Humans, and those connected to the humans, were not to be trusted.
Of course he could never actually like them.

It was her job to help save the human race and that is what she was going to do while explain their adoptive relationship. Kara wasn’t sure what to do about the monster. It was a construct and those were hard for the kryptonian to figure out. “Well it all started the day I showed up on earth.” Kara began to speak as she Flew down to the construct punching it square in the face. “I was lost and confused; you took me under your wing. Seeing I was kryptonian and that I was abandon by my family, and how my planet was gone you took me in, and you helped me grow, teaching me wrong from right. You don’t like hugs from anyone, but when I hug you its ok because you are use to it and you simply just pat my head and I enjoy that.” Kara smiled at the memories, how Sinestro would push Kara away until the day he just kind of accepted the fact that she was there to stay then he just started to pat her. The young blonde was sent flying from the monster, slamming her in to a nearby building. She was distracted by Sinestro and her feelings. Distractions were no good during a fight.
Floating out of the crashed building kara popped her neck. “Father, please stop. Why are you doing this?” Kara made her way back to the construct in hopes that he would make it go away.

She was saying so many things that he simply had no memory of. It seemed a them recently- everyone had some memory with him that he just didn't remember. But why? Why did they all have these memories, but they were taken from him? That was the story, anyway. Stolen by some kind of witch or something. However, Sinestro didn't like thinking that he was missing out having lost the memories. No: he didn't need them. He didn't need things like emotions and family slowing him down.
There was a mission to be completed, and he was going to see it through to the end, no matter what. No strange Kryptonian girl was going to change that for him, either.
In the end, it only made his head hurt more.
Pausing a second, he moved a hand to his forehead, pushing back the splitting sensation he got from trying to think back to any kind of memory involving her. It hurt. It hurt to try and remember. He didn't want to do it. He didn't need to. Growling, he looked at Kara again, rage flashing through his eyes.
"You speak nothing but lies!" He snapped at her, "and I will have no more of it. What I do is for the benefit of the whole universe! I don't expect some simple-minded child to understand what I hope to accomplish. Stay out of my way, or I will destroy you!" Why wasn't he just attacking, though? What was making him hesitate and offer her a chance for escape instead?
He just couldn't figure it out.

She knew of no one else who could make this hurt, sure Michael left but he was never around much anymore anyway and then with daisy leaving it hurt but she wasn’t there for long ether. Sinestro however, he was there since she came to earth. Soon the blonde began to fall back on to the earth, Kara let out a scream as she fell, she knew what was happening, her powers were out of control due to her freaking out of her father leaving her. She was in no condition to do what Superboy taught her to do, soon her eyes began to glow red and they busted up in to the sky. Kara slammed in to the ground leaving a huge hole in the ground, and she just laid their, if she were to get up then she would hurt everyone around her and that was the last thing she wanted. She began to focus her mind on something that happened a long time ago. “Kara you have fallen, it’s time to get back up, dust yourself off and get your father back, and never stop trying.”
Kara looked at Sinestro her heat vison blasted at him as well, “Right now you are not my father, but I will strive to get you back” soon her eyes faded back to blue. “I will not let you leave me father, even if it kills me.” The blonde stud up from the hole and dusted her costume off. “If getting you back means that I have to fight you, and risk the chances of you killing me then I am ok with it.” The young girl flew at Sinestro fast in hopes of stopping him from doing whatever it was he was going to do.

He should have been happy to see her suffering so much. Something in the back of his mind told him he was supposed to be enjoying what he saw, like he had some kind of command implanted in his brain. However, though he was supposed to be happy, he did not like seeing the strange Kryptonian girl so upset. It hurt him, and not just with a thudding headache. One day, he was just going to have to get used to that pain, since it seemed like it happened a lot around all the earthlings.
He was surprised when she attacked him, getting knocked back by the heat blast. Thankfully, his ring protected him while he was using it for flight, the light around his body acting as a shield. Still, it was a surprisingly strong attack. Maybe he should have expected it from someone from krypton.
They were no slouches on the battlefield, apparently not even as teenagers.
"So, you think you can fight me?" He laughed, "that's fine!" He said it, but he wasn't so sure it was going to be fine. Something told him this girl was special. That he... no, it hurt too much to think about. Memories were there, but he just couldn't lock onto them. Instead of focusing on something so painful, he charged into battle, swinging a fist at Kara's jaw with his ring powering his fist while propelling him forward. Since he knew she was strong, he would have to use as much power as possible to try and fight her off.
Or he would have to make an escape and reconsider his options. Considering how much she seemed to alter his emotions, though he had no idea why, that might end up being his only option.
Not that he was going to go down without a fight, mind you.

[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=cellSpacing,0,true][atrb=cellPadding,0,true][atrb=width,450,true] | [atrb=background, i47.tinypic.com/hrc1w8.jpg] Current events had lead the dark teenager into research. The memories of Sinestro's change bothered her but Raven was intent to not go into things blindly. Titans Tower had its source of knowledge and after some research using its technology, she had found out that the Yellow Lanterns were enemies of the Green Lanterns and worked with fear. It seemed that they had been a terror and Raven considered calling the Justice League to warn them. But further research needed to be done and Raven had turned to her books; which had no information. Apparently the Yellow Lanterns had not made their way into the mystic's books but she hoped to discover a reason behind Sinestro's sudden change.
Even as she continued to read through her books, Raven felt something that bothered her. The teenager was well tuned to the emotions of her fellow teammates, especially those who had come close to her and Kara was one such member and right now, Raven could feel a disturbance in the young girl's emotions. It seemed to be weak but Raven was aware that this was because Supergirl was a very long distance away. Steely determination flickered across Raven's eyes as she pulled on her cloak, lifting the hood over her head and rising into the air before a purple smoke enveloped the girl. She would not let her friend be harmed.
Germany was a long way but after some rapid teleportation, the empath arrived on the foreign land just in time to watch Kara attack Sinestro with her heat vision. Remaining silent for a second as she took in the scene, the Titan was aware that Kara was doing little or no damage to the Lantern. But Sinestro was on the move, rapidly closing the distance between himself and Kara. As fast as thought, Raven's soul-self was sent to shield her teammate while Raven herself teleported through her soul so that she stood behind Kara (the closest space available to the dark teenager). Azar, keep Kara safe. Raven prayed, aware that the shield needed to be up in time and strong enough to stand up to Sinestro. Very few things had broken her soul-self but Raven knew it was possible.

Kara looked over at Sinestro as he hit the soul self of raven. “Dad you remember Raven right? She was their to help you when this first started. Shes also been a great help to me and the family….daddy please!” Kara wanted nothing more then for the pinkish redish man to remember to come back and join the family and with raven at her side the two could beat the evil out of Sinestro and make him good again.
Kara thought about her next move, it had to be one that would knock out Sinestro without killing him so that maybe just maybe they could examine the ring and see what they could do with it. But then again kara knew that Sinestro was tough, he was after all one of her favorite super heroes, but at the moment he was her favorite super villain. Yeah that’s right she still loved the man, no matter what happen she would love him even if he did somehow kill her.

Sinestro watched the new girl that had come onto the scene, but he remembered about as much about her as he did about Kara, which was a whopping nothing. Frowning, his stare turned into a glare, the lantern annoyed she had managed to protect Kara. It seemed his ring was not as strong as he remembered it being. Was it because he didn't know how to control fear as much as he had before? No, that wasn't it- he knew how to command fear as well as ever. It was something else making his ring less effective than he was used to. Something foreign. But he had no idea what to make of it beyond that.
He was oblivious to the fact that a spell had turned his green ring into a fake yellow one, and that the fear he controlled was nothing more than illusion from the very powerful magic.
"If you think you can stop me, you're wrong," he informed the new comer, his tone as cold and threatening as ever, "I will not allow foolish children to stand against me! You will both suffer for this lack of respect." He knew he wouldn't have a problem with these two- they both seemed aware of a version of him that no longer existed. If they were concerned about not hurting him because of that, well, then they were going to be at a disadvantage.
Because he didn't care about them living. Even if they were strong, and he did feel weird pieces of emotion when looking at them, that was still an advantage for him.
His construct monster roared again, springing into action suddenly. It launched at the two of them, spitting a massive burst of yellow flames towards them.

The Teen Titan was grateful that Sinestro had not been able to break her shield. It was painful to deal with a shattered soul-self, even if it would not last too long. Turning her head to look at Kara, the dark teenager gave the girl a nod. "I am glad to see that you are unharmed. But Sinestro is not crazy. His emotional state has changed." Raven said softly. "It may not be by much but it is enough to have caused the difference we now see." Her voice was quiet as she spoke, the dark teenager watching Sinestro as she spoke, wondering what exactly had happened to her friend.
Studying Sinestro, Raven watched his reactions when Kara asked if he remembered her. Which was just strengthened by Sinestro's words about how they wouldn't be able to stop him and how they would suffer. "Sinestro, we are here not to challenge you but to help you. Something has happened to you and you have lost your memories. Trust me." Raven said, calmly, preparing to lower her soul-self. If things got too dangerous then she would try and distract Sinestro with an illusion. More than once she had pulled the trick of making it seem that she and her team were dead to allow them time to prepare. She just hoped that it wouldn't be the case this time.
"I can prove that I know you-" Raven started to say, planning on talking about what she knew of Sinestro such as his daughter but the contruct monster suddenly was launched towards then and in the split second, Raven decided to meet the attack head on rather than to try and teleport herself and Kara some distance away. Releasing her soul-self once more, the half-demon intended to keep the construct at bay and maybe even defeat it. Or at least keep its attention occupied while Kara did the final blow or managed to talk Sinestro and get him to be willing to listen to them.
