"Victory is MINE Baldy!
And if you had any hair I'd take that too!"
And if you had any hair I'd take that too!"
Hair: Brown. Just a bit too long to call short, but not quite long enough to classify as long; Wayne's hair is clearly a $500 haircut - perfectly styled and shaped with only the best in care given to it.
Eyes: Blue.
Height: 6'2
Weight: 210lbs
Distinguishing Marks: Although on the face there are none, Bruce has the odd nick and scar on his body from various scrapes and bumps with villains and collisions.
Appearance:
As Bruce Wayne, he is a fairly tall, in shape, clean cut and well dressed man - sharp, slick and handsome all day, every day, every time he's seen. The best in suits, the best in cars, the best in champagne hanging from his hand; Bruce Wayne always looks one thing - expensively professional. Broad shoulders and a great body, it all speaks that he pays for the best in whatever life might be able to provide. He keeps a slight beard; again, always perfectly trimmed and shaped, making him look just that little bit casual in a business situation - because what kind of billionaire, phillanthropist playboy is serious in every situation?
As Batman, he's the caped cruscader - the Dark Knight of Gotham, the cities vigilante protector under the cloak of the moon. He's big, he's muscular, and he looks like he might break your teeth if the need arises. He's got that look that scares fear into the hearts of every criminal roaming Gotham - in his black, carbon fibre alloy, lightweight battle armour and his array of non-lethal (but extremely painful) gadgets and weaponry, he's prepared to take control of any situation.

Personality:
Bruce Wayne is a man of many faces; a businessman, a media hearthrob, a reflective soul, a charming silvertongue and a gruff man in lycra. He has mixed opinions on many things and can never really settle on some. Wayne believes in justice and the law, but he also believes that sometimes, the law needs help, someone to step in where the law can't touch. He doesn't think himself above it, simply an extension of it, helping bring order to anotherwise lawless city. He understands the need to protect both his identity and those close to him, so he keeps himself as seperate to the monicker of the Batman as possible.
In the media light, Bruce always comes across as the perfect example of a billionaire playboy, enjoying his money and fame - holding chairty balls, A list events, and VIP parties, Wayne is always covered by the press; some with better to say than others. As a businessman, he's smart, he's strong, he's shrewd, and he's an excellent negotiator - he makes sure that he has the upper hand, and that he knows all the facts.
As Batman, Wayne is a rough, gruff and strong individual intent on making sure no crime goes unpunished, and no criminal gets away easy. He's merciful and just, always fair and always careful not to use unnecessary force, but if pushed to that point, he'll follow through - Batman isn't just a man, he's a symbol for everything the city needs to take care of them. He's the thing that other people can't be, just to be sure everyone is safe.
"With great power comes great responsibility"
Powers: Batman has no superhuman abilities.
Weapons
Batarangs - Small, bat crest shaped items, sharp and strong, they won't ever kill, but they'll definitely knock a man on their ass. This resonds like a boomerang in that it is made specifically to come back when thrown.
Body Armour - Capable of withstanding bullets and stabs, Batman's armour is made of an ingenius carbon fibre alloy that is both extremely lightweight, and extraordinarily resiliant. Althought consistant damage can cause wear, it holds it's own for a long time. Also waterproof, and comes in different forms for different situations - deep sea, heavy duty, and so on. The suit is also temperature resistant, and will not melt in contact with fire.
Gadgets and contraptions - Grappling hooks, smoke and flash grenades, anti-venoms injecting devices and various means of protecting himself.
Cape - Flame retardant and specially made that he can have it stiffen and allow him to glide safely across and off of buildings, Batman's cape is as important to him as any of his offensive devices.
Utility Belt - Batman's iconic belt; it is a self-styled belt containing everything he may need to fight crime. Handcuffs, collapsable batarangs, paralysis venoms, various stunning contraptions, a grappling hook and even an inbuilt shock device, providing security to Wayne. The back is rubber lined to protect Wayne from shock, while the front is not.
Kryptonite Ring - A gift from Superman in case he were ever to go rogue, Bruce keeps it locked away safe from the world, only to ever be used in emergancy circumstances.
Razor Gloves - Although he doesn't use them for lethality, they allow Bruce to combat melee weapons such as knives without sustaining injury, scale structures and cut through glass as he requires.
Vehicles - Bruce has made sure to kit Batman out with as much advanced technology as he can. Being a billionaire, money is no object, and thus he has a mass of highly advanced vehicles at his disposal; including the Batmobile, motorbikes, planes, boats and submariner vehicles.
Strengths/Abilities:
Martial Arts Master - Trained by martial artists around the world, Wayne is a master in self defence, and thus can disable large groups of enemies in a short sequence while expending little effort.
Master Tactition - Educated and a researcher, Bruce has studied the art of military and fighting tactics, allowing him to properly organise any assault prior to it taking place. Bruce makes sure to learn all he can about any advisary before engaging them.
Engineer - Bruce has a very technical understanding of mechanics and engineering, allowing him to fix, create and modify most of his devices and gadgets accordingly as he has to.
High Pain Threshold - Due to his extreme training, Wayne is extremely resiliant to pain, and thus has an extremely high pain threshold. While he doesn't regenerate, it is difficult to put him down.
Weaknesses:
Human Being - While a highly resiliant one, Bruce Wayne is not a mutant, nor superhuman. Without his tech, he is just your standard human being - he can be killed with bullets and knives, his bones can break and he isn't immune to illness, disease, gases, venoms or poisons.
Secret Identity - If anyone were to learn Batman's secret identity, it would put both Bruce, and anyone he cares about or is close to in jeapordy. For that reason, he has to keep his true identity hidden from the world, if only to keep those he cares about out of harm's way.

History:
In his youth, Bruce Wayne was a timid young man who's parents always tried to instil a sense of good in. His father, at a loss to himself, helped to build the public transport systems in Gotham so that the lower classes could travel great distances for a cheap amount in order to secure themselves with jobs and opportunities.
Growing up in a rich family, he didn't know much of loss or struggles until his parents were shot dead after an opera as a poor mugger attempted to steal his father's wallet and mother's jewls. Leaving the young Wayne alone in the gutter with the bodies of his deceased parents, their entire estate was left to him - being raised by the family's butler and close friend, Alfred. The company was presided by a stand-in CEO while Bruce went through school, learning business, economics and engineering.
The death of his parents hung over Bruce for years, who tracked the name of his family's killer and his whereabouts, until eventually the man appeared in court, trialed for his crimes. Bruce waited outside of the court, seeking the justice he had waited on for years with a gun in his sleeve - when his opportunity came, Bruce hesitated, which gave a second shooter time to finish off the mugger. The shooter was a member of the Falcone crime syndicate, who Bruce went on to confront. Almost killed for his efforts, the young Wayne soon saw the real trouble in the underworld of Gotham, and that there were some the law couldn't touch.
Troubled by the knowledge, he decided to travel for some time - years as it ended up - a journey which taught him of experiences in the world, the struggle of those without an item or a penny to their name, and the hardship of training. Bruce took up martial arts on his travels through Asia, and eventually settled in a monistary in Tibet for four years, where he learned the discipline of the body and mind, as well as how to physically protect himself. He learned the importance of knowing your foes and fearing what can hurt you, not what looks like it might be terrifying.
Presumed dead, Bruce Wayne shocked Gotham on his return - heading to the top of Wayne Enterprises to confront the current CEO when he learned of the direction the company had taken. Wayne was displeased; they had become a company after money over the company for the people his father had began - he hated the dishonest politics, and made plans to fix the system he deemed broken.
Bruce took a job with the company, where he met Lucius Fox, Wayne Enterprises' resident science expert, and the CEO's least favourite person due to his outspoken nature. Happy to provide Bruce with whatever the company had produced, the pair became very quick friends - and unknowingly began to provide Bruce with the technology that would soon allow him to take up the mantle of Gotham's protector. Bruce never forgot the corruption within Gotham, something which never left him.
Using his money and influence, Bruce soon amassed everything he might need - vehicles, body armour, weaponry and gadgets, as well as a persona to fight the corruption from the city; he would make it his own, one which was under his wing. Gotham was now under Batman's watch.
