If you're in a room with Franklin, regardless of how crowded said room is, it's very likely that you'll notice him at some point. He's a generally happy go lucky sort of guy, to the point where he can seem almost oblivious. He does have a more serious side, though, and it's more likely to come out when he's at work. He works as a cop, and while he'll still goof off even on the job, if the situation calls for it, he can and will be serious.
For friends, he has no problem talking to people, so it shouldn't be too hard for him to make friends on the outset. Closer friends, of course, will have to be willing to put up with some of his more obnoxious qualities. He is extremely loyal to his friends, always willing to help them in their time of need, but will sometimes poke his nose in to help when it's not needed, resulting in frequent annoyances. That said, he's always willing to have a little bit of fun, and he usually has his heart in the right place (Philly), he just doesn't always do the best job of showing it.
Which brings us to enemies. As little as Frankie wants to admit it, he's pretty good at making these too. It's no surprise that a lot of people (just can't put up with his antics. He likes to think he's loved by almost everyone, but he knows better, and it bothers him. That said, don't expect him to show it in the normal way. He's not about to go moping in a corner, not in front of anyone...nah, instead he'll probably just goad you on. That said, Frankie is not free from starting the chain either - If you do happen to be one of those few who rub him the wrong way.
Finally, we reach lovers. Anyone can fall into this category, given that Franklin is bisexual - he's not limited by genders. Frankie has no problem with relationships, even seeking them out in some cases - Yet, at the same time, he's prone to commitment issues, which has resulted in very few lasting lovers and more flings and short term relationships. He wouldn't mind a long term relationship, but whoever he lands in a relationship with has to be someone willing to put up with his flighty nature and his need for his own space. If you make him feel too smothered or stuck, he'll freak.
