Oliver Queen being afraid of coming out as a homosexual? That was made him chuckle as that wasn't a fear in anyway as he wasn't a homosexual of any sort. He loved women and their beautiful bodies. Also, he could have easily find a better woman who was ten times better then Dinah. He shook his head, wonder where did Mia come up with these off the wall responses? It was always a confusing day when he had a conversion with this young girl right here. Though, love having no expiration date was indeed true and sounded like something off a card or something else. "Mia, that statement seems like something from a romance movie or book. Beside, what does one of your age understand about love, if I may ask." Oliver asked, trying to steer the conversion of love off him and his ex to Mia. Perhaps, he could learn of her idea of love and how it works. However he feared her reply would be from watching him and Dinah thus foiling his plan and being stuck with the most awkward topic.
But Mia insisted that Ollie needed Dinah. It was funny because Ollie once believed the same but once things ended between the two and Oliver returned to the islands, in his efforts to hone his skills, he had learned that he did not. This was a long and painful lesson for him to learn though, he retained the lesson none the less. He sighed trying to find the proper way of saying that Dinah, whom was a mother to Mia, wasn't coming back. Or not anytime soon. "I was Green Arrow before I meet Dinah and I will surely being Green Arrow without her. I don't need Dinah and neither do you." That was the only best way to state this truth. He didn't need Dinah, he need to provided a decent future for his daughter. That was more important then any problem which he was currently face in his life and to be perfectly honest, she matter more then Dinah.
Mia was clearly delighted to hear that she would be learning some new techniques which would greatly improve her archery skills. With a large grin on his face, he just nodded and focused on the road. They had just entered the city and shouldn't be too much longer before they reached a pancake house. But now on the subject of borrowing the car. "First off where are you taking her and also, which car do you wanna borrow?" He was still smirking because of how many cars he had owned. The advantages of being a billionaire was amazing. And there Mia went saying she was hungry and asking we're they almost there. Something Ollie had been expecting for sometime now to which he didn't answer but simply smile at her and continued driving.
