Jason and Joker;
Blahblahblah, blahblahblahblah would you like me to get the crowbar? I still have it ya know~ But yeah, could see them having a chase, Jason eventually beating him to within a few inches of life before Batman or someone stops him.
Tim and Joker;
We had this awesome plot bunny conversation, J is gonna hunt Tim down, beat him, capture him, and then eventually give him to Harley as an apology gift for throwing her out of a moving vehicle xD
Borris and Joker;
Ok, if he could actually manage to set up a meeting with J then sure, but Joker isn't exactly the 'meeting' type, unless he's crashing someone elses party. Like he wouldn't actually want to sit down with someone to plan stuff out, since he doesn't trust anyone or like to actually plan things. Borris needs to be offering something really good to get Joker to come out for something like a sit down, but yeah, wouldn't end well any which way.

Cassandra is a bit curious on this Joker, or clown to say the least. Though what Bat wouldn't want to play a game of tango? Plus, if the Joker shoots her, Cass may just smile from the shock of a bullet hitting her would not affect her. XP I'm not sure my mind drew a blank..

What is logic without anarchy?
Nygma absolutely hates Joker with a burning passion Even more so then he does Batman. The only thing greater then his hatred for J is his fear. Where as Riddler lives his life according to a strict set of rules, but the Joker? He has none, and that annoys Nygma like a child who spends hours making a large tower of building blocks only to see it knock down by a younger sibling for no good reason.
I imagine their relationship would be just like any rival gang leaders. A strict "You don't invade my turf and I don't invade you'res" rule impose, when it is needed a business alliance could be established but at their heart, their foes.
