And if you had any hair I'd take that too!"
And if you had any hair I'd take that too!"
Hair: Wally has red hair that is a bit short, but not too short or too long. It is often kept a bit wild and a bit ruffled in a nonchalant way.
Eyes: Wally's eyes are a pale blue and almost almond shaped but are more like rhombus'.
Height: Wally is six feet tall.
Weight: Wally weighs one hundred and ninety pounds
Distinguishing Marks: N/A
Appearance: Wally is six feet tall weighing one hundred and ninety pounds with a lean muscular build. He has scruffy, ruffled, nonchalant red hair that rather suits him. He can appear slim as he doesn't have a bulging physique, but has a lot of muscle and his body is very much in shape from his six pack to his pecks. It just isn't really bulging like Superman's or Batman's does. He keeps his face clean shaven and has a light peach skin tone that compliments the redness of his hair. Wally normally prefers to dress casually. A jacket, t-shirt and pants is fine for him. He does have a suit in case for special occassions, but doesn't necessarily wear it a lot. He has good taste in his clothing, but prefers to be comfortable in what he wears rather than looking really good. In his Kid Flash costume or Young Flash as he's going to start pushing people to call him as he feels he is no longer a child or kid, he is in a skin tight yellow and red costume that truly shows off his really lean, muscular physical. It has a white circle with a lightning bolt stretching horizantally identical to the one his Uncle Barry wears on his red and yellow costume. The difference between their costume is that Wally's costumes primary color is yellow while red is secondary and vice versa for the Flash. Where there is red on the Flash's uniform, there is yellow on Wally's. Where there is yellow on the Flash's costume there is red on Wally's.

"I Play The Fool

To Hide A Warrior's Pain”
Likes: Anything that goes fast, cars, motorcycles, The Flash, pool, darts, women, running, party games, parties, clubs, food, more food, even more food, movies, music, just hanging out, making out, sex, just having fun, science, travelling, seeing the world and meeting new people.
Dislikes: Being viewed as nothing more than a second rate Flash or sidekick, death, villains, criminals, feeling/being left out, school, hard work (unless it's superhero work), being looked at like a weak link or a child and magic as he doesn't necessarily believe in it.
Personality: Wally is a simplistic guy at heart. He doesn't need much to sustain his happy, sanguine attitude. He has a certain charm to him that makes it hard for others to hate his guts. Sure maybe dislike him or have an extreme dislike for him, but it is hard to hate him entirely. He is a chatterbox and can often be optimistic. However, he can definitely worry. In fact he worries a lot. He can't always keep calm under stressful situations and he isn't the kind of guy who can just read emotions in people. He can be very forgetful when it comes to dates, he once forgot valentine's day for four straight years. In fact if you asked him what day of the month valentine's day is, he most likely wouldn't know. Yet somehow he never forgets april fools day. The intriging thing about him is that he is a completely normal guy when it coems down to the bone. Sure he might have super powers, but he can be scared. He can get nervous. He feels awkward. He can soemtimes come off as a arrogaunt, cocky, smart ass who has a comment about everything. He is a guy who loves to make others laugh and to loves lightening the mood as he doesn't like it when things are too cold, dark and serious. Wally is also somewhat of a fanboy. He's a huge fan of all the different superheroes and can often times show that in his actions. Such as vibrating into the Hall of Justice and sitting in their chairs as if he's them. He is truly a child at heart, even if there are other things about him that can be slightly more adult like.
However, there is much more to him than just a jokester. He plays the fool to hide a warriors pain. In the other dimension where he lived for some time he was forced to watch his life destroyed before his eyes and everyone he cared about dying. Ultimately that entire world was destroyed alogn with everyone from that dimension's Earth with the exception of Wally who entered the Speed Force and was able to finally travel back to his own dimension. The sting of loss is still burned into his soul and he finds it extremely difficult to talk to anybody about what has happened while he was gone and being the fact he's aged ten years in only five it's pretty obvious to anyone who knew him before hand that something must've happened in his absence in which he was believed dead. He has to act the fool and make light hearted comments and what not because he could easily let everything grab hold of him and suck him in. He could very easily become dark and brooding like Batman due to his experiences, but he feels if he goes to that dark palce he wouldn't be strong enough to turn back. He promised the Batman of the other dimension that he wouldn't change after all. He feels he owes it to all the lives lost in the other dimension to live his life for each and everyone of them. He feels massive guilt over the whole situation and due to the fact he finds it hard to talk to others about what happened, well, he hasn't been able to gain any closer.
Wally lives his life to the fullest. women, fun, pool, saving lives, going fast, eating. That's what life's about to him. Despite being a rather simplistic person in his wants, Wally does enjoy the fast life. He would love to be rich and have everything, but at the same time he doesn't need it nor does he often spend much time thinking about it. Despite his often comedic and nonchalant attitude and actions, Wally does have a very responsible side he tends not to show. He has learned a lot of leader characteristics he did not have before while in the other dimension. He had to learn to juggle solo superhero work, being a father, helping the Teen Titans, beign the protector of both Keystone City and Central City and being part of the Justice League. If he ever needs to be, Wally can be very responsible. On the other hand, Wally is also lazy and irresponsible. He often subjects his powers to seemingly meaning less and tediud tasks that could very well be done regularly. For example, eating. He could clear out an entire fridge in a minute or less. Really? Like really? Why did Wally have to eat all the food again? The fridge was filled five minutes ago! Or just going somewhere around the block like a convience store to pick up milk or something he'd don his Flash outfit and he'd go there unnecessarily fast as he is too lazy to do things normally. He also often takes moments to think about tedius and meaningless things like all the 'regular' people stuck in traffic on their way to the gym to ride stationary bicycles or if a pizza was alive would it be confused as it's a circular pizza in a rectangular box, cut into triangular slices. Wally also tends to believe that their is a scientific explanation for everything. He has a strong disbelief in things like God, religion and magic.
Wally also loves to be in the spotlight. He loves talking to the media and the press. He enjoys being the center of attention. Even just pulling pranks on his friends is fun for him and gets the eyes on him. It's one of the reasons he prefers to do practically everything in his superhero persona when in public. Wally also has a keen ability to see the best in practically anybody. He doesn't always understand why some villains are villains and has a persuasive tongue having even once talked a villain into giving up their villainous ways and going into a normal life while he was in the other dimension. Despite the way he often acts, Wally is actually extremely smart and his brain works faster than anyone elses giving him the potential to be the smartest man on earth. Unfortunately he doesn't utilize his potential to be the smartest man on earth, feeling being the fastest man on earth is enough often joking about it saying that if he was both it might be too much for the ladies and the criminals. A comeback he's often got is that he's already a bit too much for the ladies. When it comes down to it, he is also a ladies man. He tries to fill the gap and pain in his life by trying to find a new lover as he had in the old dimension. He tends to do everything fast, which usually includes relationship, mostly because his superhero powers have also affected his brain causing everything to process faster than any living thing. Despite this he can often be oblivious to certain things. An example of this was how he hadn't realize his friends who were openly dating were actually dating. He also didn't realize his old next door neighbor was lesbian despite her being completely open and obvious as well as having lived next door to her for years and until he realized this openly hit on her as well. He doesn't always catch on too fast to the who's dating who or who's gay/bi/etc.
"With great power comes great responsibility"
Powers:
Speed Force Conduit: Wally possesses a special connection to the Speed Force, an extra-dimensional energy force from which most superspeed-powered heroes draw their powers. In fact the reason he is the actually the fastest person ever is that rather than brushing the speed force or borrowing from the Speed Force, Wally actually mainlines the speed force. Think of it like this there's the extension wire that goes directly into the outlet, then there's what gets plugged into the extension cord. Wally is like the extension cord as the speed force is mainlined to him with no middle man. The Speed Force is the ultimate measure of velocity in the universe. Although almost all speedsters are powered by the force, Wally mainlines the power from the force itself, unable to be cut off from it unlike others. His special connection to the Speed Force has enabled him to be able to travel between dimensions and through time. Unfortunately for Wally, he doesn't understand exactly how this works and cannot choose which dimension he would end up in. Because of this he tends to be a little more reluctant with his true speed and he often doesn't let on his true power. He hasn't told the others of this ability to traverse the dimensions and timeline.
Superhuman Speed: While others do have Superhuman Speed, Wally's special connection with the Speed Force grants him unmatched speed. He is the fastest being to ever exist, however, Barry Allen has been boasted to give him a run for his money. He is capable of running at any speed he thinks is possible, even outmatching that of light. His speed has no limit being immeasurable. He can move so fast that you wouldn't know he had moved from his spot. His devastating speed enables him to be able to run across water or even up buildings. He is fast enough to break through all the universes barriers: The sound barrier, light barrier, dimensional barrier, time barrier and the speed force barrier. He has not shown this ability to others, but is also reluctant to go to fast as he knows the consequences that happened the last time he went too fast. He often holds back his speed when around others and pretends as if he is not a match for Barry's speed as he is afraid he doesn't have what it takes to be the Flash and is afraid of being pulled into the Speed Force or accidentally traversing the timeline and/or dimensions.
Superhuman Endurance: West's superhuman endurance is so vast that it is nearly inexhaustable, being he was able to run non-stop for over ten days straight without tiring. However, running at too high a speed for too long can brush the Speed Force directly, which can be very dangerous as it can take you in. Fortunately, with a lot of effort, Wally has been able to escape the Speed Force. It takes so much effort however, that he literally wouldn't be able to fight after escaping it. He hasn't shown this ability to others in this dimension, but is very well aware of it.
Speed Force Aura: Wally's body is surrounded by a special aura that he refers to as his speed force aura. The aura protects himself and anyone who is running with him or being carried by him from the effects of using his speed such as friction and airborne particulate matter or simply being just destroyed from the high speed they're going at. Although it doesn't make him anything near invulnerable, the aura also gives protection from injury from high speed impacts such as delivered or recieved punches and absorbs kinetic energy. This permits him a special level of superhuman resistence to injury. As stated above though, this doesn't make him invulnerable. If he's running at the speed of light and runs straight into the Hulk's fist it's gonna do a lot more than sting. However, it would stop the natural occurance of a broken jaw or death that one might recieve from being punched by someone like the Hulk or Superman. He still feels pain, it's just that it's a lot less painful and critical than it normally would be.
Sharing the Force: Wally has also shown the ability to give velocity to objects or people already in motion due to his connection with the Speed Force. This makes it capable for others to run alongside Wally if he so chooses. If Wally shares the Speed Force with another with super-speed capabilities such as Superman, they can now greatly exceed the speed of light, though doesn't become aware of the Speed Force. West is also capable of using this on molecular energy increasing molecular movement. For example, he can make water boil into steam in seconds through speeding up it's molecular movement through use of the Speed Force.
Steal Speed: Wally is also capable to take speed and/or momentum from any moving thing or person. For example, he is capable of slowing bullets down to the point that when they hit him it would like a sting or as if someone poked him. He can seemingly stop a person in their tracks if he wanted to. Unfortunately, using this on very fast things such as Superman who can fly at the speed of light seemingly tires him more so he usually will always try reverting to his other methods before using this. He hasn't shown his true power of this to anyone though and tends to hold back when it comes to this.
Self-Sustenance: By drawing energy from the Speed Force's infinite storage of energy, Wally is capable of surviving harsh environments such as Space. However, he has yet to discover this.
Energy Construct Creation: Wally is capable of using the Speed Force to construct solid constructs, such as his costume. An example of this would be when he created solid armor that let him run despite having broken legs. He can litteraly create whatever he wants with his only limitation being his imagination and that is a wide, vast thing no one wants to delve into. Unfortunately he has let to really learn to control this so he wouldn't really be using it. It is something that I plan for him to be practicing and trying to learn extensively.
Infinite Mass Punch: Naturally, the laws of physics do work with his powers. By travelling near the speed of light, he has been able to deliver blows with such devasting force they were able to knock foes as durable and tough as Superman from Mount Rushmore to the plains of Africa with one punch. This is due to the fact he is moving so fast that his body's mass seemingly increases towards infinity. However, Wally has such control over his powers and the Speed Force that he is capable of waivering these effects if he does so choose.
Dimensional Travel: Through his powers and tapping into the Speed Force, Wally is capable of travelling time and dimensions. Unfortunately, this is very risky as he is going so fast at this point that he is on the edge of or even entering the Speed Force Dimension which as stated earlier can be very tiresome to escape from. Usually escaping from it would result in a very strong migrain, feeling a bit sick or possibly even throwing up, being very tired and pains in his bones. This is more or less due to the fact that he is not use to the strength of Speed Force in it's entirety as he often is only tapping into a part of it or even just brushing against it. The strain of it all at once it very consuming even if it does seem like he arrives at the destination simultaneously to when he left. He can travel the timeline as if watching a movie in fast forward or rewind. He is not used to the time travelling, however, and can more often accidentally skip past his desired location and have to go back again which is also rather straining on the muscles though not nearly as tiring or consuming as travesing dimensions or escaping the Speed Force. He needs to grow used to both of them.
Regeneration: Using the Speed Force to sustain him, Wally is capable of accelerating his healing factor. This makes him capable of healing from injuries instantly.Currently, Wally is aware of this, however, is afraid of entering the speed force at such as speed so will really only use it if it is his absolute last option.
Phasing: Wally is capable of controling his speed and angular momentum at the molecular level. When travelling at a fast speed he is able to pass through any substance such as a wall or building that might be in his way while he's travelling at high speeds. This is much like the way sound travels through a wall or light through a closed window. He vibrates through. He can also choose to mess with the molecules of the substance he goes through to cause it to explode. While in this state, West is immune to things such as airborne viruses and can breathe normally. He also is able to move/vibrate so fast that light doesn't reflect off of him, rendering him invisible, though when moving at the speed he would be moving at at that point he wouldn't really be seen. He has not told others about this ability more or less so that he can have some fun with it and then others would think it couldn't have been him. For example vibrating into the Hall of Justice and sitting in all of their chairs or eating all the food and then leaving.
Flight: Wally possesses the ability to have a limited flight by spinning like a helicopter. Flash is also able to fly as others do by controling the molecular energy and direct and force it in the direction he pleases without running. Wally doesn't make use of this power very often however, as he loves running too much. His special connection with the Speed Force also enables him to run or fly in any frictionless environment such as space just as if he were running on the ground.
Increased Perceptions: Wally West is also able to alter his own perceptions so that a falling object or a bullet can be appear to be standing still and can be caught and/or moved back to their normal positions. He has the ability to disarm or jam as many weapons as he wants before his opponents are even aware oh his movement. Or he could hurl small things such as bullets at hypersonic speeds. West has so much control over his perception of time that a second can pass for millions of years. He can even make it as if the Universe is standing still. Of course the second doesn't truly pass in millions of years and the Universe doesn't actually stand still. IT is simply his perception of it. His body autimatically adapts to his perception, the slower he views things, the faster he himself moves through time and space. He is truly capable of breaking the time and space barriers to actually be beyond time/space. He is able to do this so quickly for it to be invisible to the normal human eye. West has the ability to be able to effortlessly strike a single or multiple foes millions of times in a split second.
Supercharged Brain Activity: Wally's brain moves just as fast as he does. Simple problems can be solved at lightning speeds and his super speed allows him to perform normal tasks at increased speeds. He is capable of building hundreds of force field generators in a matter of seconds or search a large area for a paper clip in a few seconds. This also enables him to read at super speed, however, Wally rarely will use this power for that unless he is really craving to know something.
Vortex Creation: Wally West has the ability to create a number of different vortex's by running in a circle at high speeds. Some of these effects include taking away the air around it to suffocate an enemy, levitating who/whatever is in the center, acting as a barrier or a funnel for toxic gases. He is also capable of spinning his hands to create funnels of hurricane speed air. He can also use this ability to put out fires. He can use this to create a vortex to another dimension. Many of his vortex powers are ones he doesn't fully understand, know how to control and tends to not use this unless it is literally the last option.
Decelerated Aging: Wally and his loved ones age at a decelerated rate.
Weapons He generally doesn't use weapons, however, if need be and given the right materials, he can put his genius intellect to good use by creating something he could use as a weapon.
Strengths/Abilities:
. People's person
. Genuis level intellect in scientific fields
. Fun to be around if you can handle him
. Has a certain charm to him that draws others in.
Weaknesses:
. He has trouble talking about his problems and everything that has happened in the other dimension, instead bottling it up as he feels no one would understand.
. His sanguine, chatty nature can be found rather annoying and can make it hard to work with for some people.
. Doesn't fully understand everything about his powers
. If he goes too fast he can be pulled into the speed force which can be rather annoying, paining and tiring to get out of at the moment as he isn't used to it. Overtime he will learn to embrace this and will not have this effect. However, that is a long time from his current position.

History: Wally was born to Rudolph and Mary West in Blue Valley, Nebraska. Growing up Wally was the typical fanboy of Superheroes and he deeply looked up to them wanting to be them and wanting to be like them, but his favorite by far was the Flash. He often found himself daydreaming and having his head up in the clouds. Even at an early age Wally showed that he was fast paced when it came to life. He was often reprimanded by teachers even in kindegarden for asking the girls out. He also showed a great interest in all forms of science even from an early age and he learned much from his Uncle Barry when he was young. Wally's parents highly dissapproved of his day dreams and his dreams of being the Flash one day. His father wanted him to get involved into sports like baseball, but Wally didn't like baseball stating it was too slow for him. He was more involved with watching fast paced sports like nascar and gained a love for video games at a young age. Wally didn't much like school as he was so much smarter than the course material they were giving him and felt he could be doing something more productive, like sleeping or beating a level on a video game. When he was eight years old there was a West family reunion and Wally was pouring himself a drink when he accidentally spilled the beverages all over the place and his dad flipped out yelling at him telling him he needed to get his head out of the clouds and also crushing his dreams of ever being a the Flash. Wally ran inside to his room where he began to cry into his pillow, however, a man he thought was his uncle or something came in and soothed him telling him to never give up on his dreams.
Wally never did give up on that dream and would look back at the moment for inspiration for years to come. Wally soon become the sole member and founder of the Blue Valley Flash Fan Club and was the Flash's biggest fan. One summer when Wally was ten, he went to go visit his Aunt Iris, whom he decreed his best friend, in Central City to stay there for the summer. His Uncle Barry knowing how huge a Flash fan Wally was, pretended to be a close friend to the Flash and decided to introduce Wally to the Flash. Wally of course was amazed and had millions of questions to ask his idol. When asked, the Flash set up the exact same chemicals that turned him into the Flash as a demonstration of how he became the Flash. By a weird coincidence, lightning struck causing the chemicals to spill over Wally giving him the same powers as his Uncle Barry. Barry revealed he was really the Flash and Wally became Kid Flash and began working with his Uncle. Eventually, Flash help found the Justice League and Wally helped find the Teen Titans and their paths crossed slightly less, but they were no less the dynamic duo they had always been. He made several best friends while part of the Teen Titans and was rather disappointed when Nightwing left. He was highly known for hitting on his female teammates and even dated a few of them. He graduated high school at the age of sixteen and began going to college for various scientific fields while minoring in mechanics. He graduated at the age of twenty and moved into an apartment in Central City to be closer to Barry and Iris Allen. He began to work making things such as power generators and things of that sort, however, also followed in his Uncle Barry's career at the police station.
During a mission with the Teen Titans when Wally was twenty-one, tragedy struck. During the battle he was pushed past his own limits running faster than ever as he was the last Titan standing, the others being rather injured or about to get up and fight again. Wally defeated the villain, however, he went so incredibly fast that he broke the Speed Force entering it granting him incredible power and making him the true fastest man alive, ever. He tried focusing on someone he loved to get back home and out of the Speed Force, however, when he thought of Barry, the other Titans, his Aunt Iris and everyone else he cared about he had already passed into another dimension and he landed there with their Justice League. He found out that the Wally and Barry of their world had sacrificed themselves in order to save the world rendering themselves without a Flash. He found out the Justice League had begun to fall apart. Wally tried to the best of his abilities to try and get home, but eventually realized that the world he was in needed him more than his own dimension did when the Justice League fell to the hands of numerous villains. It was only then that Wally took up the mantle of the Flash in their dimension and defeated the villain. Wally soon found that the Wally of that world had a wife and two children and he took up that role as well and did fall in love with the wife of the Wally of that world as well.
He lived there for two years before things started to fall apart again. Every villain in the universe had teamed up together to take out all the superheroes one by one or in some cases several at a time. For three years Wally fought valiantly watching his friends and allies fall beside him. By the end of the fifth year in that world the only heroes left were himself, Batman, Beastboy, Green Lantern (Hal Jordan) and a couple of others. Soon they would loose Batman and his final words had been for Wally to promise he'd never become like him. He knew that it would be easy to become like the Batman of that universe. To let the pain, sorrow and death consume him and become distant, dark and brooding. But Wally promised and he will keep it. Eventually the heroes failed and the Earth was doomed as it was going to destroyed by an alien force. Before it was destroyed however, Wally, the last of the heroes and having watched all he cared about die including his family of that world, made a last ditch effort to save the world by running through space to try and stop the aliens. Unfortunately he ran so fast that he entered the speed force yet again and his last glimpse was the destruction of the planet before beign sucked in. With no world left there, Wally immediately thought of all those he loved back home and is seconds from appearing back in this dimension, however, he's been travelling time as well so he's only appearing a month afte rhis disappearance and he's thought to be dead.
