20 minuets ago this small towns coffee shop was like any other coffee shop until Betty Ross had step foot in it as soon as she got in line everyone in the room stopped what they were doing and shot her full of tranquillizer darts it had to be a lot to make sure she didn’t wake up. The people in the shop where actually members of the Hulk buster unit created by the government to hunt down any Hulks and bring them in. The team was lead by General Thaddeus E. "Thunderbolt" Ross who was standing outside waiting for them to bring out his daughter a few moments later. He didn’t say a word only stood there with a grim look on his face some where deep down he was disappointed his daughter had did this to herself. “Put her on the cart.” he finally said moving over to the eight foot long Adamantium cart they moved the woman over to the cart putting her on her knees and began wrapping massive chain around her body after placing her arms around her back before hooking up the four chains that where hanging off the cart like the cart the chains where made out of Adamantium as well. They really didn’t want her getting free once she woke up.
Once they were finish they stood guard it was going to take a while before the plane could pick them up until then they had to deal with the nosy on lookers that wanted to know what was going on or wanted to get close to the chained up woman. “Get these people out of here now!” General Ross barked getting tired of all the people. “And get those cameras!” The last thing the General wanted was the press having a field day knowing he was treating his daughter like this they didn’t know she was a Hulk like Bruce Banner and they didn’t need to know they had her now and she was going to be confined and not a threat to anyone anymore. As the General waited he kept an eye on the sky not for the plane but for S.H.I.E.L.D. he didn't want them stepping in and taking Betty from him. Like they've done in the past when he was close to catching Bruce Banner.

Like it or not SHIELD was touching down just as the general was smugly confident his daughter was nothing but a trophy in his own personal vendetta against the Hulk. Ross had little to no love for SHIELD and the feeling was apparently mutual, so much to the point that Nick Fury had discovered what Ross and the Hulkbusters were up to and were already closing in on their coordinates when Ross made his move in the coffee shop. Fury had dispatched a squad of shield agents to take Betty to a a compound at an undisclosed location not far off from where the Hulkbusters planned to apprehend her, where they would hold her until a plane arrived to escort her back to the Helicarrier. They would stay in town in the duration.
No sooner had the all terrain vehicle that had been dispatched to the area arrived was Ross's authority superseded by the agents, including the one that stepped out wearing a white costume and cape with a lightning bolt on her chest. Mary's sole purpose in being there was to stay silent and watch in the event Betty regained consciousness enroute and hulked out in gamma rage.
It was only a few minutes of violent shouting and arguing later that the vehicle was off and rolling toward the rendezvous point where they would only have to wait for the plane to arrive. Wait and pray that Betty stayed subdued until then.

To say that General Thaddeus Ross was upset was an understatement he was furious no beyond that S.H.I.E.L.D. had no right in getting into this mess Betty was his daughter his responsibility. And here they show up to cart her away just like they did with Bruce. They may have her now but this was far from over with. Fury was to blind to realize how much of a threat both Betty and Bruce really where and shouldn’t use them like he was. He couldn’t do anything right now other then stand by and watch them as they pushed his unconscious daughter away to some unknown place to him until he got his people on it but he’d wait and do that after they were gone and he can get on the phone and start yelling at people to yell at other people so he could get his daughter back and maybe if he was really lucky get Bruce as well but right now he just wanted Betty.
Betty however didn’t move on her own at lest she did sway around from being moved but other then that she was out of it only being held up by the chains. After being moved to the new location they posted a guard around her just in case she woke up and some how got free which should be an impossible thing to do with the chains being made out of Adamantium sill with Hulks you were never to sure and S.H.I.E.L.D. knew very little of this Hulk she seems to be very different then Bruce besides skin color and being female. Actually they didn't even know how Miss. Ross was able to become a Hulk in the first place. What they did know was she didn't do it the same way Bruce had.

Anxiety was in the air and thick enough a knife couldn't slice it on the part of some and with good reason. General Ross was fit to be tied when SHIELD arrived and carted his daughter off but to him she was nothing more than a tool, a bargaining chip in his senseless vendetta against the Hulk himself. It was sad that hatred against Banner had driven him to such a point he held such contempt for his own daughter. That's how Mary Marvel saw the situation, not that she had much wiggle room to interject her own opinions. She was now not just a superhero, she was a soldier and she was coming to the point of wondering if this was where she belonged but there were a variety of factors bringing her to that train of thought lately.
All they could do for now was play the waiting game and hope that the plane meant to haul Betty Ross back to the Hellicarrier would arrive before the General found their location. It was unlikely but there were still enough armed agents guarding Betty to stave him off in case of the worst.
Fury merely wanted to talk with Betty about something. That was how Mary understood it. She had no idea why but apparently she'd be set loose or so Mary hoped. At any rate, Betty was still full of enough tranquilizers to hold her down until the transport arrived. Or so everyone hoped unless one of the Agents did something stupid. A circle of agents surrounded the general's daughter leaving a few others to their own devices such as heading to a sandwich shop a hop, skip and jump away and bringing back food for everyone. A few agents including Mary heading off with the freedom to do so and the assurance the rest of this mission would unfold like clockwork. Betty wasn't going aywhere for awhile.

Betty supposedly was suppose to be unconscious for hours in a perfect world she would be but this was far from perfect it wasn’t long after Mary and the other’s had left to go get sandwiches Betty began to stir she was slowly coming to which isn’t much of a problem since the chains would hold her and being tight enough around her body gave her no room to change. It only took ten minuets before she was fully awake and aware what was going on around her causing her to struggle trying to get free which wasn’t happening. All the struggling did was make her angry which caused her eyes to turn bright yellow as she tried to transform but to no luck even though she kept trying to get free. Not only was she angry but she was confused as well why couldn’t she break free of these chains and transform? It should be an easy thing to do after all she’s done such things before how was this different?
Most of the Hulkbuster team had been cleared out expect General Ross he decided to stay behind for a while see if he could find some clues as to where the S.H.I.E.L.D. agents had disappeared to with his daughter. Just when he was about to take a break and get something to eat he spotted a group S.H.I.E.L.D. agents they were the same ones from before he remembered the woman in white. If they were here then that meant their ship hadn’t shown up either and they seemed to be on foot which meant they weren’t that far away. Smiling to himself he pulled out a remote control and pushed a few buttons. If he couldn't have Betty no one would.
Back in the building there was a small click before the chains holding Betty loosened up enough for her to get free once she was her skin turn dark red as she grew in height at the same time her clothes ripped unable to contain the growing woman. After fully changing she screamed at them before charging the men who snapped out of their boredom and opened fire on her not a lot of good that would do other then making her more angry.

Fate certainly had the most subtle ways of cocking it's hind leg and crapping on both Mary Bromfield's & Mary Marvel's parade lately. Everything could possibly go wrong in her life in recent days and just when she thought maybe, just maybe the might have her fingers grasping the silver lining, into the the same sub shop she and the few agents with her just dropped into came Ross himself, The agents were less than thrilled to see him, he was grinning as if he just struck oil, knowing full well what it meant. It didn't take alot of thinking to figure out what he just pulled from his pocket either.
"NO!"
She rushed across the cafe too late. By the time the realization struck, loud, angry screams were heard outside. Customers were clearing out in a hurry. The three other agents that entered with Mary & General Ross were in a shouting match now. For all Mary cared they could bounce the old man off a few walls and pound some sense into his thick head. She had more important things to take care of. Time was of the essence if she stood a chance of talking reason with the Red Hulk instead of throwing punches.
"Stand down guys, the weapons aren't going to do anything but make her angrier." She pleaded for a dose of common sense, zipping out of the diner at full speed and at full flight until she crossed the paths with the angry woman.
"We're not here to hurt you Betty, we are trying to rescue you from your father. He's the one that drugged you and chained you down, we just want to help."
If she didn't listen then it would be Betty that threw the first punch, and Mary honestly had little hope for a peaceful solution as understandably angry as she was but she had to try if for nothing else than the fact as strong as Mary Marvel was, even she wasn't sure she could stop Betty while she was under gamma rage. "You've got to listen to reason!"
