Oh Vegas was a sight to behold, even for a native New Yorker who was used to the bright lights and general hustle and bustle. But while her beloved New York was the city that never slept, this was definitely the city of sin. She had been doing some recon work on a high roller, the guy had shown up on the radar out of nowhere with a whole lot of money and some serious muscle behind him. He had been on the wrong side of a few higher up drug slingers, all of which had wound up very very dead.

Currently, the fight between drug lords, cartels, or what have you wasn't something that SHIELD really invested in, but some digging had found ties to some less then favorable characters, including a certain group of six that had held up a bank not too long ago. He might not have been a big deal now, but Fury had sent her in to make sure he didn't become a bigger problem later, orders were to watch, and gather information, last resort, or if he proved to be a big enough problem now was to take the man out no questions asked.

She had spent the last three days watching the man gamble away seventy grand, and stick another twelve thousand down the g-strings of various strippers. He was loud, obnoxious, and probably on the string of someone else, though Danii had yet to find out who. He had apparently retired for the night with a few questionable women, and Danii had his room so thoroughly bugged that she didn't bother to go following after. The system would record everything and she could just listen to the obnoxious sounds of rutting later. Because that's essentially what it was, and god it was gross, the man had the foulest language.

The thought made her shudder and order another drink, she was sitting at the admittedly expensive bar of the even more expensive hotel, the sounds of the slot machines and general life going on behind her as she sipped the long island iced tea like a pro. She wasn't much for gambling, and every guy that came sniffing around was shot down in flames so fast that now only the drunks were braving the certain rejection. Because it was certain rejection,even if she was able to take the night off, as she was sure the target wasn't leaving any time soon, with the amount of blow and women he had disappeared into his room with, but she just wasn't interested in anyone.........else that was. There was a certain man she had an eye on, but she didn't want to run head first into something she might just ruin, and she didn't want to overwhelm the man. So instead she sat at the bar and ordered another drink, thinking she'd head off to her room soon. [/div][/style][/td][/tr][/table]

The last few nights had sort of drifted by in a haze. What had gone on last night, what had gone on the night before? His memory turned to billowing smoke, lit up like a rainbow by the laser shows of the discos and bars he'd hopped, all the bright lights of the casino shining through the smoke like streetlights through a foggy windowpane as he sat in the back with an unnamed blonde and did unspeakable things; things that made him remember the old Vegas motto... Whatever happens here, stays here. But it was only a half memory; or had it even happened?

And now, he found himself in an odd moment of clarity. Perhaps he'd just come off a high, some cocaine-fueled midnight nightmare. Perhaps he still was, and this was just a moment of inspiration, a moment lost to time like tears in the rain, but he was in it, he was surrounded by the sound and then silent as in the radio station miles away the record came off and was replaced with another. In that brief moment of silence he met eyes with a girl who looked familiar, familiar in the general sense, but one who drew his gaze nonetheless. And he was surprised that their eyes had so soon met. He proceeded to look her up and down, to the black high heels and back up those long legs to the dress, or whatever she was wearing, and those large, perfectly-shaped breasts, and back up to the face that gave him the chills, her still looking at him, maybe she'd taken the chance to admire him as well--perhaps then--if the drinks provided him the confidence--he'd--go over.

He found himself out of his chair. He couldn't drink as much since he'd arrested the development of his regenerative factor. But he had a head of hair, and a face not pockmarked with tumors but rather, damn attractive. And he was no longer wearing his suit but a nice business suit. The bag of holding still worked, of course; he could pull whatever he'd need from it if the night got rough.

He didn't plan on it going poorly. It seemed like a simple job. Some mysterious contractor had hired him to kill some kind of Mexican drug cartel boss. He was told he could identify the man by how much money he threw around, the bitches he was with. He was told it was a big target and maybe other assassins were working the same job. But the whole time only one other person had constantly listened in to find out his room number, where he was surely taking those women, who no doubt only wanted his money.

That one other person was this blonde that was staring back at him. Maybe she wanted to take him out as competition. But maybe she wanted him. And the drinks--well shit, he hadn't even realized it, but he was almost to her. He'd started walking out of his own volition.

"Hi," he said, extending his hand casually, flirtatiously, as he leaned into the bar stool next to her. He flashed a charming smile. "I'm Wade."

Danii nursed the drink, in the span of time that she simply sat there, the woman had thought on enough that her shoulders sagged just the slightest. Her work was the center of her world, always had been, but she did want something more, of course she did. Taking another sip the blonde was rather startled with the realization that she hated being alone, she was never alone on the helicarrier, lately she had been partnering in missions, there was a roommate to hang out with in her New York penthouse, and her free time was spent with Steve. Right now though, in a casino full of people, she was alone and it was bothering her.

Didn't stop her from shooting down all the drunken, would be suitors though, Danii just was not interested in what they were selling, even if more then one flashed more cash in her direction then she made in a years salary. Tapping the heel of her stilletos against the metal leg of her bar stool, she downed the rest of her drink before motioning for another, dropping the cash down on the bar top and watching with disinterest as the bartender got to work mixing her drink, an almost despondent sigh escaping her red painted lips.

Immediately she perked up though, feeling that pinprick feeling, the type that got the hairs on the back of her neck, the one she got when someone was eying her too closely for her liking. Sitting up straight and pushing her sunglasses farther up the bridge of her nose, Danii casually tossed the long blonde waves of hair over her bare shoulder, discreetly sweeping the floor as she did so in hopes of finding whoever was watching her so intently. A few men were having a good stare at her legs, a few other blatantly staring at the rest of her in the little black dress she was in, nothing new there.

And then she tilted her head just so and caught eyes with the culprit. Though that face wasn't familiar to her in the slightest, there was something about the guy in general that had her attention, something she couldn't quite put her finger on. Either way she gave him the once over quickly, more sizing him up then checking him out, though the blonde would have been lying if she said that she wasn't checking him out just a little. Handsome guy in a suit was always an eye catcher in her book, but she was more then ready to leave it at just the glance, until he started walking over.

Her lips quirked into a small smile, shaking his hand and ready to blatantly state that he was wasting his time and that she wasn't interested but his voice seemed familiar and wait a minute, "Wait, Wade.........Wilson? You look good in a suit," Oh she had run into the infamous Deadpool before, though he had been wearing the costume of course, afterwords the curious woman had to check the files on the strange strange man, "It's me, Lady Liberty, wanna sit and have a drink?" She wasn't even sure if he'd remember that but if he didn't then it was definitely going to be time to get her stuff and leave, least things get tricky. [/div][/style][/td][/tr][/table]

His head was an echo chamber. Had she said something back to him? Yeah, yeah, she seemed to recognize him, said his last name, which took him plenty off guard. Perhaps his surprise was due more to the fact that his brain was like a sponge soaking in alcohol. Perhaps it was due to this blonde bombshell and her little black dress that hid just enough to make him want more. And she talked to him, and though her words were muffled by the great sound of pounding music and loud conversation all round the two, he heard her with an intense clarity that only a precise mixture of alcohol and cocaine could provide.

Lady Liberty. The name seemed familiar, and yet it seemed camp. He had known her by something familiar, not a code name. Code name? Oh yeah, she was the SHIELD agent. Beautiful, and... Best thing was, she paid attention to him and seemed to have a genuine interest. They had talked long about various subjects, classical music, etc... Anyway, that was long enough ago that he should have forgotten. She should have forgotten. But neither of them did. "Danii," he said, pausing to express his surprise at his own recognition, and then, "you look absolutely beautiful."

It wasn't necessary, sure, but regardless, he felt it was. She knew she made jaws drop, but she could still appreciate the compliment. He looked around, at the bar which he had used far too much that night, at the lights and laser shows and sounds of the casino, the annoying ka-Ching of slot machines. He remembered her power. "Do you want to get some fresh air?" he asked, knowing he needed some as well, knowing the bar was full of moisture from the backsweat of thousands of fat senior citizens. "it must be really bright in here for you," he explained, though for him the lights were a comfortable dim orange.

Short break, maybe to smoke even, and plus... He wanted to be with here alone. He liked her company. Also her body. But having someone to talk to who understood him, who had talked to him even when he was terribly mutated, was nice. Added bonus? He wasn't mutated anymore, though he could always jump start it again with some toxin he carried in his bag...

This was looking to be a good night.

She had to smile, the drinks finally starting to cause a warm pleasant flush when she stopped downing them long enough to actually allow the effect to set in. The file said he was pretty grotesquely disfigured, not that she actually did mind when she spoke to him, Danii was a person that focused more on personality then looks but seeing him now she had to wonder what had happened. Wade looked downright handsome as far as she could tell, and she doubted that was just the alcohol talking, because she had only had enough to feel a certain sense of freedom, but not enough for beer goggles to set in.

"Ah, you remembered me!" Her smile got a little bigger, having thought that the man would have met so many interesting people in his line of work in the time since they chatted that he wouldn't remember her at all. Danii never really did give herself as much credit as most people would think, she wasn't very narcissistic or preoccupied with herself, especially since most people made fun of her sight 'handicap' while growing up, because let's face it, it was weird. And the fact that she was taller then most of the boys, well she a lot more down to earth then most people would imagine, "Thank you," The flush on her cheeks darkened just enough in a blush that she probably wouldn't have been able to play it off on the alcohol, "Like I said, you're lookin' pretty sharp yourself," Danii said and gave him an easy smile before having another sip of her drink.

She had to lean in a little more to actually here him over the noises in the background, it hadn't really bothered her before as Danii sent every guy that approached her packing, so it wasn't like she was really listening to them. But, as strange of a man as he was, Danii did actually enjoy speaking to him, she found his brand of strange to be interesting and almost endearing in a way, "That sounds like a good idea," It was stuffy and generally packed in the casino, and christ how did anyone actually hold a conversation around here? Motioning for two more drinks from the bar tender she flashed the man a smile when he put down the drinks, slapping the cash on the counter and pressing a glass into Wade's hand before picking up her own.

"There's a sting, like how most people feel under flood lights," But she could still see without the sunglasses on, either way they were perched on her head just in case. Slipping off the bar stool, Danii straightened out her dress, pulling the hem down a little farther so it wasn't showing quite so much thigh, before tilting her head and giving Wade a smile, motioning him to follow as she slipped through the crowd of people and out the door, dodging seniors with nothing better to do with their penchants and a man who tried to make a grab at her to pull her into his lap. The said part was, that wasn't the first time some guy had tried that in the last few days she had been there.

Pulling her sunglasses down when she stepped outside Danii took a deep breath and leaned against the side of the building, smiling in that amicable way that she always did, "So how ya been Wade? It's been a while since we last talked," And it looked like the man had been quite busy doing something interesting, if he didn't want to tell her about it though, she wasn't going to press the matter. Having a sip from the tall glass in her hand she had to chuckle, "What are the odds of runnin' into each other in a particular casino in Vegas?" The question was more just musing out loud, but it gave her an idea, and a sly smile spread across her pretty face.

"Tell me, ya feelin' lucky, punk?" An eyebrow raised as she posed the question, still smiling that almost borderline devious smile, a product mostly of the alcohol because as soon as she stood, it had really gone straight to her head, "Alright, Dirty Harry reference aside, but this has gotta be some sort of luck, and I say we ride that particular wave, maybe we can get some cash out of it," No reason not to try their luck if they were in Vegas, standing outside of a casino to be exact.[/div][/style][/td][/tr][/table]

So they were outside.

He'd had sex with plenty of blonde bombshells in every position know to man, and some still yet unknown. The Kama sutra could've been rewritten based on wade Wilson's actions alone. And yet, this one seemed to pull his gaze from the others, she seemed to pull his focus and attention. It was like he looked around the room in a haze but when they met their gaze everything was clear. It was like she was his first time all over again.

He accepted the drink warmly and they were suddenly outside, as if the journey there had been erased quite quickly. And it was fresh and quieter out here, and she looked beautiful still in the low dim light of the street lamp. She asked him something, and then something else. He answered them both with one fluid statement.

"oh, I've just been working some, partying some. Ive been alright, found a way to stop the whole mutating thing... Anyway, Maybe we're on the same job."

That last bit was, uh, well, the legitimate reason. But he treated it like it was a joke. Maybe he didn't even know for sure. And then she started talking in this sort of sexy, devious way that excited him, made him think she wasn't some idealistic government agent, but that she had a wild side, a savage side that drove him absolutely wild. Carnal thoughts were all that followed. He wouldn't mind getting lucky with her, their bodies causing friction and fog and heat, heat eternal until they disappeared in ecstasy.

Maybe he should get some ecstasy.

Anyway, she meant gambling, but still, it was sexy the way she asked it. Hell, everything about her screamed sex, from her head to her toes and everything in between, and shit, even her mind turned him on. He shook it from his head.

Hell yeah, he wanted to gamble. He drank his beer.

"I feel damn lucky to have met you again. Poker? Mostly luck, a little skill. Love it. Roulette, maybe, blackjack, maybe, but not slots."

it was her choice, he started thinking, as he started back into the casino and headed with her to the gambling floor.

]It actually felt rather nice to be outside, even if the street was probably more crowded and lively then it had been inside, the air was warm without being oppressive the way it normally was during the day and there was enough of a breeze to rustle the loose blond curls that were spilling over her shoulder. Danii gave him another appreciative glance, a little bolder then she would normally be thanks to the alcohol that was keeping her cheeks flushed and the fact that her sunglasses covered her eyes. Granted even though wearing them was engrained into her nature by now, she didn't normally sneak glances.

"Sounds like a party," Danii smiled, god how often did she use that sentence? And why was she even focusing on her speech patterns right now? Probably because she was already about a sheet and a half to the wind and she always did focus on the strangest things when she was drinking, "I noticed, that's gotta be a load off in a way, doesn't it, kinda like a certain freedom to have now?" She meant the whole mutation thing, at least this way he didn't have to constantly be covered from head to toe, "Granted, I think you're a pretty interesting guy, mutation or not," Oh wait, that was why she normally paid extra attention to what she was saying, alcohol was like a damn truth serum, and she said things like that out loud.

But her eyebrow nearly shot up into her hairline at the mention of a job, "I think it'd be too coincidental for you to mention that, but, if we are on the same job, don't kill'em till I'm done," There was a cold seriousness to her tone, when it came to work Danii didn't play around. She knew very well what Wade did to make some cash, which was everything just shy of male stripper, but then again, that may have just not found it's way into his file yet. As long as he didn't go after someone she was particularly close to, or screw one of her jobs to high holy hell then she didn't bat an eye. As a soldier and an agent, her hands weren't exactly clean either, she just didn't act like a cold hard bitch because of it.

Tossing back the rest of the potent drink in a way that would probably make other folks cringe Danii was already smiling again like the momentary devil hadn't popped up behind her to issue him the almost unspoken warning. Licking her lips to catch the lingering flavor of a long island iced tea done right, she thought about it for a moment, "I'm thinkin' poker, just seems.........right," Her old man always did say to go with your gut feeling. Granted he probably hadn't meant that in the context of gambling when already part way drunk with a merc you can't keep your eyes off of. But she wasn't really ready to split hairs here, instead she brushed past, no doubt close enough that he could catch the light fragrance of the raspberry body spray she was so painfully fond of, gently placed a hand on his arm and motioned for him to follow back into the casino.

"You can just call me Lady Luck tonight," She looked up at him from under her sunglasses at just an angle so he could catch the wink she sent him, already walking back inside, "Lady Luck doesn't like to be kept waitin' though," Danii grabbed a drink off a passing waiters tray and gave him such a lovely smile the man had no choice but to keep walking, continuing en route to find a table for Wade to get dealt into. A combination of slapping a generous amount of chips down and leaning forward just so the dealer had himself a view and really, no one said no to her when she put her mind to it. The alcohol really did make her bold, and Danii had another sip of the whatever the hell she was drinking, then leaned over and kissed Wade on the cheek, "For luck ya know," The blonde said with a quirk of a smile and watched as the hands were dealt. She thought he was interesting, mutated or not?

Well, depending on what she meant by interesting, that was either a sarcastic comment or something so endearing and refreshing that he just kinda melted on the inside. He hadn't heard something like that... Ever. He saw girls that hated him before falling for him now, and he saw people who were still annoyed regardless... But... She liked him before, too? Well, shit.

And the whole thing about the same job and all that. He didn't know why he'd let it out.... Of course she had to know he was a hit man. It was her job to know. So saying they were on the same job was... Well... But anyway, she seemed to agree. And he didn't have a time limit on needing to kill the guy or anything... Just needed to do it before he left Vegas. Word was that he had some sort of plan to attack Mexico City and take it over, and was spending his last guaranteed happy days in Vegas. When he took it over... Shit, he could fail, and even if he did it, he could easily be toppled before he could collect a harem. His name was Figuerro Vazquez. Born in San Diego.


Anyway, back to Danii. Suddenly she started getting sexier, flirting with him, touching him. He hoped it wasn't all part of her job. She smelled faintly like raspberries. He liked raspberries. Anyway, she grabbed his arm lightly and motioned for him to follow, walking through the bar into the gambling floor, past a waiter, smoothly stealing a drink off his platter. Wade motioned for two Jagermeister shots to be delivered to his table as soon as the cards were dealt.

And he followed Danii closely through the crowd, his eyes sticking to her amazing ass as it swayed gently back and forth in that tight, tigh black dress like a boat on the ocean, her legs the water, fluid and smooth. And that blonde hair that fell in waves down her back... Shit, everything about her just turned him on, like a captain yelling, full speed ahead, flipping all switches to the on position, set phasers to kill, warp fucking 9.

He was only a little drunk now. The Jägermeisters would help him get all the way there, to the point where his inhibitions would be so low that he might be inclined to sweep aside the poker chips and mount her on the table right then and there, oh fuck he was way too horny now, at last his eyes came off her ass when they got to the poker table.

He got dealt in oddly fast. Suddenly he was seated and the cards were being passed to him and Danii was right behind him, a damn good distraction for the others, but he just hoped she didn't look at his cards. The pros could tell a blank face from a poker face, and this was not the normal fucking table, no, she had managed to pick the high-fucking-roller table on accident, or maybe on purpose, but this damn table was on a platform and there were people watching the game everywhere. No chance to cheat, everything on the line, so much at stake, and... So much to win.

Right before the cards entered his hands, she kissed him on the cheek. He smiled. He wanted to show her how much more he'd like to kiss her right there, with tongue and hands in awful places, but for now he'd sit. His face was suddenly washed. Blank. Not a ripple of emotion, no muscles flexed, just a total alcohol-induced relaxation.

And he looked at his cards.

Ace and King of Spades. There... Was no fucking way. This was going to be fucking good. But he kept the same face. The check was just like a normal damn thing. The round of betting came to him, and he went in. Obviously. Unless you were hopeless with a two and a seven of different houses or something like that, you went in the first round.

First burn, and the flop. Three hearts, King hearts, and ten of spades. Okay. That didn't look to good, but... It didn't really lookup much for anyone, really. A few of the men around the table bit their lips. They were gonna fold, they were fucked, they didn't have spades or hearts, maybe had some middle cards,must anyway...

He anted up when it came to him again. Of course. Ten of spades was damn good for what he was going for.

Okay. Some were out but it didn't matter. The burn and the turn. It was a jack of spades. Jesus. This couldn't be happening. One of the guys let his head fall in his hands. Wade just took his first shot go Jagermeister. Only one other guy besides him looked confident. But the others had already gone all in so far. Here came the hard round. He went all in. It was all or nothing, and he had a damn good chance. It was all this last card.

A few guys bluffed and bet just a little more. The other confident guy went all in. There was a sizable pot, enough that wade couldn't count how many thousand chip pieces were sitting in the middle. And the last card was played, the river.

No. No. No. No way.

Queen of Spades.

This couldn't, aaaaahahahahahahahahaha ahahahaha he kept a straight face. The other guy pushed all his chips in, a few others pushed all in, and a few left with what little dignity they had. The pot was huge, and it was all his. And he knew it now. Now the reveals. The other confident guy showed his hand... An eight and nine of spades. Oh, wow. Poor guy. Straight flush, so much confidence... But lady luck wasn't on his side tonight.

Other guys had some doubles, one had a full house, and then it came to Wade. He slowly turned over his two cards, as a wry smile spread across his face. The others immediately dropped their heads. The dealer gave a light chuckle.

So. That guy with the straight flush. Wade wouldn't know it until later, but he had fixed that game and his name was Figuerro Vazquez.

He had just stolen nearly a billion dollars from one of the most dangerous drug cartel bosses in the world... His and Danii's target.

But he won, and he won big. He stood up, took his second shot, grabbed Danii by the small of her back, and kissed her with quite a bit of tongue. "well shit," he said, "I am getting really lucky tonight."

Danii was pretty good when it came to poker, but the way that Wade managed to just go ahead and loose every last piece of emotion on his face, well good thing as she had shaken her bits right into what was probably the most expensive table there. Well, had to gamble big to win big and Danii really did have a good feeling about he whole thing, Irish in heritage, the blonde always did like to think she had a little of the Irish luck to her. How else could she have managed to make it through some of the more dangerous operations that SHIELD sent her on? A combination of skill with a hint of luck.

She would just have to make it a point to look anywhere but at his cards, not wanting to give anything away least she ruin his game. Instead the blonde went out of her way to distract every other man there, licking her lips and tossing that sly smile of hers here and there. Danii was normally the down to earth sort, and didn't make nearly as much of a deal about her looks as everyone else seemed to do, but she knew she had assets that others here didn't so generously have, and Danii knew that she could use that to her advantage.

Which is exactly what she did, sipping her drink and giggling when a waiter said something to her that she didn't quite hear, not that it mattered. Danii tossed her hair over her shoulder, batted her lashes at one of the men across the table from where she stood behind Wade. No she wasn't interested in the other man in the slightest, but when he blew her a kiss, she knew she had more of his attention then his cards did. When he folded, she was off mock flirting with someone else, sipping her drink and swaying with the sound of the music playing in the casino. She wasn't a very good dancer, but she had enough rhythm to be able to move to the beat, not that it mattered as people were probably too busy watching her breasts bounce with her motions.

She kept steadily sipping away at her drink, the buzz was too good, the pot was getting bigger and damn did she have a good feeling about this. Stalking around, she watched the game tick on, brushing past someone every now and then and kicking back a shot while she had the chance. The flush on her cheeks was deeper, and the woman had to laugh at the amazing luck they had come into. Apparently when it came to herself and Wade, they were just damned lucky because fucking christ, that was a lot of money to have just come into. The surprise would come later of course, when they found that they stole that much fuckin' money from right under the nose of a guy they were supposed to go ahead and screw over in an even worse way by the end of the week.

Laughing with a drunken level of joy she tossed back a shot as well, tasted like a butterball, but she was long past the point of caring by now. Definitely past the point of caring by the time Wade was pulling her against him and the taste of butterscotch and jägermeister was playing on her tongue as she wrapped her arms around his neck and kissed him back with what could only amount to as a certain level of drunken fervor, pressed against him tightly because she was sure her knees had just managed to go week and Danii wasn't sure she could stand on her own. Something she would of course blame on the alcohol and not the way his tongue played against hers, "Easy there tiger," Danii said, voice thick with humor and........something else.

"How about we get a few drinks and limo? Cause I just had a pretty great idea,"It was the tiger comment, the tiger comment and the fact that she was a movie buff and couldn't help but make movie references whenever she could, "Let's go get a fuckin' tiger," Like in the movie the hangover, cause that sounded like such a great idea at the moment, it was probably all the liquor talking, but seriously, she had always wanted a tiger, "Fuck it, make it Mike Tyson's tiger," Danii added in an afterthought with a giggle, finally stepping away from him because they had to gather up the chips first, "What do ya think?" Wait. How had he gotten here. Oh yeah.

He'd lost himself in that kiss, though she definitely didn't seem to mind it as she conformed her body to his, them becoming glue together for a moment as the men leaving the table watched. They saw in him a man who had everything... Good looks, good taste, a cool head, enough money to last him the rest of his life, and the absolutely balls-crushingly hottest girl in the entire casino, making out with him in a drunken haze as they shoved their winnings into a massive bag provided gratis by the casino.

He did have it all. Except she was right... He didn't have a tiger.

"haha, like in that fuckin movie," he said, his tongue more numb than he'd initially thought. But damn, she had tasted good. He wanted to move his mouth all over her body, even her--or well especially her--oh well, you get the picture.

They dumped the cash off at the front desk. He was staying at that casino so they had his name. They gave him a room upgrade too, a fucking presidential suite for just a thousand dollars. What a steal!

Other girls seemed to grab at him as he walked through the casino. But he walked side by side with the mysterious blonde, hand on the small of her back but constantly sinking farther down. What was the room again? Oh yeah, cover the bed in money please, but I'm not going to use it now, no, order me a fucking limo stocked with champagne please, am I worried about the cost, no, shit, I was already worth more than what I just won tonight but it's a hell of a nice way to spend it isn't it oh you have kids well here's a Benjamin, just keep it, thank you for calling the cab we'll be right out and come back later okay bye.

His mind was blending everything together, the grammar making less and less sense as he realized he kept shoving shots down his throat, or maybe he wasn't and it was just imagined but, suddenly they were standing outside waiting for the limo and Danii was wearing his jacket. He held her to warm her up on the damp sidewalk and kissed her again. Everything now had gone so smoothly, but how? He couldn't remember what he had done since leaving the table, since the last time they'd made out, which was only remembered because it was repeated.

It was as their tongues were doing a close tango once more that the limo pulled up, the back seat inviting them to come in but not telling them to stop what they were doing, and he sank in, holding the door open for her, finding a champagne bottle nudging his sleeve, and then it popped off and the cork flew halfway down the limo. the driver asked where they wanted to go and, thinking it was all still a fun joke, wade shouted,

"to the zoo!"

And the night was still young. It could only get worse from here.

"Fuck yea like in tha movie," The hangover was a great movie after all, and dammit at least once on their lives everyone needed to emulate at least one scene from that movie. It just seemed like that much fun, and she needed more fun in her life, which was probably how she ended up in the position she was in at the moment, biting her lip to hold back a giggle and tossing Wade a side long glance every time his hand drifted lower then it should have. Did she mind? No because inhibitions had been climbing out the far window three shots ago by this point, "We need to play Phil Collins, so ya know, no don't care if you wanna argue, its happenin," End of story.

Granted, a part of her really did want to see what that presidential suite was all about, a thought that took a turn into the gutter a moment later and her cheeks darkening with a downright blush. Drinking always did make her just a tad more.....affectionate in some ways, since she normally tried to keep herself to, well, herself. Danii did though, shoot a glance to the other women as she strutted past, shoulders back and head held high because even when she was drunk she couldn't loose the years of standing straight and at attention. Well, that and she was totally in for challenging anyone that tried to ruin her night right about now.

They managed to get outside, and the temperature had dropped substantially since the last time they had been out to get some air. She shivered, rubbed her arms and found a coat around her shoulders a moment later which caused her to smile and lean into the man beside her because damnit he was warm, and solid and smelled nice to top it off. Danii was kissing back without hesitation again, how long had it been since she had actually spent that much time kissing a guy? Enough that she had to try and figure it out, which was rather embarrassing, but she really did spend that much time at her job.

It seemed like all of two seconds later there was a limo waiting for them and she was sliding into a plush leather seat beside the man. Holding a glass up she tipped the bottle and had herself a sip, automatically warming up again so that she draped the coat on the seat beside her before pressing closer to Wade, tangling her free hand in the hair on the back of his head and pulling him into what amounted to a kiss as intoxicating as any of the alcohol that she had downed already that night. The blonde was so busy tangling herself around Wade she barely noticed when the limo stopped and the driver opened the door and holy shit they where at the zoo.

Immediately she was out of the limo, straightening her dress and looking up at the high fence with a grin. And then she was hiking her dress a little higher so she could move a bit more freely as she scaled the fence, "Wade, ya comin or wha?" Danii asked from her perch at the top, before dropping down on the other side with a laugh. This really sounded like a great idea and she twirled past the cages of different animals before coming to a large, sleeping tiger, "Here kitty kitty kitty," Her tone was soft and singsong as she pulled a thin wire from the hem of her dress and started to pick open the lock on the little encloser. A good SHIELD agent was always prepared for anything after all. [/div][/style][/td][/tr][/table]

The champagne was nice and chilled but ran down his throat and started a fire in his belly that warmed him up from the inside, or perhaps that was something else.

And then the bottle, despite having been full only a second before, was empty and rolling around on the floor and he was locked in an embrace with the blonde, his legs somehow intertwining with hers and their hands tracing little lines all over the place. Running his hands through her platinum hair felt like just about the best thing in the world right now, and he never wanted to stop. It felt like ages locked with her and yet they stopped so quickly it was like only a moment had passed, the subtle lipstick smear on his face and the taste of her on hismpassengers tongue the only reminders of what had just happened.

And then she was hiking her dress up, maybe a bit more than she realized, as she wanted to move freer outside? Yeah sure. He was staring at those legs that seemed impossibly long as she scaled the fence, the dress riding up more and more as she ascended until he was left at the bottom and he could easily see her black lace lingerie as she said some phrase to him that was muddled by the wind. He ran at the wall and scaled it as if he was sober, tipping over onto the other side and landing as he witnessed her... Unlocking a fucking Tiger cage.

What the hell was she doing?! Oh yeah. That's what they came there for. He watched as she unlocked the door. "I don't think we should be doing this but I don't care," he said dully. Hell that phrase could be applied to so many other things that night. They shouldn't have gambled so drunk they couldn't recognize their target. They shouldn't have been doing all this while being rivals on the job, compromising the mission. But fuck, he didn't care. Consequences be damned, he was having the time of his life with this girl.

He helped her with the door, and then getting the tiger out. Keeping it asleep was the hardest part.

The fence, nevermind, that was harder. Tranquilizer dart in his bag made the sleepy part easier.

Limo again. Three champagne bottles rolling around now. Tiger sleeping in the corner. Driver silently panicking. Where were they going now? Making out more, locked in their chained embrace again. Beach. Yeah the beach, Mandalay bay, get there and park and you get a big tip, good job man. Don't mind the tiger it has a tranquilizer dart.

The last hour, they probably had talked a lot, but the noises blended into feelings and one word summaries, and they were on the fake beach now. Not cold enough to be shivering, but enough that they wanted a blanket. He had enough consciousness to get out a few phrases.

"you're fucking amazing. I think if I spent every..." hic "every night with you I'd be fucking happy. Let's.. I don't know. Get fuckin married or something."

And that was when the world came to a complete black skid.

Danii did love big cats, all pretty and graceful, majestic and still deadly at the same time. Always had wanted a tiger, dad just looked at her like she was nuts, then again, who expected her to be normal with the upbringing she had lived through? It wasn't the worst, but it sure wasn't anywhere near normal and right now she was probably acting like a seventeen year old again, wild and generally careless, trying to rebel against everything because she grew up under so many rules she thought her back would break. Danii would regret it in the morning, even when she got totally, utterly drop dead wasted she never acted so damn wreckless as she did now.

But it felt too damn good to stop, she always did say that she loved to have fun. And with all the crap life had been sending her way lately, why not enjoy it while she had the chance? How the hell had they even managed to get the damn tiger out without loosing a limb? She needed a bag like that, could pull out whatever you could think of, too damn useful, it would make her life so much easier. At least he had a tranq in there, and between the two they had enough muscle to get the big beastie over the fence, Danii wasn't even bothered as she stayed perched precariously on the top, attempting to help lug the sleeping cat over.

Danii was positive that the driver shit a brick when he saw what they were carrying and she laughed, attempting to muffle the sound with her hand but watching him visibly pale was too much. How many bottles did they stock this thing with? She couldn't say for sure,making quick work of every glass poured for her and keeping herself occupied by trying to see how long she could continue kissing Wade before air became a necessity. A few labored breaths and she was pulling him back down to meet her lips again, wondering just when it had gotten so hot back there and playing with the buttons on his shirt without a second thought.

She couldn't really remember much aside from how good it felt to keep kissing him and the blonde couldn't tell how or when they had ended up on the beach. She couldn't figure out why either, not that it really mattered, fake beach or not she did love hanging out on the beach, granted she was so far in the bag she wasn't sure she would argue with just about anything at the moment. Danii tried to remember anything after getting the tiger and in between all the kissing and touching, maybe she had mentioned her love of the beach? It was cold enough that she curled up against Wade from where she had been laying, looking up into the night sky and singing that Phil Collins song from the movie under her breath, just loud enough that he could probably hear her.

She wasn't the next break out superstar singer, but Danii could carry a tune and was pleasant enough to sing to and oh! The name was In The Air Tonight, there, that had been bothering her. The woman got quiet when Wade started talking, marriage? He had said marriage, she painstakingly lifted herself onto an elbow to look down at him, head feeling heavy from all the alcohol and balance all but gone at this point. She was giving him a mean poker face at the moment, expression totally unreadable as she watched him closely before her lips quirked into a small smile, "Y-yeah? Only if.....only......just as long as Elvis marries us," Danii said with a giggle, putting her head back down and closing her eyes for a moment. Don't ask what happened after that, like running out of film, everything just ended there. [/div][/style][/td][/tr][/table]

FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK it was bright, like he was on the surface of the sun, and what was that buzzing that constant buzzing that oh, alarm clock. He slammed his fist down on the infernal device and read the time. Three PM. Okay well.... Okay.

Ah, last night must have been terrible. He dropped off Danii at her hotel and went back for a nice bath after the beach, they probably just hung out there for a while and so the saltwater or chlorine or whatever made the...

Except that wasn't right. Their night hadnt ended at the beach and none of that other stuff happened. He started becoming more aware of his surroundings. Hundred dollar bills were strewn across the bed and the floor and... Well that was strange. On the floor, amongst the money, was what looked like a black monokini, like one that the playboy bunny strippers would wear. He looked around out from the bed to the big bay windows. It must've been his presidential suite.

He was completely naked, and the blanket wasnt on the bed. Panicking at the time a little, he scrambled for the bedside table drawer which his shot was in. In a few hours his regen factor would kick in again and then he'd be ugly.

Funny thing. It wasn't on that side, and in his scrambling he realized his left thumb was completely gone. Covered in gauze. Well... The shot must be on the other side of the bed. So he rolled over and that's when his leg brushed up against hers and he looked at the sleeping beauty face to face. For a moment he was really happy to see her. And then came the regret.

Oh no. He sprang out of bed and walked around to get his medicine. She was wearing bunny ears and a bow tie and nothing else. While her perfect breasts looked amazing with the peaceful light coming in from the big bay windows, he knew that a big mistake had been made. He didn't want it to happen like this. He finally got around to his shot and injected it.... Ahh, peace. He picked the blanket up off the ground and covered her with it.

He looked around for his pants. Only could find his boxers. He put them on and tried gathering... Anything, any clue as to what happened last night. He saw a few tickets to a fireworks show, a baseball signed by babe ruth, and a weird bird shaped hat. And the Hangover on dvd, the open box sitting in front of the tv... Why was Phil Collins stuck in his head? There had to be some big big problem here...

And there it was in the coffee table next to the couch. The couch was another story... It had the impression of an ass in its folds of cloth. Hmm. That added credence to the possibility that they had sex... Anyway the coffee table... On top of it was a little rectangular paper.

Well, huh. That was unexpected.

He looked in the bathroom. There was water all over the floor and the outline of a back on the Inside of the frosted glass shower wall. On the mirror above the sink there were two hand prints. He washed his face. It was covered in lipstick. His clothes were in here, as well as hers, but for some reason they were soaking in the water... And, uh, his suitcase was in the bathtub. Why? Why was that a good idea?!

To the kitchen to make breakfast, then. Might as well inspect the damage. Oh what the fuck. The faux wooden siding on the kitchen table had broken off and the oven handle had a deep crack in it. Like... Even on the table? Really?

He looked over at the large bay windows. He looked closer than he had the first time. On the middle pane... What looked like the smudged outlines of a large pair of breasts, shoulders, and hands out up and to the side. An immense pang of regret formed in his stomach and spread up through his skull. Not like this...

...well there wasn't really any... Denying it, then. Unless a series of really hilarious accidents had happened, there was no avoiding the fact that... they'd had hours upon hours of wild sex last night. And oh of course, he was drunk so he wouldn't think to use a condom. He hoped she didn't have anything. Hell he hoped he didn't have anything. And he hoped that the regen factor had had some really negative effect on his potency...

He was considerate. He shut the curtains, blocking out nearly all light entering the apartment. As much as possible so he could still see, at least. Rubbing his temples, Wade shuffled to the food cabinet which was of course, stocked for him. He broke some eggs and started cooking them scrambled, and got out some bacon on a separate pan.

Might as well try to make up for everything before reality reared its ugly head. Maybe there was still some hope left.

Was that the sound of her waking up? The panicking would start soon, then.

Somewhere, it sounded pretty far away, she thought she heard a buzzing sound. Before it was really something that was going to unnerve her the sound stopped and thankfully so, now that it was no longer a problem, she nuzzled deeper into a pillow and let herself fall back to sleep. Danii couldn't really remember what had happened last night, but she was sure it wasn't so bad, there was this insistent throbbing in her temple that told her a wicked headache wasn't too far away if she opened her eyes too soon. Just go back to sleep for a little longer and she would be alright, already drifting off when suddenly she was nice and warm, so damn comfy.

Curling deeper into the blankets Danii was just too comfortable to get out of bed just yet. But she couldn't really ignore the sounds of someone padding around, though in her sleep fogged mind the blonde was attempting to reason it off as maybe the person being room service. Probably came in to clean, found she was still out and wandered back out, which was fine, because that was all Danii wanted to do right now, sleep until it was imperative to get back up.

But then the smell wafted through the air, the sound of bacon sizzling and who the hell was in here making bacon? That's what got her up, and got her up quickly, the sudden need to make sure everything was secure and that she wasn't in some deep potentially life threatening shit. Unfortunately Danii sat up with such momentum that the rest of her was apparently still laying in bed. Her back screamed in protest and she let out a quiet yelp as she fell back into the mattress, not prepared for the sudden thread of pain. That was when she realized she was naked, naked and sore and oh god she hadn't been doing.......that, had she?

Danii tried to run a hand through her hair and got caught on the...........why was she wearing bunny ears? Where was her cloths? All she could find was a playboy bunny outfit, better then nothing. Slipping it on she thanked the stars the curtains were closed because she had no idea where her sunglasses had gotten off to. Granted, she wasn't entirely sure where she was either, but there were hundred dollar bills everywhere and what the hell, had she gotten herself a sugar daddy or something? Shuffling through the room Danii headed to the closest door, walked into another room and heard a deep rumbling growl.

There was a tiger in the room, a big orange and black striped tiger, laying there all regal and chewing on a pillow like it had nothing better to do and seriously there was a real live fucking tiger in the room. Danii blinked, blinked again and watched as the tiger pawed at what looked like a human thumb before taking a step back and slowly shutting the door. The blonde couldn't help but stand there and stare at the door for just a moment longer, then she heard another growl and a thud against the door and she yelped, back peddled so quickly that she tripped over the coffee table.

Danii layed there for a moment, on the floor betwene the now upturned table and the couch, staring at the cieling and wondered what the fuck she had done last night. A piece of paper drifted lazily through the air and landed beside her, curiously grabbing it and pulling it into focus she read it, then read it again. And then one last time because she really couldn't believe that it said that she had married Wade, but that explained why she swore she had met Elvis last night. Elvis, Elvis, the King of Rock and Roll had........he had been asking them something. The haze was thick, but she remembered Elvis in his rhinestone suit holding a guitar. She had married Wade. She was married. Married to Wade Wilson.

Maybe she was just still sleeping? This had to be a dream. Standing up Danii shuffled to the kitchen and oh there he was, making breakfast and it really smelled nice and then she opened her mouth but instead of saying good morning the only thing that came out was a scream that would have put a horror movie Scream Queen to shame, "WHAT THE FUCK HAPPENED LAST NIGHT?! WHERE ARE MY FUCKING CLOTHS AND OH MY SWEET HOLY GOD THE TIGER HAS YOUR FINGER," that last part added in when her muddled mind put together his gauze wrapped hand and the thumb that the tiger was playing with. In T minus ten she was going to be spazzing out and generally hyperventilating, make that T minus three when she caught the glint of light off the band on her ring finger, "WADE WE GOT MARRIED WHAT THE GOOD GOLLY FUCK?!" There was so much wrong with this right now, she couldn't even figure out what to start freaking out about first. [/div][/style][/td][/tr][/table]
