THE WORLD AS WE KNOW IT !

For those who were able to witness the skies during the month of July 2012, we were able to be apart of something that changed the world completely. It looked as if the Northern Lights were plastered in the sky above while there was lightening that touched down in multiple Capitols across the globe. Radio frequencies were disrupted while other areas suffered full on power outtages. Then these people began to appear. There were people that were flying in the skies, saving people. But we were foolish to believe that we would reap the benefits of the world shattering collision. With the good came with the bad. There were people that could perform extraordinary horrors and most of the time the body count was in the double digits before they were stopped by our masked Heroes.
I remember it was just a few years ago when there were rumors of a man that flew high in the sky. People reported they witnessed a blur of blue and red, and a large cape. The city, Metropolis, was the home to the Caped Wonder, Superman. Then came word of a man who bad begun to clean up the streets of Gotham City. The corruption and crime was at it's highest as they welcomed Batman with semi-open arms. But their rivals stepped up to the plate and sent their world's into a tailspin. For some Heroes, the body count and destruction was too much of a stress. With fear used as a weapon, we, the people, turned on those who fought to save us. More and more sprung up in various cities, each typically as deadly as the last. But as darkness spread across the world, hope still remained. People arms. People stepped up in aide to our Superheros such as The Flash, Nightwing, Grifter, and so many others.
But then that day in history happened, June 28, 2012. The sky was painted pretty until it shattered. The weather the following two days were odd. An outbreak of tornados across the United States of America as a whole, hurricanes and tsunamis ripped the through the land. Japan and China suffered lightening storms while the ice caps in the Northern and Southern hemispheres heated up at an alarming rate though everything returned to normal after the inital fourty eight hours. But you had to be blind to think that they were freak storms. People with even more unimaginable talents and appearances began to appear. The X-Men and the Brotherhood were the most shocking. There were a few in the group, the Avengers, Captain America, Thor, The Hulk-- though some argue the amount of good he did against the amount of destruction he left in his wake. A man named Tony Stark jumped to the top of the list of our richest people as well as he allowed us all in on the Iron Man secret. But we didn't get just awesome guys that fight the good fight. We were blessed with Danii Washington, Black Widow, and Rogue to name a few but plenty.
There had been some backlash against those who were trying to protect us. We are afraid of what we don't know and thus our fear turns us into madmen. I know this is a bit unorthodox as I am choosing to write to you, the reader, my audience. We must mot allow them to use us against the ones who are here to help. The body count is rising as I write this. We must practice tolerance and patience. We must take a stand with them and we won't back down.
