The situation was interesting, to say the least. The half demon and the avatar of an elder god. To Raven it appeared that she was outpowered but she hoped that she might be able to defuse the situation.[/b] The Titan asked, her voice emotionless as she asked the question. Rage was not one of the teenager's favirote emotions. It was something she felt but it never did any good. To Raven, such emotions as rage were more often linked to her father.
“Entity... I like that. The Juggernaut is the Exemplar. He's the earthly embodiment of Cyttorak who is, yes, the Elder God. The juggernaut is an... aspect, I suppose, of Cain and Cyttorak combined. An aspect powerful enough to take over when Cain lets that anger out, and he's been angry for some time now,” Interesting. Did that mean if Raven used her empathy to take away the pain the Juggernaut would become Cain? The moving pain onto him hadn't worked maybe removing pain would be good enough.
Curiously, Raven watched the Juggernaut, judging his emotions and apperance. So far it appeared that they were in a stand off and one that Raven did not want the Juggernaut to break.
"So if you no longer felt anger you would return to Cain?"
“We should find out. Come on down and I'll do the spine ripping for you,” At those words, Raven flew a little higher and further.
"What's the matter, can't fly?"[/b] Raven asked, a hint of her demonic side making its way in. Raven was worried that with Trigon getting more powerful that she would loose herself to her darkerside. It didn't help that Pride seemed to enjoy attempting to break through and show off or mock the Juggernaut.
“Redemption is a joke. Heroism is a lie. It's just a restraining bolt handed down from Moses. Don't make me laugh, girl. All your morality is a cloak of pacifism to hide your own impotence.”
"I'd rather be powerless and live a life of peace and without violence than have face the horrors that I have lived through."[/b] Raven said, no hint of Pride in her voice, no sign of any emotions. Eyes looked down on the Juggernaut as she wondered what he considered powerful. After all, he was standing in her soul-self at this present moment and apparently unable to attack. Her Pride certainly wanted to point out the fact that so far, despite him being an avatar of an Elder God, that the half demon seemed to have the advantage. Slowly taking in a breath, Raven attempted to keep in control and not to let Pride get the better of her.
"You're not going to give up and decide to not attack people if I let you back, are you?"[/b] Raven asked after a few seconds, although she already knew the answer. Maybe she would have to take more action, even if she hated it.[/blockquote][/div]
