Keegan is charming to the extreme, he loves to flirt with guys, particularly rich, powerful men. He is awful with relationships so don't expect to win his heart over, but feel free to try a one night stand. He is a good friend, though he can be egotistical and don't expect him to be civil, he loves to tease. While he broadly fights for the greater good he has a weak spot for powerful evil men, thankfully this doesn't crop up much though. He doesn't have many enemies, mainly because he rarely does enough hero work to make any.
