Full Name: Steven "Steve" Rogers
Code Name: Captain America
Age: 90; but has a physique of a super-enhanced male in his early twenties

"Victory is MINE Baldy!
And if you had any hair I'd take that too!"
And if you had any hair I'd take that too!"
Hair: Blonde; with a formal hairstyle
Eyes: Blue; reminiscent of the blue on the American flag
Height: 6' 2"
Weight: 240 lbs
Distinguishing Marks: None whatsoever; Steve literally has a perfect complexion
Appearance: He has blue eyes, blond hair, very clean-cut, and all-American good looks. His hairstyle his formal, neat, tidy, organized, and well groomed. He carries himself with a quiet certainty, strength tempered with compassion, though he can be pretty awkward in social relations with others, especially attractive women. He has the exact opposite of an impassive expression that hides someone's true feelings, because everything he’s thinking or feeling kind of rolls right across his face.
He’s soft-spoken and unfailingly polite except in the heat of battle. When he’s not in his Captain America uniform, he favors vaguely military-type clothing, such as cargo pants with allot of pockets, and boots. He also likes to wear a nice suit once in a while, stays clean-shaven, and keeps his formal type regulation haircut.
Face Claim: Chris Evans
"I’m not interested in making new friends,
I don’t even like the ones I have”
I don’t even like the ones I have”
Likes:
• Patriotism: He has always been devoted to serving and protecting his country with willingness to sacrifice himself for it.
• Drawing: He is a freelance artist and great at the skill. He has been drawing since he was a child and still continues to draw in his free time, because it's relaxing for him.
• Boxing: The sport and practice of fighting with the fists, or with padded gloves always fascinated him. The sport was a lost art today compared to the 1940's. It seemed that now a days, boxing had lost a lot of its popularity over the past few decades, since he'd been frozen in time, but boxing was a huge sport with more popularity in the 1940's than it is today. It was just another thing that he couldn't leave behind for modern times.
• WWII Music: Another adored thing that he couldn't leave behind was Swing. Swing was a form of jazz with pop influences that was the popular choice of music back then, being compared to rap, rock, or country that is popular today. It was generally performed by dance bands consisting of anywhere from eight to twenty or so musicians. Almost all bands also featured a male and female vocalist; many included a so-called "backup group" of 3 or 4 other singers who provided harmony for the primary singers. In addition there were many small jazz groups comprising 3 or 4 musicians who performed in a somewhat more traditional style. Steve still has a hard time adjusting to modern day music, solely because he doesn't understand it, or he simply doesn't like what he's hearing.
• Casablanca: Casablanca is one of, if not his favorite movie. It's an American romantic drama that came out in 1942 with one of Steve's favorite actors, Humphrey Bogart. It was set during World War II, and focused on a man torn between, in the words of one character, love and virtue. He had to choose between his love for a woman and helping her and her Czech Resistance leader husband escape from the Vichy-controlled Moroccan city of Casablanca to continue his fight against the Nazis.
Dislikes:
• Bullies: Ever since childhood, due to his puny physique at the time up until he became Captain America, Steve had always been bullied by other vast males. He was an easy target, but he has always disliked them, whether they were someone who once beat him up in an alleyway, or the Red Skull, bullies were just bullies to him.
• Corruption: There has always been corruption in the world, even the United States Government has been under corruption before. Steve doesn't like any kind of corruption, because it goes against his moral principle.
• Smoking: He hates the smell of cigarette smoke. He literally just finds the entirety of it purely disgusting.
• Impoliteness: People who are rude and impolite to others will cause Steve to speak his mind, saying what he really feels about that person and what he really thinks about their rude behavior.
• Offenders of power: He doesn't like others with super-human powers that use their powers for bad purposes, especially one's that break public laws, civil laws, and moral laws.
Personality: Steve Rogers has always had a grand and candid spirit, bigoted towards injustice and offenders of power. Since he's always been puny, he has learnt on his own skin what faithful vigor is, and swore to patronage helpless individuals at the jeopardy of his own existence. Despite being altered into a perfect human by the Super Soldier Serum, he maintained his primary spirit and character, often resulting goofy and shy, even in his new state of being. Steve has changed a bit, due to his reawakening from being frozen in time, becoming somewhat tiresome of this new time but still seems to be the same man as he was in the 1940s.
Captain America is a comprehensive patriot, believing in all of the things that make America great. He always endeavored to make America better than it has ever been before. He is a very devoted friend, and has a set group of visionaries. He is strictly contrary to any form of oppression, which is why he rebelled against the Super-Human Registration Act, viewing it as an infringement of their constitutional rights. He can be a bit stuck in the past, always remembering the things he lived with during the Great Depression and World War II compared to modern things.
He will not risk an ally lightly, and would die before a single innocent victim is harmed. While a patriot, he is not upon casting himself out of his government should they be in incorrectness. He is pure and innocent, clean to unnecessary elements, and a straightforward person.
"With great power comes great responsibility"
Powers: The Super-Soldier Serum (SSS) metabolized and enhanced all of Rogers' bodily functions to the peak of human potential. Dr. Reinstein described this potential as being "the next step in human evolution", while still remaining completely human. The secret of the SSS formula was lost with Dr. Erskine's death.
• Artificially Enhanced Physiology: Rogers has no superhuman powers, although as a result of the Super-Soldier serum, he was transformed from a frail young man into a "perfect" specimen of human development and conditioning. Rogers is as intelligent, strong, fast, agile, and durable as it was possible for a human being to be without being considered superhuman. Although the SSS is definite, he maintains an overall healthy lifestyle including a regular exercise regimen and a balanced diet.
• Peak Human Strength: Rogers' physical strength is enhanced to the very peak of human potential. As a result, he is as physically strong as a human being can be without being classified as superhuman. Captain America had been seen bench pressing 500 kg (1,200 lbs) which is consistent with his strength level, as benching is easier than military press lifting. He can snap steel handcuffs and chains, and is capable of breaking through wooden walls and steel doors with a single kick.
• Peak Human Speed: He can run at speeds of up to approximately 48 kilometers per hour (30 miles per hour), and has on occasion run a mile when under duress mile (1.6 km) in 73 seconds (49 mph/78 kph).
• Peak Human Stamina: Rogers' body eliminates the excessive build-up of fatigue-producing chemicals in his muscles, granting him exceptional endurance and lung capacity. He can exert himself at peak capacity for several hours a without rest and before showing any signs of fatigue.
• Peak Human Agility: His agility is greater than that of an Olympic gold medalist. He can coordinate his body with balance, flexibility, and dexterity. He also has the ability to leap 50 yards out in a single bound and 20 ft into the air without a running start.
• Peak Human Reflexes: Rogers' reflexes border on superhuman level. His reaction speed is 20 kph, which makes it possible for him to dodge gunfire even in point blank range from multiple gunners at the same time.
• Peak Human Durability: His bones and muscles are denser and harder than normal, to the highest human potential, which makes him very durable compared to a normal human. He is durable enough to the point that if a person beats him with a thick wooden stick, the stick would eventually break and Rogers would show little discomfort. This level of durability is how he survived other forms of extensive punishment throughout his career.
• Peak Human Healing: Rogers' healing speed and efficiency is at the highest limits of human potential, which means he can heal faster than most humans. The white blood cells (WBCs) and the SSS in his body are efficient enough to fight off any microbe, foreign body and others from his body keeping him healthy and immune to most if not all infections, diseases and disorders, also Rogers cannot become intoxicated by alcohol, drugs, or impurities in the air and is immune to terrestrial diseases. He is also highly resistant to hypnosis or gases that could limit his focus.
• Peak Human Mental Process: His mental performance has been greatly enhanced, allowing his mind to operate in the most efficient and rapid manner possible. One manifestation of this is his tactical genius; the ability to quickly process multiple information streams (e.g., threat assessment) and rapidly respond to changing tactical situations. Rogers also possesses an eidetic memory, meaning that he never forgets anything and has perfect recall. This enables him to remember any military tactic and apply it to any situation.
• Peak Human Senses: Rogers' senses of sight, hearing, smell, taste, and touch are at the highest possible limits of human potential. He once said that he is able to dodge bullets because he sees faster than them.
• Peak Human Aging: The SSS dramatically slows Roger's aging due to extensively healthy cells. Sersi once stated because of this it is possible that he may indefinitely maintain his youth.
Weapons
• Captain America's Shield: Captain America's only weapon is his shield, a concave disk 2.5 feet in diameter, weighing 12 pounds. It is made of a unique Vibranium-steel alloy that has never been duplicated. The Shield was cast by American metallurgist Dr. Myron MacLain, who was contracted by the U.S. government to create an impenetrable substance to use for tanks during World War II. During his experiments, MacLain combined Vibranium with a steel alloy he was working with and created the disc-shaped shield. MacLain was never able to duplicate the process due to his inability identify a still unknown catalyst that played a role in the metal bonding (an experiment to recreate the process resulted in the creation of Adamantium). The shield was awarded to Captain America by the government several months after the beginning of his career.
The shield has great aerodynamic properties: it is able to slice through the air with minimal wind resistance and deflection of path. Its great overall resilience, combined with its natural concentric stiffness, enables it to rebound from objects with minimal loss of angular momentum. It is virtually indestructible: it is resistant to penetration, temperature extremes, and the entire electromagnetic spectrum of radiation. The only way it can be damaged in any way is by tampering with its molecular bonding.
Strengths/Abilities:
• Master Martial Artist: Rogers is an expert in hand-to-hand combat being very skilled in multiple martial arts. His training first originated under combat experts Rex Applegate and William Fairbairn whose fields of expertise were European martial arts and Chinese martial arts during WW2. While the majority of the instructors' curriculums were simplified for training the Allied Forces, it is possible that they trained Rogers in the more complex techniques because his body was already developed for them and because the majority of his combat knowledge (including his gymnastic-based techniques) was already established prior to his awakening by the Avengers. As a result, Rogers is well versed in Boxing, Judo, Jujitsu, Historical Fencing and Wushu. It is also possible and likely that he studied more disciplines in the present after being discovered by the Avengers and working for S.H.I.E.L.D. but it has yet to be proven. He has utilized all martial arts techniques from physical combat to chi manipulation. Rogers is one of the finest martial artist earth has ever known.
• Master Shield Fighter: His years of training and experience with his unique shield, as well as its physical properties, allow him to accomplish amazing feats with the item. Aside from bashing foes and blocking incoming attacks, he is able to throw it with nearly perfect aim. Rogers can hit multiple targets with the same throw by means of ricochet, and could even achieve a boomerang-like return effect, allowing him to strike enemies from behind or retrieve the shield without objects to ricochet from.
• Master Tactician and Strategist: He is an accomplished strategist. He had been widely considered one of, if not the greatest, tacticians on the planet, both on and off the battlefield. He is able to formulate battle strategies and his brilliant tactical sense allows him to alter any strategy to fit the changing need of the situation.
• Advanced Military Operator: Rogers is well-versed in all Armed force disciplines including intelligence gathering, escape arts, assassination, demolition, survival tactics, hunting, swimming, mountaineering, march or drill skills, map making, map reading, decoding cipher and other secret code messages, reading and making wood craft signs and other secret code languages, disguising, interrogation, computers, explosives, communication systems, vehicles and electronic appliances used in armed forces.
• Master Acrobat: His years of training and experience have made him an expert acrobat, gymnast, and aerialist.
• Indomitable Will: Rogers is a very strong-willed person. He is able to overcome most forms of temptation and resist the effects of extreme pain, drugs and toxins to a great extent. Rogers accepts his own mortality, and refuses to rob any sentient creature of its freedom. During the Forever War, he destroyed the Forever Crystal, deciding it was too dangerous to exist, despite the many benefits of its power. Rogers is also capable of resisting all forms of mind control; only the strongest willed individuals have a chance of enslaving him.
• Professional Sketch Artist: He has great artistic skill which he developed from childhood. He often worked as a freelance illustrator and sketch artist even loaning his skills to the NYPD for a time. Rogers enjoys drawing and does so with his free time.
• Expert Marksman: Rogers can throw most projectile weaponry with great aim and is well-versed in the use of firearms, though he prefers not to use them.
• Weapons Proficiency: He does not typically utilize weapons other than his shield, but in desperate situations he wields additional weapons to ensure victory. He is proficient in wielding swords, daggers, throwing knifes, staffs, sticks, tonfa, axes, maces and clubs and even firearms.
• Multi-lingual: Rogers is fluent in English, German, Russian, Japanese, and some Italian. He might be lingual in other languages.
• Expert Vehicular driver: He is proficient in driving cars, motor cycles, Trucks, jets, Tanker, helicopters, motor boats, sub marines, and some types of trains and utility vehicles.
Weaknesses:
• Vulnerability: He has the weakness of any other average human. He can be stabbed, shot, etc. Just like the American people at their greatest, he draws his strength and purpose from love of his country and what it stands for. It's believed that his belief in America is itself a weakness, but it can be argued to be untrue.
• Honor: He has the need for victory, but not at all expense. He's never disloyal to his own faiths in order to do what he wants. He finds a way to succeed in spite of restrictions he could neglect to make things easier. Although, not entirely a weakness, it could be used against him, or used to manipulate him.

History:
Steve Rogers was born in 1922 Manhatten, New York. He grew up as a puny fine arts student during the Great Depression. The economic crisis beginning with the stock market crash in 1929 and continuing through the 1930s was a bad time for America. His father was an alchiloc and died when Rogers was only just a child. He and his mother took the death sorrowfully, but time continued. After graduating high school, his mother passed away from pneumonia. The death of his mother was another tragic occurrence, but at least Rogers was proud at the fact that his mother got to see her son graduate before passing.
In early 1940, aghast by Nazi Germany’s fearsome heinousness, Rogers attempted to enroll in the army, but he failed to pass physical requirements due to his puny size. Although, he was invited to volunteer for Operation: Rebirth. The project was intended to enhance US soldiers to the elevation of physical perfection by way of the inventions and discoveries of Professor Abraham Erskine. Rogers desirably agreed and became the first test subject. After the injections and ingestion of the "Super Soldier Serum," Rogers was exposed to a supervised eruption of "Vita-Rays" that actuated and stabilized the chemicals in his system. The procedure's triumph enhanced his physiology from its puny state to the ultimate of human efficiency, including greatly enhanced musculature and reflexes.
Soon after the successful attempt of the experiment, Professor Erskine was unexpectedly assassinated by Heinz Kruger. Rogers engaged Kruger in his vehicle, but the spy fled to his submarine after Peggy Carter kills his driver. Rogers subdues Kruger, but the spy then decided to commit suicide with a cyanide capsule.
With the experiment deceased, Brandt has Rogers wear a colorful costume for a flashy War Bonds promotional stage show that leads to one unimpressed soldier audience in Italy, November 1942, making rude and mocking remarks toward Rogers. When he hears Barnes is among a number of soldiers that were taken captive by Schmidt, also known as the Red Skull, Rogers persuades Carter and Stark to fly him behind enemy lines for a solo rescue mission. Rogers breaks into what turns out to be a base for the Skull's private terrorist group, HYDRA. Appalled by the base, he frees Barnes and the others. He memorizes a map of the HYDRA bases, and briefly confronts the Skull. Although, The Skull removes his mask revealing his bleached red skin, informing that he was wasn't a failure, but a success. The Skull and Zola withdraw, and Rogers returns the men to base safely, along with high-tech guns that use Tesseract energy.
To annihilate the HYDRA bases, Rogers recruits a team consisting of Barnes, Timothy "Dum Dum" Dugan, Gabe Jones, Jim Morita, James Falsworth, and Jacques Dernier. He soon adopts a roundish circular shield made of a substance that Stark calls vibranium, which immersed vibrations. Rogers and his platoon take out all but one base. Finally, Rogers and Barnes zipline onto a train transporting Zola. It was during the ensuing battle that Roger's best friend, Barnes seemingly falls to his demise in a large gully.
Rogers, using information Phillips has extracted from Zola in his interrogation, leads the commandos to the Skull's final stronghold. Rogers scrambles onto the Skull's jet as it takes off on a mission to wipe out the U.S. using the Tesseract energy. Eventually, he comes face-to-face with the Skull one final time. The Skull attempts to use the Tesseract, but instead opens up a portal into outer space. Within mere moments, the Skull disintegrates into light that shoots away, possibly towards Asgard (as the Tesseract is of Asgardian origin). Liquefied by the energy of The Tesseract, it melts through the floor of the plane instantaneously and free falls to Earth. Rogers, as a crying Carter listens on the radio conversing with him, immediately crashes the plane into the ocean to prevent it from reaching the United States. Shortly after, Roger's allies celebrate V-E Day. Carter, Stark, and Phillips successfully operate in to retrieving the Tesseract, but are unable to locate Rogers.
In the present-day, Rogers awakens in a room that is designed to appear as if he were still in the 1940s. Derived of the reality, he escapes to Times Square. Rogers learns from S.H.I.E.L.D. leader Nick Fury that he has been asleep for nearly 70 years, and they want to naturalize the act of entering him into modern times. Rogers was completely stunned by learning that he had been frozen in time for so long, but slowly began to adjust to modern times, although he still lives his lifestyle in the past, particularly the 1940s era. He quickly joined the Avengers, becoming the First Avenger, and it's leader. Rogers with the help of Fury, started recruiting the worlds greatest super heroes consisting of Tony Stark, Thor Odinson, Bruce Banner, Clint Barton, and Natasha Romanova.

Daybreak arrived in New York with the sun beginning to rise in the sky, which caused it's bright rays to shine threw the entire city. Steve was at home, in bed asleep at his apartment, that was until his alarm clock went off playing his favorite song (click to hear) that always seemed to wake him up with a smile on his face. The song did the trick, because Steve slowly awoke by opening his eyes.
He immediately began to rub the rheum from his eyes with his right hand, before stetting up, and positioning himself on the side of his bed. He sat there yawning a bit, stretching his body, then pressed the off button on his alarm clock. Everything in Steve's apartment had an old look, like as if it was an apartment from the 1940s. He just couldn't leave the time before he was frozen behind. Adjusting to modern time was more difficult than he thought, since Steve always wondered what seventy years of life would've been like, as he sat there remembering Peggy and Bucky.
Today was going to be another busy day for Steve, most likely due to the Avengers, and their initiative to save the world from wrongdoers. Everyday for Captain America was a busy day, but the patriot was always determined with strive to continue to fight the good fight in protecting America and the entire world if it needed to be saved. Steve stood up, wearing a pair of white briefs, as he proceeded to go take a shower. After getting all clean and whatnot in the bathroom, he went back to his room and got dressed by putting on a vintage suit. He stood in front of the mirror in his room fixing his hair, making it neat, clean, and tidy. He exited his room, walking into the kitchen, then opened up his refrigerator to grab a jug of cold orange juice.
Suddenly, the phone on his kitchen wall began ringing. Unusual, but than again being apart of Avengers and S.H.I.E.L.D., most likely it was them, because no one else would be calling so early. Steve shut his refrigerator, then quickly walked over and answered the call, while holding the cold jug of orange juice in is other free hand. "Hello?" A polite respond from Steve. The person that had called him was none other than Nick Fury, who was informing Steve that they needed him to come to the Avengers Tower immediately. "Alright, I'm on my way," Steve informed Nick.
He hung the phone back up on the wall, popped off the cap from the top of the jug of orange juice, walked over to his cabinet, opened it up, retrieved a small glass cup, poured him a glass of orange juice, then took a long gulp. He sat his glass down on the counter, then put the cap back on the jug of orange juice, which he put back into the refrigerator.
The day was moving by pretty quickly, plus Nick Fury had requested to see Steve at the Avengers Tower, so he didn't want to be late. He was never late for anything, other than the dance that he promised Peggy Carter before he was frozen in time, but besides that he always showed up when expected. He drank the last bit of orange juice in his small glass cup, then put the glass in the sink, and rinsed it out. Steve decided it was time for him to go, not wanting to waste anymore time then he had to, he simply grabbed his keys, exited his apartment, and locked it upon shutting the front door.
It was hot and bright out in New York, with the sun to blame for the heat index. It was nice out though, civilians everywhere, cabs driving back and forth, and pigeons flying around. It was definitely New York, but so modern to him. The city was full of life, but Steve knew well enough that there was constant dangers to these people, although he was here to make sure they all remained safe from all evil. He approached his Harley Davidson 2012 Softail Slim, climbing on by sitting down on the leather seat. Steve started up the motorcycle, then drive away in route to the Avengers Tower.
