Welcome
It all started when a crystal dropped into existence, punched a hole in time and space and landed into the lap of one the most insane men to ever walk the Earth.
At first, the clown didn't know what he had been gifted with, stuck in his cell in Arkham, staring at the reddish purple crystal laying innocently on the dirty stone floor.
And then the voices started, telling him of another universe, talking of power and chaos beyond what he could have ever dreamed.

Three weeks of careful planning, studying the floor plan, the people, the workers, who would be more susceptible, who should he avoid just in case, and the fastest route to the vaults, all of it was almost ruined in less than five minutes. Colton had his eyes on this bank, primarily used by the local mobs to secure their funds, for weeks before he started on the place. Normal banks were simple enough, walk in, seduce a bunch of idiots and have them just hand the money over quietly in a bag and leave. No one gets hurt, everybody leaves happy, except maybe the customers and the sexually frustrated. This one needed a lot more care, a lot more caution. And of course, everything would have been fine...except that apparently someone else had the exact same idea and decided to pull it on the exact same day.
The only problem with that was these guys who decided to rob the bank while Colton was almost balls deep into his own operation were idiots. They immediately started firing off machine guns that they had brought with them and shouting and setting off God knows how many alarms. They even wore the cheesy movie robber outfits and Colton had to stop himself from going over and giving them a lecture on subtlety.
He hid around the corner just as three of them started down the hall. Good, they worked in groups, the stupid morons. He released panic pheromones into the air, watching as they passed and slowly started to see signs of his power's affects. All it took was an echoed whisper and the morons were at each others throats. Two dead, one mortally wounded, Colton calmly walked up to him and slit his throat. Messy business, being a thief. He wiped his ka-bar blade on the dead thief's shirt and put it back inside his coat pocket before he started off towards the vaults. Colton figured that whoever busted in, guns blazing, didn't know about the decoy vaults. In fact, he was counting on it. Once inside, he stared up at the great metal door and grinned. "Hey baby," he said in a low drawl, "M'home."

Iris had some errands to run today that she had been putting off for some time now. It was just that she would rather do other things than run out and accomplish things. She was social, so she tended to spend far more time with people than by herself. Sure, she supposed she could have dragged someone along, but it didn’t really seem fair to them to do that. The mutant had to check bank accounts and buy a few things that she had either run out of, or accidentally destroyed in some manner. There was also the fact that she had done a bit of spring cleaning, and thus was cleaning out clothes she never wore from her wardrobe. Some of it should probably be a replaced, being that there were some things that just didn’t fit quite right anymore from either gaining or losing weight since buying said items. Prism ate relatively healthy, but her weight did tend to fluctuate sometimes, and if she went shopping during those times she ended up with things that didn’t fit later. So she was planning on doing a bit of shopping but first had to go to the bank to check her account and deposit some more money into it. The girl wanted to know what her budget would have to be for the day, because she didn’t want to accidentally overdraft her account. That would be stupid, and there was a fee associated with that. Anyway, she just picked the closest bank that matched in name to one she had an account with, and walked in.
The girl was just about to make her transaction when she suddenly heard gunshots and was swarmed with color. Orange variants of zigzag lighting moved across and interfered with her vision. Great, now she couldn’t see and the bank was kind of getting shot up. Clearly this was going to be an eventful day then. She clapped her hands over her ears and then suddenly there was an arm around her waist. Well, now what? She wasn’t sure whether one of the idiots shooting up the bank or someone else had grabbed her initially. Though, apparently she had been grabbed because her reaction was to basically freeze and cover her ears rather than get down. A voice told her to not move and that they were going to use her as a hostage to make it back to the vault. Well joy, so now she couldn’t see and was a hostage. Today was clearly turning out quite lovely already. The good thing about that though, is that it probably couldn’t get any worse at this point right?
She could feel herself being dragged towards the vault, and was glad when her vision was finally clearing back up. Though then they passed three dead bodies and she was confused. Those had to be three people that came in to grab the money, but they were dead? So, maybe someone had stopped them then? It would seem her current captor was surprised at this turn events. That gave her enough of a distraction to be able to use her powers in a color spray to get him to let go at least, and then dash off while he flailed about. Granted, she was dashing in the direction of the vault because it was easier to run forward than turn and run back out where more guys probably were. She heard a shot and her vision clouded again. She assumed he was shooting at her and did her best to not run in a straight line, but not fall on her face either. Hey, at least she could decently run from having to do so often. Her powers were monumentally useless in a fight after all. The girl with bright purple, for today, hair heard a voice and then suddenly bumped into someone before landing on her ass. Her vision had cleared up again, and she realized that had to mean the guy stopped shooting at her. Well, she wasn’t sure if that was a good or a bad thing yet and looked up to see who she had bumped into. He wasn’t dressed like the rest of them that was for sure. ”Er…sorry, hard to watch where you’re going when some idiot is chasing and shooting at you…” she noted simply from the floor.

Today seemed like it was just full of unwanted surprises. Well, maybe unwanted wasn't the right word. Inconveniently convenient? Colton rolled his eyes inwardly and focused on the girl who ran into him. She was small, having barely sent him stumbling when she collided with him, and brightly colored. Absurdly so. Course Colton had seen his fair share of odd hairstyles and colors, but it still never ceased to amaze him that someone would want to stick out that much. But then that may have come from his tendency to stay out of others way to keep his powers on the down-low. Back to the girl. She had a sort of wild look about her, her hair stuck out in different ways, or maybe that was because of the running? The wide eyes didn't help. She seemed, helpless and kind of in the wrong place at the wrong time.
Colton shrugged for a moment, turning back to the vault and pulled out a set of small baggies from his inside coat pocket, each containing a small globule of explosive clay, a little something he picked up from the military on his way out, and started attaching them to the hinges of the big door. Colton took a look at his watch, raising an eyebrow at the time. Those damn asshats downstairs really messed up his schedule. He sighed and pulled out the detonator for the explosives just when someone ran in and started shouting at him. Colton released his seduction pheromones in the air before he even turned to look at the man and when he did turn he had to bite back laughter. It looked like someone had taken multicolored spray paint and went to town on this guy's face. The robber waved his gun at him, clearly upset, and motioned to the girl. Oh right, the girl. Colton nearly forgot she was there. "Put your hands in the air!" the man shouted and Colton let out a little chuckle.
"Do I have to? It'll crinkle my suit, man," he said, acting like he was picking some dust off the crisp white of his sleeve. The man wagged his gun at him again and shouted something, but Colton wasn't paying attention to his voice anymore. The he moved interested him much more. His pheromones were doing their job and the man on the other side of the room started to lower his weapon, looking more confused than anything. Colton sauntered forward, acting like he was going to cup the man's cheek, but he wasn't sure if the paint was dry or what. Instead he patted him on the shoulder. "How about ya do somethin' for me, hmm?" And suddenly it was like the robber was seeing Colton for the first time, eyes wide and blown with lust.
"An-anything you want..." he muttered, entranced by the man in white. Colton smirked. People like this, with so little willpower, were the easiest to trap. All it took was a simple flush of pheromones and they were almost instantly entranced.
"I need you to go and redirect your men out of this building and wait for the cops, okay? And then I'll come bail you out, and we'll have some real fun," he drawled, biting his lower lip and making a show of 'checking him out', "What do ya think of that, babe?" The man, practically drooling now, nodded quickly, muttering some romance hogwash before stumbling away to take care of what Colton asked him. As soon as he was out of sight, Colton walked back over to the girl, looking her over again, idly wondering if the weak pheromones he set loose had affected her at all. "So, I take it your not with them?"

Iris was already kind of done with today. The mutant girl just wanted to go home and flop on her bed. Being dragged around by maniacs did that to a person she imagined. Though now she was being ignored by a guy she had just bumped into. He seemed to not even really acknowledge her existence other than to look at her then shrug and go back to what he had been previously doing, which was apparently something with the vault. Did that mean he was in fact with the other guys? Though he wasn’t dressed anything like them, and so it didn’t quite fit. Unless that was the point, in which case she needed to leave and call the cops or something because this was ridiculous. Being in the wrong place at the wrong time sucked, and now she had to deal with the backlash of some very bad luck right at the moment. It took a lot to annoy the girl, but this was honestly getting there right at the moment. Actually, if she had another complaint, it would be that it was rude to ignore someone when the apologized to you. She wasn’t going to hold that against him, but still you could at least acknowledge the person other than to just shrug at them and then pretend they didn’t exist. Maybe he was hoping she would just go away or something?
Either way, it was rather rude, so she stood up and dusted herself off. She, honestly, wasn’t really paying all that much attention to what he was doing, otherwise she probably would have noted the explosives and did her best to leave. Unfortunately, she was paying far more attention to the lunatics running around in all black. One of them even decided to yell at them to put their hands in the air. Oh, it was the one who had dragged her around earlier. It was pretty obvious by the rainbow spray on his face that it was him too. Hearing the guy next to her she just raised an eyebrow. A guy points a gun at you and you’re worried about wrinkling your suit? The ego on this one was incredible clearly. It was as if he wasn’t even paying attention, and didn’t care he could get shot. She had her hands up, for lack of anything else to really do at the moment, and waited for something to happen. After all, she doubted they would be standing like this very long if the one she had run into was going to just say whatever came to mind like he was apparently doing right now. Or maybe he had a plan of some sort? It didn’t really seem like that honestly, it just seemed like he expected to be able to do what he pleased and anyone else be damned.
Then, he was doing something odd. Was he hitting on the robber? That was just, odd, and kind of creepy honestly. Though, there was also the fact that the guy he was talking to seemed to be oozing into his hand like a lovesick puppy. What the heck was that about? Sure the guy was attractive, but the ego on him was a bit of a turnoff to be honest. Sure confidence was attractive, but there was confidence and then there was having an ego the size of Canada. Somehow, he convinced the guy to go outside and wait for the cops, well as long as he stopped shooting she honestly didn’t really care. Then, finally he actually acknowledged she was there. The question he asked seemed rather obvious, and didn’t really need asking. ”I have neon purple hair, if you’re going to rob a bank isn’t subtle better?” she asked him with a confused expression. ”Also, if I was with them why would one drag me around at gunpoint?” she stated in a tone that suggested pondering the concept. ”I am guessing you aren’t with them either?” she shot back at him with a raised eyebrow.

Colton snorted as he went back to making sure all his explosives were in place and active, looking back at the girl as he answered her questions one by one. "Subtle? You mean like the guys makin' a scene downstairs, shooting guns and triggerin' all the alarms? You're right. They're way more subtle than someone who looks like a civilian. An eccentric one, yes, but a civilian none-the-less," he jibed, taking a step back to admire his handiwork. Admittedly the girl's appearance was a bit, loud, but if he had to pick the robbers out of the line-up, he'd definitely choose the guys in masks and guns over a chick with purple hair any day.
He turned, making his way back to the table, and picked up the detonator he'd left on the table in his hurry to seduce the robber, "And if you recall, I wasn't present when you were being dragged around, so I was not privy to that information." Colton turned all his attention to her, finally, and smiled softly, "And no, I am not with them. I work here, but I lost my key, so I'm usin' the emergency equipment to keep these guys away from the money. Clientele first, ya know," his smile picked up a little as he held out a hand, "My name is David. David Hale. I'm a junior manager here, pleasure to meet you." It wouldn't have been a solid lie if he hadn't looked the part, though it seemed all you had to do to convince any multitude of people of something that wasn't true was to wear a snazzy suit and offer a kindly hand. Colton didn't even need to use his powers half the time and if he was lucky he wouldn't have to here either, especially since the weak pheromones he put out earlier seemed to have no effect on her.
(Sorry it's so short, and took so long before I replied. Work and such. Gonna try to be on a lot more.)
