Welcome
It all started when a crystal dropped into existence, punched a hole in time and space and landed into the lap of one the most insane men to ever walk the Earth.
At first, the clown didn't know what he had been gifted with, stuck in his cell in Arkham, staring at the reddish purple crystal laying innocently on the dirty stone floor.
And then the voices started, telling him of another universe, talking of power and chaos beyond what he could have ever dreamed.

"Uh?" She said, lightly, looking at T.J. in confusion before thinking about her earlier humming and the Star Trek reference. “Oh um before you were humming the music from War of the Worlds. And just now you quoted Star Trek. I believe it was Star Trek five: The Final Frontier.” Lilith laughed lightly, amused more at herself for not realising T.J.'s line of thought earlier. "War of the Worlds is my absolute favirote. Great book, great musical. I love it. I was almost disappointed when I found out that Martians weren't hostile aliens in tripods," She chuckled, remembering when Martian Manhunter had first appeared. "Oh and isn't the Star Trek reference in all of the series... or seasons... like at the beginning of every episode of the Original Series, 'Space, the final frontier. These are the voyagers of the starship... Enterprise!'." The girl was so bright as she spoke and moved towards her bag, that she found it almost amusing to reflect on the fact that she had once tried to be a Vulcan, without emotion. Maybe it was repressed emotion that made her so cheerful now. Or maybe this was just how she was supposed to be. It was certainly brilliant to be like this. “Ah chocolate, there’s a reason Lupin handed them out after the dementors. It just emits happiness." Lilith's blue eyes widened in shock and delight spread across the student's face as she was sort of compared to her favirote Harry Potter character. "He's my favirote character! I hadn't even realised that connection!" She exclaimed, brightly. Landing, Lilith reverted to her normal clothes. They did not have too much of a theme. Her top had a silver ankh on it and was had a blue background. Then she just wore blue jeans. Shouldering her bag, Lilith rumaged inside before pulling out some chocolate and handing some to T.J., a smile on her face as she did it, noticing his Star Wars top. "Another good series of movies. My father showed be Star Wars when I was tiny, it used to be one of two sets of movies that I would watch, up there with Lord of the Rings. Ah, the many fond memories of childhood." Lilith sighed, her eyes gleaming with happiness and ghosts of the past before she returned to the present. T.J. chuckled at her response smiling lightly. T.J. then thought about the Star Trek thing. “Yeah, I think you’re right. I think you’re right. I guess I’m thinking of the 1989 flick. The fifth movie. Star Trek V: The Final Frontier.” He admitted after a moment of thinking. T.J. never would have been able to be a vulcan. He was sure he wouldn’t want to be either. They reminded him too much of his father. And he was certainly intimidated by his father. There was also the fact that T.J. was a bit more of an emotional person. Not in a crying or sensitive way. More in a getting attached to things or talking about feelings and talking things through. At least his father always said he was too emotional because of those things.
T.J. noticed the sudden change in Lilith’s face to an even brighter and more delightful expression. “He’s one of my favorites too. I think he probably was my favorite character when I first was reading the books. But now my favorite characters are probably Fred and george Weasley. Looking back on the Harry Potter series I think it’s Fred and George’s antics and stuff that I miss the most.” He said reminiscing the old antics of the Weasley Twins. “What was your favorite book in the series,” he inquired?
T.J. accepted the chocolate and ate a small piece. He didn’t need a lot. It was going to those that needed it more. But being that he was so worrisome lately about having to lie, he figured a little bit of chocolate would do him so good. “Ah, it’s like medicinal candy.” Memories of Lord of the Rings and Star Wars flooded back to him. So many great childhood memories indeed. “Back when I fist watched the Lord of the Rings I hadn’t read the books yet and the whole time through the second and third movie I expected Sam to have to fight Frodo for the ring because I thought that when they got to Mount Doom Frodo wouldn’t be able to destroy the ring. I thought Frodo wasn’t going to make it. My favorite Lord of the Rings character was Sam. Though Gollum was certainly entertaining."

I think you’re right. I guess I’m thinking of the 1989 flick. The fifth movie. Star Trek V: The Final Frontier.” Lilith nodded, thoughtfully as she thought about all the Star Trek movies she had seen. "I'm afraid I can't remember what happens in each movie every well. They all blur into one. They've made so many movies!" Lilith said, her voice light as she lead the way back to the path. As the topic moved onto Harry Potter, Lilith listened with delight as T.J. spoke about his favourite characters. “He’s one of my favorites too. I think he probably was my favorite character when I first was reading the books. But now my favorite characters are probably Fred and george Weasley. Looking back on the Harry Potter series I think it’s Fred and George’s antics and stuff that I miss the most.” Lilith smiled as she thought about those two characters. The twins certainly did add a touch of much needed humour and she imagined that the Marauders had been similar in their youth. Only without the threat of Voldemort on them “What was your favorite book in the series,”"I would have thought that was obvious for someone like me. Third book, of course. But what about you? Red and George appear in all of the books in some way or another. Or do you have a favourite book not based off the involvement of your favourite characters but the plot that happens?" She asked curiously. As T.J. ate the chocolate, the student gave a smile, they had reached the path in the park now and she glanced around, wondering which way to go. Probably a walk through the park to see who in here needed help or cheering up and then into the city. The worst and poorer areas of the city probably needed their attention. “Ah, it’s like medicinal candy.” Lilith chuckled as T.J. said candy, mainly because she was amused about how Americans said things differently. Mind you, the difference in spelling words that were said the same was also brilliant. "Candy means sweets, doesn't it?" Lilith checked, the student preferring to call Chocolate by its real name instead of sweets. It just didn't seem right to call such a substance merely a 'sweet'. Though Gollum was certainly entertaining." Lilith nodded politely as T.J. spoke about his view on Lord of the Rings. "When my mother found out about Lord of the Rings being turned into a film, she read me the books. It was a battle against time, though. Those books can be very long when you only get a chapter per night! When I was older, Dad lent me a copy of the Silmarillion and the rest of Tolkien's works. They are all very good. Although I must confess that the Hobbit is probably the one I love best. It's just lighter, although that does make the ending sadder." Lilith mused.[/div] tags: T.J. word count:N/A muse: Folk notes: None Though BRY made this table, all the credit goes to RAVEN for the idea! :D[/style]

"Yeah, they really do have a lot of Star Trek movies. Eleven now right?" T.J. followed Lilith as she led the way back to the path. He was gla that he had finally met another person he could talk about geeky things with. He only really had three friends. His closest friends who he thought of as family. Charlie, Chris and Kayla. Charlie was a smart kid, but eh was incredibly lazy and lacked enthusiasm when it came to almost anything. He was more into doing hoodrat things and spraying graffiti than he was into talking about physics. Chris was more of a jock and didn't much care for things like Star Trek. Kayla was into some of the same things as him, but there were certain subjects like Star Trek or Physics that he would not be able to talk to Kayla about. Nevertheless, he deeply cared for each of them.
T.J. listened to her answer. The third book. It was probably either his second or third favorite of the books. More likely second favorite being Remus Lupin played a larger part in that book than he had in the others. He didn't even need a moments thought to answer the question. "Order of the Phoenix." He answered with a smile. "I loved the Weasley twins leading a war against Umbridge throughout the school making her life a living hell like she had for the students. But that's not the only reason. I loved the plot and I loved that during that book Professor Umbrige served as the main villain with the Ministry behind her. It gave a ncie change. Not to mention the battle towards the end of the book. I liked the battle better in the book than the movie, though the movie was great as well. Perhaps I like it the msot because it was longer. I just got a lot more out of the book. And let's not forget Neville was also really cool in that book. Almost as cool as he was in the seventh. Not to mention Luna was awesome as well."
"Yeah," T.J. replied. He had forgotten how things were called differently in different parts of the world. He had always found it a bit odd but also interesting. It was rational to conclude that different areas would come up with their own personal slangs and way of talking. "Yeah, the Hobbit was actually the first of Tolkiens work that I read. It was great. Not to mention the first part of the Hobbit movies was really good. I was really concerned with how it was going to turn out as they're making it into three movies and the book is considerably small. Especially taking into consideration that the Lord of the Rings books were all bigger and each got their own movie. But it did turn out very good. I was afraid it wuld turn into the Star Wars prequels. I agree the ending was very sad."

"They're getting a new movie, aren't they? Or a series of new movies." Lilith checked. There had been a recent movie with young Spock and Kirk, hadn't there? And she was sure that they had another one coming out soon. Probably. The first one did appear to have been a success. Lilith was looking forward to seeing the franchise revitalised. It was good, even when it was TOS and had very limited effects. But the plot was one of the of the best and the interactions between Spock and all the other characters were some of her favourites. The talk moved on to Harry Potter and Lilith smiled as she listened. "That's my mother's favourite part in the books. She loves the more amusing side of the books and ever since the movie she has found Umbridge more interesting due." Lilith admitted, thinking about her mother and her opinions on the books and films. "I think she generally prefers the movies but only because she can watch them easily when doing ironing or work. She keeps herself busy. But when I was younger she read the books to me and seemed to have a fondness of the twins." The student mused, pausing before noticing a child sitting by himself. Stopping, she looked at T.J. as he spoke about the Hobbit and the effects of three movies. "Yeah, I'm worried about all the movies as well. I don't think they can draw it out so much. I know they are including Gandalf's journeys away from the main story plot but even that doesn't make three movies. I would have rather had Two movies of the Hobbit and four or five or maybe even six of the Lord of the Rings movies. They had so much more that they could have added in." She said, still looking at the lonely child with concern. "Do you think he could use some comfort and chocolate?" Lilith asked, worried that there was no sign of a parent near by. Or any adult.[/div] tags: T.J. word count:N/A muse: None notes: Let's help people! Though BRY made this table, all the credit goes to RAVEN for the idea! :D[/style]

T.J. thought about it for a moment. He heard heard somethings about Star Trek on the internet. But he wasn't sure if they came from any reliable sources. “I dunno. I think I heard some things online about it, but I’m not sure if anything confirmed or if it came from a reliable source.” T.J. would definitely be happy if they got a new series of movies or a new television show. It was always fun to see the interactions aboard the Enterprise.
T.J. listened to what Lilith had to say about the Harry Potter series. It seemed that her parents were also into all of the science fiction an d fantasy. His parents interests couldn't be farther from his own. In fact, his father despised almost everything T.J. liked. He viewed it as ‘unmanly’. The only thing T.J. could think of that he had in common with his father was their love of vehicles. Cars, motorcycles, the whole lot of vehicles. It seemed all Carson men had that in common. It was the only common ground they could all find.
“Yeah. My parents aren’t into this stuff. I wish they were. But Umbridge is pretty interesting. I love the ending part she received after the battle at the ministry where they’re all in the hospital and she’s terrified of hooves clattering because of the centaurs.” He chuckled. It was pretty funny to him. “I wish they would have included that part in the movies. It’d feel like more justice was served. Karma one, Umbridge zero.”
T.J. noticed the boy sitting all by his lonesome after following Lilith’s eyes to the child. He listened to her worries about the three part Hobbit movies being made. “Yeah. I think they might have some trouble. But I’m also eager to see them. I think that they’ll show a lot more of the five army war at the end of the movie trilogy than they did in the book.” He said thinking of what else they could fit in or draw out. They could show a lot more of the war in the movies than in the books on the account that the books followed Bilbo. Bilbo didn't fight in the war as he didn't agree with the Dwarves selfishness of keeping everything for themselves rather than sharing to defuse the situation and what not.
T.J. walked up to the child and stooped down into a catchers position and offered him a piece of chocolate after throwing a blanket around him. It was early March and it was cold and whether or not the child was homeless or an orphan, he should mot have been out alone sitting in a park.

"Always be wary of what you read on the internet I guess. But I hope it's true. I do love Star Trek. Especially the amusing interactions that happen. Spock, McCoy and Kirk were my favourite interactions out of all of them." Lilith said, smiling as she considered some of the parts she loved best, all involving the two humans and Vulcan. But she doubted things could ever turn out like that in real life. Still, there was a chance. Moving on to talk about Harry Potter, Lilith nodded as she heard him speak of her parents. "Both of them have influenced me into the person I am today. Sometimes we underestimate the importance of those who raise us. Whether they be family or friends." She said before moving onto the thought about Umbridge's fate. "Yes, they should have included that. I guess time was limited, though. It is a shame." She sighed, thinking about all the other good books that had been adapted and lost some of the best stuff. They spoke about the Hobbit and Lilith thought about the battle scene. "All that I really want from the movie is for them to include everything that happens in the book and not leave stuff out in favour for action. I was sad that they didn't include the elves in Rivendell singing their song about the Valley in the recent movie. I was certainly looking forward to that." Lilith said softly as they headed towards the young boy. The wind had a chill in it's breath and she was grateful that T.J. immediately moved to place a blanket over the boy as well as offering him chocolate. The child looked at them nervously before accepting the chocolate. However he didn't eat it, looking at them with distrust. "It's alright, we're here to help." Lilith said. The boy sniffed, clutching the chocolate as he looked at them. "Mummy hit Daddy and they had shouting... and Collie was barking. And it was loud." The boy muttered, clutching the blanket around him, talking more to himself rather than the two teenagers.[/div] tags: T.J. word count:N/A muse: None notes: Let's help people! T.J. loved those interactions as well. The characters and storylines were just written so well. It was always interesting and fun to watch. "Yeah, they have some really great writers don't they." T.J. said as he thought about some of his favorite scenes and tigbits from all the movies and the old new television shows. T.J. listened to how Lilith talked of her parents. It was like the way he thought of them. Though, he wasn't sure how much they influenced the things he liked. They seemed to have completely different interests all together other than cars. And he was mainly into cars because of his grandfather.
"Yeah, that's how I feel about family too." T.J. agreed. "Sometimes you get so used to people that you forget just how lucky you are to have them around. And a lot of time people don't give them enough credit. I always try to get my family together more often, even if they do have their fair share of flaws. But hey, everyone has their fair share of problems, yknow?" It was true. T.J.'s family did have a lot of problems. From his older sisters promiscuity to his mother's overprotective habits to his father's strict authoritarian ruthlessness and his overreactions. But T.J. loved all of them just the way they were. Family was always the most important thing to him.
T.J. thought of all the great things that were in the books that didn't make it into the movies. There was so much. But the thing that probably bugged him the most that they left out was the parts with houseelves. House elves were just so great an they were just so interesting. And Dobby was always good for a laugh and his character always made T.J. smile. "Yeah, a lot of great stuff didn't make it into the movies. Like in the Battle of Hogwarts when Kreature leads all of the House Elves as like an army against Voldemort's forces. That was priceless. And Dobby was criminally underused in the films."
"Yeah, I always loved when they had those sort of things in the books. I'd like them in the movies too, but they fit more in with the books. I've learned that a lot of people take it less seriously when music is involved. At least that's what my friend Charlie said." T.J. said thinking over it. Some people might have viewed it as ridiculous and not taken the movie seriously. It was great for the book because the book was supposed to be light. It wasn't supposed to be too seriously. Well, until the ending that was. But the movies today called for more dark stuff. It was the new thing. "But yeah, I hope they do include everything. I mean if they're making it into three movies they should have plenty of time to include everything."
T.J. felt bad for the child in front of him. Domestic violence was never a pretty thought and no child should ever have to suffer through it. His own friend Chris had to grow up within a violent household. Now he was in rehab. He had tried to kill himself while he was drunk. It was because of T.J. that he hadn't gone through with it. He felt guilt inside him. He didn't know how much he could help him. He would do his best. But that wasn't the only reason he felt guilt. Chris needed him more than ever to get back onto his feet. He needed his support. He had been on his way to see him when he was swept away to Odym. He had been missing for two weeks. "It's gonna be alright." T.J. reassured the boy giving him a rub on his shoulder for a moment before taking his hand away.

Those had been fun times. She smiled, thinking of the family times watching the episodes. "I'll always miss the family time that we used to have, watching Star Trek. It really brought the family together." Lilith commented, thinking about family relations and habits. Moving on to consider family and T.J.'s words on them, the student's eyes focused on the past, a point before her father had died. "My family is all over the world so it's not easy to get them together. Mostly we're in England but Mum and I have moved out here and then I've got an Aunt in Greece and an Uncle who works around the world." She mused as they walked towards the child. "Yes, there was a big lack of Dobby which made it difficult to care as much when he died in the movies. I personally wanted to see some more the Marauders history explored. After all, there was what Remus told Harry in the third book and then Snape's memories which Harry went into." The student said thoughtfully, twiddling with her ginger hair in thought, thinking of the child before them. Slowly, the girl moved to sit next to the young boy and gave him a comforting pat. "Mummy never hit Daddy before. Everything was always fine. Have I done something wrong?" He sniffed. Searching through her pockets, Lilith found a tissue and handed it to him, knowing that simply holding it could be of comfort. "It isn't your fault. I'm sure your parents love you. They're probably worried about you at the moment." Lilith said, comforting. "When did you come here?" She asked, wondering how long he had been away from his parents. "She hit him and said that he was making me worse! Spoiling me! I've been here since after lunch." He muttered, not really looking up at the two Lanterns, staring at his feet instead and crunching up the tissue. [/div] tags: T.J. word count:N/A muse: None notes: Let's help people! T.J. tried to think of what it would be like if his father, mother, sister and brother ever tried to watch Star Trek with him. It had never happened and the chances of it were pretty low. But he assumed it would not go over well with some of them. He knew his brother would just shrug it off and go on with his day. He knew his mother would pretend like she loved it and understood everything when she didn’t. He knew that his sister would understand the show and everything that went on, but even if she liked it she would act like she hated it just to hold it against him. He wasn’t too sure what his father would do. He’d probably complain and mumble under his breath. But T.J. hoped if it ever happened it went differently. He was usually over optimistic, but his family . . . he knew how they’d react to Star Trek.
“I guess it has it’s pros and cons. Having a spread out family I mean. It’s hard to get them together and that means you don’t spend as much time with them.” T.J. explained the bad about it. “But then you also appreciate and treasure the time you spend with them more. Not to mention, you can get to go to some really cool places depending on where they are. And I’m sure your family members have a lot of cool and exotic stories from what you’ve said.”
“I agree. It’s always cool to get more tidbits of background information. It makes it feel more open, y;know? Like it’s not only about Harry and that there’s more to it than just Hogwarts. Plus I like reading the stuff with the Marauders. Anyone who can come up with something as awesome as the Marauders Maps is worth looking into more. In fact, I wish there was a bit more about them in the books too.” T.J. said thinking of the Marauder’s Map. No doubt if he could have anything other than a wand at Hogwarts he would choose the Marauders Map. It was his favorite magical artifact.
T.J. felt bad about the little kid, but he was glad that things weren’t too bad by what he said. Which did help lighten it a bit. The guilt that was. “It’s not your fault. Everybody fights sometimes. It’s not fun and nobody likes it and it shouldn’t happen. But it’s normal. It happens to everyone. I bet your parents are worried sick about you right now. Probably driving around looking for you.”

Lilith found it hard to judge. Ever since she was a young child, as far back as she could remember, she travelled around to see her family. Sometimes she had thought about how lucky others were to have their relatives practically on their doorstep but they never seemed to openly love their family as much as she did. Maybe overexposure to family left them appearing not was important as they were? But parents were often around and their presence was often cherished. T.J. had pretty much said that as well, so Lilith presumed it to be the truth. "Yes, we have been to a lot of places, as far back as I remember. My Aunt in Greece has a villa and when our Uncle does invite us over its always to some fancy place. But usually he comes to us. But I've only see him about once every other year. We try to visit Aunty May every year but since moving away from England its become pricier to travel to Greece and with me being in university it just isn't possible." Lilith summarised, thinking of her far-flung family. As T.J. talked about his view on the expansion of the Harry Potter universe with the history of the Marauders and such, the ginger haired girl found herself readily agreeing with him. It appeared that she had found a kindred spirit. "I totally agree with you! I would love it if there were a book or two on the Marauders. I guess it wouldn't be as easy to write as Harry Potter, though, as the only true villain appears after they've finished Hogwarts. Still, I think it would be nice to read about what was like before Voldemort began to gain power." She commented, wondering what the comparisons would be like. She doubted that they would be too different on the whole. It appeared that the evil Dark Lord only struck towards the end of the school year, giving Harry time to enjoy his education with the thread of immediate demise at the end hanging over his head. As she sat next to the boy, the English student looked up at T.J. with concern for the boy in her eyes. "Do you think we should take him to the Police. They must be able to contact his family." She asked softly while rubbing the boy's back as the child sniffled, clearly trying to hold back tears. "You think they are worried?" The boy asked, after a few seconds of taking in what T.J. had said, dust from the tissue falling onto the boy's lap as he unconsciously ripped it. T.J. listened to Lilith talk about the various places members of her family lived and what not. T.J. thought it was pretty cool. "That's cool. Before I joined the Blue Lantern Corps I'd never left New York. So now I've been to New York and Odym. It's not as long as some peoples lists might be. But hey, at least I've been to space, right?" That was definitely a plus he could pull on other people if they knew his identity. 'I've been to France' 'oh, really, well isn't that great; I've been to freaking space.' That is how he assumed the conversation might go.
T.J. was glad to find a like-minded individual. He could never talk about Harry Potter or Star Wars with his friends or family. They weren't interested. So it was definitely fun to have someone to discuss these things with. It made for interesting conversation. "Who do you think the main story's view point should be told from if they ever did a few prequel books on the Marauders? I think Remus might be okay, but at the dame time he's also rather quiet and reserved. He doesn't assert himself into situations and what not. Most of the trouble he gets in should be out of his hands or James and Sirius should have dragged him into it. He seemed to always try to not bring any attention onto himself. Y'know because of his furry little problem. So he might not make that great a viewpoint character. I also always figured he wasn't as close with James and the others until later in their years at Hogwarts after they all got their animagus forms. And Wormtail wouldn't be good because he's a traitor and was only interested in James and Sirius because they were the biggest kids on the playground."
"So that leaves James or Sirious. James was exceedingly arrogant, a bully, conceited and enjoyed jinxing people for fun. He asserted himself into situations and was a trouble maker, however, he did show when he saved Snape that he knew when it was time to cut it out. So his story would be a story of an arrogant, privileged boy who over the years morphs into a more responsible, caring adult. Or they could use Sirius for a tale of rebellion as he tries to prove to the world that just because he's a Black he doesn't have to be like them. Like James he's exceedingly arrogant and a bully, however, he doesn't know when to draw the line as he was the one who tipped off Snape almost leading to Snape's death. He has a very 'devil may cry' attitude about things and unlike Remus, he asserts himself into situations and is impulsive. He would constantly throw himself in situations he can't handle on his own and he has a bit of a dry wit that would be fun to see. Sirius also has family inside the school as his brother would only be a year or two younger so Regulus could be a pretty cool antagonist for him."
T.J. looked at Lilith who was now rubbing the boys back and asking if they should take him to the police. T.J. immediately remembered he had been gone for two weeks as she said that. His father was a New York City police officer which meant he very well could run into him at the police station. Not to mention the other police officers could very well recognize him and tell his father. Now that he thought about it, he wouldn't be surprised if his mother hadn't put flyers up all around the city, scheduled a time slot on a television show and put his picture on the side of every milk carton in America. But this wasn't about him. This was about the little boy in front of him and the police were the best option. "Uh, yeah. the police station would be good. From there they can contact his parents and sort this all out." He attention turned back from Lilith to the boy as the child inquired if he really thought his parents were worried. "Of course. They're your mom and dad. You're there son. I'm sure they're driving around looking for you as we speak."

As she listened to T.J.'s words, Lilith realised how lucky she was to have family aboard and the money to visit them. "I'm sure that you'll get to visit many fascinating places. And there's always going to be Odym." The teenager smiled, thinking about the other planet. It had always been a dream of hers to visit another world and she had managed it, although Lilith's thoughts where ore where she would have helped develop some form of interstellar travel. But this was epic.
As they spoke about whose view point the Marauders would be told by, Lilith thought about it. "I think that James would be considered as he's Harry's Dad and keeping with the tradition. But Sirius would make the most interesting considering he has a similar life style to Harry with parental problems. But then Remus or Peter would be good as the more observation types. It would be good to use them as characters who could take everything into a view and give a more neutral opinion. I reckon that James and Sirius would be rather biased." Lilith said, thoughtfully, wondering if she was presenting a good view. "Maybe giving a viewpoint from each of the characters would be good, switching around every couple of chapters or so."
Turning her attention back to the boy, Lilith continued to try and soothe him. It couldn't be easy to be in this situation; Lilith had always had peace in her family even though there was their problems. Looking up as T.J. agreed with her, Lilith stood up, offering her hand to the boy to help him up. "Right, I'm only visiting New York so I don't know where anything is so I'll work with guess work and you two can show me around until we get to the Police Station, yeah? Fancy helping me out?" Lilith asked, mainly towards the boy to try and cheer him up and make the child think that he was helpful. "We will find Mum and Dad. Will it be like a quest?

"Yeah, I can't wait to see all the cool places I'll get to go as a Blue Lantern. Where it'll take me." T.J. had been thinking about that a lot lately. Pondering on where this would take him. Wondering what kind of amazing people he'd meet and incredibly places he'd go. Life could be crazy. That was for sure. But now it was just plain unpredictable. And he couldn't wait for what was going to happen next.
"Yeah, that's a good point. Perhaps they should jump viewpoints like Rick Riordan does in his Heroes of Olympus series. I hope they do come out with a prequel series. I just hope that they don't turn out like the Star Wars prequels. I doubt that would happen with J.K. Rowling though. Become like the Star Wars prequels I mean. I wouldn't be against her continuing the series following Harry's kid with the next generation of Hogwarts. I'd love to have Remus' view. But I think I'd rather get his view point a bit later on. Like maybe the fourth book they could start with his view point or the fifth."
T.J. nodded yes to Lilith's question, but he didn't verbally answer. He understood she was trying to make the boy feel useful. A good tactic. It should help him take his mind off of things. Cheer him up a bit. "Sure kid," T.J. reassured him while he ruffled the boys hair. "C'mon let's get going then." he said as he began to walk. He had hope that this would all turn out okay. After all, what could go wrong? They were just helping a young boy to the police station so they could contact his parents. It was a simple job. Though that didn't make it any less important to him. This was his first job as a Blue Lantern.

Lilith laughed lightly as T.J. spoke about all the places that he may end up going and she spun around happily, thinking about all the possibilities. "I feel the same. I suppose I have seen a lot of different places but I certainly look forward to what I may see in the future. Who knows where hope can take us." She said lightly, a smile gracing her face as she said that. It was always great to try and get sort of random almost pun like jokes into a conversation. Maybe she would need to keep an eye out for more that she might be able to sneak into a conversation.
Listening as T.J. spoke of books, Lilith couldn't help but jump slightly in delight as he mentioned Rick Riordan and his work. "Or Serpent's Shadow. I love his books, all of them are great. I always look forward to the next one. I've heard he's going to do some Norse themed ones. That would be fantastic. I'm more interested in Egyptian and Greek mythology but my heritage is likely to be Nordic or else Celtic and so it would be more relevant to me." Lilith rambled on. "But as for Harry Potter, I think it would work very well for the Marauders, having the different view points. But only if it works well. One of the things I dislike is how it can be sometimes difficult to remember who's Point of View it is."
As it came to helping the boy, Lilith looked at T.J. as he spoke encouragement as well and she gave him a smile, glad he was going along with it. The ginger haired girl did not know whether he knew where the nearest station was but she hoped he did, in case the child did not. But it seemed that the boy did know because as T.J. began to walk off the boy hopped down from the park bench and moved forward to lead them and Lilith happily followed. "Well, I for one know that I'm going to learn something new today. I always try to make that my goal for the day. Learn one new thing. Anyone else have goals for each day?" She asked for light conversation to put the boy at ease.
