Doom was head over heels for the infamous Dominique Falcone. She was a beautiful woman who longed for power, just like himself. He believed the two had a lot in common, but there was hiccup standing in their way of happiness. There were rumors of Miss Falcone closely acquainting herself with the Demi-god, Loki Laufeyson. Doom expressed a dear hate for the toothpick of a man, already trying to figure out ways to overthrow the 'immortality.' Doom remembered Loki's little takeover attempt, but was in Latveria at the time of the alien invasion. He wanted to laugh at Laufeyson’s failures, but couldn’t. His own attempt at taking over the planet turned out to crumble before him as well.
Doom wanted to confront Miss Falcone for the first time. Victor wasn’t wearing his armor, but only his sage colored cloak. He sat in a recliner with his leg crossed over the other, holding a glass of red Merlot. He skimmed through the Gotham Gazette, where he would usually see his future bride. Dominique Falcone was a woman that people respected and feared, which was another reason Doom had his eyes latched on her. They had lots of similarities which made Victor believe they were right for each other. He spotted the woman in the Gazette yet again, and placed a finger upon her portrait. Doom revealed a small smirk, as he looked up and threw the paper aside like yesterday’s news. He opened his arms, while facing the Tibetan suit of armor. Within seconds of opening his arms, the suit of armor collided with Victor’s body. His smirk continued upon his face, as he raised the hood of his cloak over the titanium helmet. Doom swiftly shot off out of the Hall of Doom and into the heavens of Earth.
He knew of Carmine Falcone’s mansion that housed his daughter, and he even managed to receive an exact location. Doom looked below at the City of Gotham, knowing very well that this was indeed his first visit. The city wasn’t as bad as he’d expected, but it was looking a little rough around the edges. The city housed loads of crime figures, but right now Doom wasn’t interested in them. He had his eyes set on one person, and that was Dominique Falcone.
The thought of her name, caused him to go weak in the knees. Doom continued to soar through the clouds, but descended lower to spot the large Mansion at the edge of Gotham. Another smirk slowly revealed upon his face, as his heart’s pace began to increase. He spotted an empty balcony upon the Victorian Mansion, and landed upon the gravel. Within seconds of landing, an alarm had been triggered. Doom looked around quickly with utter confusion, and within seconds, Falcone soldiers had him within their crosshairs. A spotlight was shown on Victor, followed by a showering of bullets, which quickly bounced off his Tibetan armor. Doom refused to attack, knowing very well that it would of angered his queen. Doom continued standing firm, as the Falcone guards continued emptying their magazines. “Damned Fools” muttered Doom as he continued to listen to the ricochets of bullets from of his suit.
