The world famous STARK EXPO has come to New York City! Don't miss the Opening Number where those beautiful Ironettes are putting on a show! But the real fun is the special of the evening! The Hero Auction is the place to be! Come bid on your favorite hero to win a date with your choice! And quickly, Captain America is already showing his stars and stripes!
Something Wicked This Way Comes: A space invader by the name of Thanos has entered Earth's atmosphere and is hovering above the skies of China. The Titan has yet to really get aggravated though this is a show of power. Can you make a difference against the being before he obtains his desired object? [Mini-Plot thread is open to anyone who wishes to participate!]
The Site Plot!
The first event has gone on for some time and now it's time to wrap them up! You can continue your threads for as long as you like but be aware that we are about to start Plot Two! All those who wish to participate (though you character doesn't have to be effected), sign up here and the list will be updated shortly! Please feel free to carry on with your attack threads if you'd like!
Changes To The Rules!
We put in a restriction a few months ago that called for the player to accumulate a number of posts before being allowed to create another. The rule was enacted to prevent people from taking on too many characters (being overwhelmed happens easily), characters being taken for shipping purposes (Not that it's a no-no, you just need to make sure your character can do things without it's other half), or just creating them and then never coming back (which happens, we get it, this site isn't for all). The Triforce Admin have decided to amend the rule! How so? Keep reading!
You're allowed to take as many characters as you'd like, but please don't burden yourself. If you really want to play a character but can't actually dedicate yourself to it, such as the trouble of apping, you can always use the NPC. It's a brilliant tool for you to take on another character for another person's plot or if you'd like to practice writing the character before you app them. But it doesn't have to be just canon, it can be an original character as well.
So that was it. Short and sweet, unless I'm forgetting something and in that case I fully expect Blue or Devi to edit this or add an extra post.
And really, a big big big THANK YOU to ALL of our members. Without all of you, Won't Back Down wouldn't be as amazing as it is nor as active. The site turns one year old in July :3
